Comments in reference to the character Baron Indihar Beyash Well, with the campaign coming to a close I thought I would write down my thoughts on Indhi. A well played character with good depth, flaws, and evident feelings. Indhi takes on (sometimes reluctantly) the position of leader of the group. Despite the ‘herding cats‘ problems that he sometimes runs into, he does manage to keep us focused on the objective and moving forward. A very well played character (and the aside movie quotes make for an entertaining evening).

Solid, consistent RP, always willing to take the lead in posting between-sessions on the forums. Pays attention and notices details, and in fact I‘ve noticed myself making subtle changes in my building strategies in response. Great job. -LB

Excellent character. He was concern about the safety of the group and always on his role. At the beginning was rude towards my character, that gave him credibility on his posture, but he had the timing to open a way so my character could communicate with him, in the right moment. I really enjoy playing with you.

Comments in reference to the character Baron Indihar Beyash (a Human): Very believeable character in a tough situation: meeting new people and going through the thought process of “Should we trust each other?“ Believably accepted the new members into the party. I‘ve long since admired how you‘ve quietly, yet firmly, led our group through all manner of horrors for these many many months. With fairness you get everyone to come together for a common cause and don‘t let inter-party disputes get out-of-control to the point of ruining the fun for the players and tightness of the characters, even when resolutions aren‘t obvious or reachable. You keep the group together and a lot of fun from week to week and month to month. I love gaming with you despite any minor complaints I‘ve had throughout the campaign. You are very respectable person in my book to play such a respectable character.

Excellent character and roleplaying! The player did a marvelous job of playing the role of a pompous elf in the very beginning of the adventure, mainly for humorous effect, and succeeded. Then, as the adventure went on and circumstances became more dire, his transition from snob to combatant who then integrated very well as a member of the team and contributed everything he could to his band of brothers was superb. Comments in reference to the character Vladimir Graemark a Elf: (Add Comments Here)Character Sheet has no info on it, so I have no idea if Vladimir was played in character or not. Apparently a frontline fighter, Vladimir had no qualms walking into a shop, picking something up and walking out. He was argumentative, sullen, and several times went his own way even when the party was heading elsewhere. If this was the intent of the character, then indeed he was very much In Character.
[Alpha Omega's reply to comment: No character sheet info b/c was created just before game to help party balance. He DID NOT and would not (LN) steal, nor did he leave the party. Character idea was a former noble now forced to the life of a mercenary, and so initially did not take well to the other party members (who he saw as lowly caravan guards). Had the campaign continued, that would have changed with time. ]

Character Played: Fred (Dwarf):
-------------------------
Excellent Roleplaying!! Unfortunately teamwork was lost in all the drunken revelry. |
|
 |
| 05/05/03 |
Character Played: Fred (Dwarf):
-------------------------
A well-played character; the player took a one-dimensional stereotype (the drunken dwarf) and managed to extract a lot of humor and depth from it. At times this did slow down the game a bit (e.g. the other players had purchased their equipment while he was still vomiting on a fellow player ;) ). Was willing to sacrifice game advantage for the sake of the character's conception (as in his illiteracy). Nice use of emotes to reinforce character's personality, and good interactions with the other players. Very effective in combat, although the group as a whole didn't really seem to jell, which is symptomatic of the one-shot format, rather than the fault of any one character.

I think you deserve the BIG along with Anizcka. Very good game. You held the group nicely together. Keep up the good work! Only "negative" thing I can come up is the development of you own story. Very nice touch but it's not very nice showing the other players out while you talk with the DM (leaving the others kinda hanging in the air as they cant do anything). The others didn't go too far and used the moment to talk other stuff..so it didn't matter. But something ;)

You had me in stitches with your running around scared while I was rather complacent about the haunted house. I'll tell you more about my character's parents which will explain why. Good game!

Seeker was really well played! I found him to be very unique and interesting. Mike really enjoyed the long discussions with him even if he didn't understand all of what he was saying.

Character Played: Jaime (Paragon):
-------------------------
Well played, Jaime! You played the faithful holy man well, and your attempts to route Blackleaf to enlightenment were appropriate evangelism. The quick bond you and Demetrious developed was not only from your similar faiths, but your shared disdain towards Blackleaf--this was played out well. I especially liked your character coming to terms with his faith when dying in battle, wondering why your deity had allowed such a thing to happen. I so much wanted to join in the encouragement with Demetrious to help you back on the righteous path, but ah, that would not have been in Blackleaf's character. Your character's struggle seemed genuine and it was honestly hard for me to play the cold response meant to drag you down to Blackleaf's vision of chaos. Great job, and I hope to see you online again!

You made an excellent party leader, which is a tough job. Your character was well roleplayed, and his single-minded righteousness rang clear. Perhaps I would have preferred an obvious quirk or two to give the character more personality, however. My only other recommendation would be to have taken a stronger role in urging us forward or pressing us for advice when the way is unclear, to hasten the pace of the game.

I liked the base idea for the char. Only you shouldn't take "wandering-away-buddies" so seriously

True to his thief character I suppose... but not sharing any of the loot is a bit bad mannered

I have mixed emotions. He was very useful in parts and then sometimes just seemed to do his own thing. It may be that his character was mostly an individualist though. I have played with more enjoyable characters, but I've also played with alot worse.

Excellent player, character was amusing throughout. Did very well puzzle solving, and stayed in-line with his character throughout the campaign. Would party up for an ale anytime.
