Even though Ara is half vampire, she shouldn‘t forget her human heritage and her hatred of vampires. That is of course, if I misread the char :) explosive RP I didn‘t expect, and next time Evani will be well to steer clear of Ara for a long time. Great game

So you DO HAVE nightmares about Jaspar.. is it only revenge that you keep him so or so you can always keep grandpa in sight .. after all if he were dead how could you know for sure eh? he really was? I noticed Ara flip out, ask out of there, then suddenly become calm, and that‘s really sparked Alan‘s curiosity! I am surpised at how unattached Arlan is to everyone there really except Ara, watched ara struggle with what may or may not be Evani‘s body. Arlan will do what Ara wants but doesn‘t have a lot of sympathy for or feeling about Evani or any fool that would rush forward in an ancient dungeon that‘s bound to be trapped. Yet Ara cares deeply for all the others, which helps Arlan to suffer them :) LRP

Tech-glitches, plot holes, not a good beginning to the campaign this year. I think we all did the best we could, but our hearts were probably not in it. Perhaps next time we should have a warm up session instead of tackling new plots- like Ara‘s past. Need to hear more of that.

Basil bore the burden of the Utriculating Belt all the way to the magic fires deep within the Fire Giants‘ Lair. Letting go of the belt proved hard for Basil. What went through his mind as he watched it sink into the roiling lava? Great touch that dazed walk from the mountain! Alcor poured profound emotion into Basil‘s part during this session. The interaction between the stricken Evani and Ara revealed more to their relationship than ever before.

One of the few who attempted to stop some of the chaos of the group. It is hard to say whether this character would truly be a good leader or not because the group constantly scattered regardless of what anyone said, however, she did try when it was desperately needed.
[Alcor's reply to comment: As the Server PA trying to instill dicipline upon a group clearly not listening is frustrating and the assistance (at various times) by other players was appreciated. Overall perhaps the excitement of a fairly dangerous assignment got the better of the session, a particularly large group (not all signed to the NWC game board) to provide for the maximum number of often very new players - hopefully it proved an interesting introduction to the game for them. ]

Basil and his campanions may be on to some gold, jewels, or treasure. Looks like that orphanage and temple to Marcus may become a reality. Too, bad Priestess Hana couldn‘t come along on the treasure hunt.

I know ara seems to fear many things..crossing the waters..fairy light in her hair..arlan.. who respects few in life.. ment what she said when she said she would accept few as being a leader and making decisions, and that ara was one of those.. good and wise of her to wait til day.. but then arlan had no doubts ara would decide as much *hugs* LRP

Elanore‘s distrust became apparent when she left Long Jon Mithral‘s before the clandestine meeting started. Yet, the mysterious special assistant to the Crown turned out to be more than a business acquaintance of hers. He seemed to know Ellie quite well. What further surprises does Elanore hide behind her beautiful smile? ;) Nicely played, Alcor.

Basil restored Peony and Violet. Without him they would be lost. Truely, Marcus smiles upon him. Swimming sewers certainly made for a most disgusting experience. Everyone one enjoyed their baths, and always the gentleman, Basil brought robes to all the ladies. Great job, Alcor.

Basil found the tracks to the barn where the Black Manticore held the children. He alerted the others. Without his sharp eyes and ears, those children might still be in danger. Too bad, he and Hana didn‘t get much time together. ;)
