I noticed, the group tended to scatter in the ancient city. Very dangerous, for not all possess your keen senses as a scout. Speaking on keen senses, they failed you with the “balor lord“ eh? Quite an amusing 15 minutes as the party tried to find your invisible corpse. It will probably take at least a week to get all the boot prints off your face as they stepped on you so much.

Comments in reference to the character Gregan a human: It was difficult to tell at first what role Gregan was going to fill in our party. As he was billed as a rouge, I expected a scout, trap defuser, and lock picker, but he turned out to be more of a spellcaster than anything. Not that that was a bad thing because we already had another new player that was also a rouge and we had no wizards or sorcerers in the group so Gregan filled a big void in the group and contributed greatly to the accomplishment of our objective. All in all, he was a real solid guy and I'm glad he came along for the ride.

I enjoy playing with you, your RP skills are well developed. You do seem to assume the role of the leader a bit much though. You were front and center for every conversation. I can't really fault you for your enthusiasm but Kit is the leader as we all agreed and she never gets listened to or gets to run any of the NPC interactions.
I think a little more direction in the game would help us. I like to roleplay too but I'd like to see our games progress a little more during out 2 1/2 hour sessions.
