Reviews To Date for Silvarian

Comments in reference to the character Oorg ‘The Thick‘ Rrakthak a Orc: (Add Comments Here) How do you rate an obviously serious, giagantic perverted machine of death and destruction..? Heheh...who brings so much humor to the group?! I guess I just have to start checkin‘ off boxes, Silv...well done as always. And I‘m -so- glad I‘m not the guy with the horns right now.

Comments in reference to the character Oorg ‘The Thick‘ Rrakthak a Orc: (Add Comments Here) That was definately a lot of fun, though - like Rhodrica - I wonder if Oorg isn‘t smarter than he lets on. Its difficult to believe that he unintentionally manages to play everyone against eachother like that. ;) Still, as long as there is money in his pocket and things to kill he seems happy and loyal enough.

Comments in reference to the character Tristo Simplefeet a Kender: Tristo‘s very understandable reaction to his wife‘s and daughter‘s feelings was extremely touching. Great game!

Comments in reference to the character Gabriel Fireoak a Human: A worthy perfomance and BiG in a crowded field of outstanding RPers. Well done!

Comments in reference to the character Gabriel Fireoak a Human: I have to admit I am incredibly surprised that the ‘boy‘ is not trying to pull the rope to the side of the church in most discussions. He seems quite neutral, having only the well being of Hornshaw and the people of Thressia in general in his mind, but naturally that only makes me feel even more suspicious. I can see the ambition in his eyes, and I noticed the split second too long he took to answer the Nazamine envoy regarding Gabriel‘s father. I‘m very anxious to further discover who this character is and what are his goals, as so far he seems one of the most important counselors to the duchess, constantly bringing ideas and stating his opinions. Great job!

Comments in reference to the character Gabriel Fireoak a Human: There is a zeal and enthusiasm to this character that is quite inspirational, I imagine, to those that follow him. However, underneath the ‘man for the people‘ exterior seems to be a very ambitious young political leader. But hey, that kind of describes some of the Church bureaucracy. *grin* Certainly, expect the unexpected from this cunning fellow.
08/07/05
Comments in reference to the character Gabriel Fireoak a Human: Gabriel‘s character is very much evolving as we watch. The realisation that he‘s being kept out of the Church‘s loop in certain matters was very clearly roleplayed. BiG.

Comments in reference to the character Tristo Simplefeet a Kender: Tristo‘s concern for rescuing the prisoners, despite possible danger to the mission created a tense moment with Jonas, but one which really defined his character. Great game!

Comments in reference to the character Gabriel Fireoak a Human: I was going to warn you right her but best to do so in character! For now I‘ll have you know that I‘m sure behind those ‘comforting‘ blue eyes lies a blood-sucking devil! Heh, seriously, great game and it was most interesting to see the strenght of Gabriel‘s resolve and his determination to do whatever he has to for his purpose. Additionally, lots of great ideas thrown on the table to the duchess, shame not all were accepted. And then there‘s the plotting with The Lady... I think I smell a rat. Heh, I‘m really looking forward to interact a bit more directly with Gabriel, as we didn‘t have the chance this first session. AND, I hope you too open the toolset and decide to design Gabriel‘s residence. One‘s home tells a lot about the character. See you next time!
07/31/05
Comments in reference to the character Gabriel Fireoak a Human: Now Gabriel is an interesting piece of work. He‘s playing the part of a devoted, honest, saintly churchman very well - but with just the occasional hint of a hidden agenda there. Which, I think, was exactly what was intended. Sterling stuff. BiG, in fact.
07/31/05
Comments in reference to the character Gabriel Fireoak a Human: (Add Comments Here) Gabriel gave the impression of being a priest with a very astute political brain. He is plotting and planning something with the Lady and seems keen to attack Cracius. I suspect his motives are not as pure as he would have us believe. All in all though excellent roleplaying.
07/31/05
Comments in reference to the character Gabriel Fireoak a Human: A most bold plan indeed! Caught me total off guard. I would have supported it if not for the threat from Eridwaith. Gabriel has a passion inside of him that shone through, which determined the BIG for me. I can‘t wait for future debates. Moss Troll

Comments in reference to the character Tristo Simplefeet a Kender: Tristo‘s emotions continue to be an amazing part of this story. He is so alive in his feelings for his family, the start of his recovery of his former self, and his on-going discovery of who is he is presently, which may be different than who he was before. Great game!

Comments in reference to the character Tristo Simplefeet a Kender: The most impressive thing about Silvarian is that he most certainly does not have his not-so-good days. It seems to me that, every single session, little Tristo does something unexpected or memorable! Way to go! You‘re one of the reasons Castellar is so fun. Let‘s continue to tell this wonderful story together!
06/28/05
Comments in reference to the character Tristo Simplefeet a Kender: Tristo‘s fear and anger during the rescue, and his evident relief at finding his family made this a dramatic evening. Great Game!
03/15/05
Comments in reference to the character Tristo Simplefeet a Kender: Tristo‘s alternating desires for revenge and his acceptance of kingly duties were poignantly on display as he debated whether to take on an unsavory group of allies. Great game!

Comments in reference to the character Tristo Simplefeet a Kender: Outstanding! Tristo was marvelously well played. Such a small kender has an immensely strong personality. While in the beggining he seemed quite angry at all the drow and their ways, and he was especially disappointed at Zaka when he mentioned slavery was not ‘wrong‘ there and the drow are superior to all other races, along the sessions, his emotions slowly and very realistically switched to hope and sadness. The scene with Zaka was very all done, as Tristo told him about the sword and what the drow and elf ancestors wanted - that was quite was unexpected and very surprising - just before he took the blade away from the dark elf‘s neck. Towards the end, with the meeting with Duggy and the discussion with Matron Despana, he seemed quite pleased! Thumbs up!
03/01/05
Comments in reference to the character Tristo Simplefeet a Kender: The level of emotions in Tristo continues to be truly amazing. He was vulnerable and angry, seemingly willing to shed his ideals in a moment of half-mad grief. When he finally pulled back from the brink, Tristo seemed so alive in his clinging to hope, yet recoiling in fear and despair. Great game!

Comments in reference to the character Tristo Simplefeet a Kender: Silvarian‘s dramatic roleplaying of Tristo‘s distress was incredibly heart-breaking. He is such a tragic, deeply human and caring character.
02/07/05
Comments in reference to the character Tristo Simplefeet a Kender: Silvarian never fails to impress me with the range of emotions he manages to roleplay with Tristo. It‘s the level of roleplaying that I strive to reach even as I try to understand the complexity that is Tristo. This session‘s events left Tristo quite enfuriated and I was just waiting for him to give the dark elves hell! But though Tristo is good natured, it‘s his devotion to his people and his family that stands out. The way he feels comes through beautifully and it‘s really deep how realistically it‘s played. I look forward to next week to see what else will happen with Tristo.
01/18/05
Comments in reference to the character Tristo Simplefeet a Kender: Tristo‘s reactions to the news about other kender--maybe his family?--was touching in a desperate way. His childlike response to the fool in the park and to the spider again expressed a character that was both naive and wise, vulnerable and determined. Great game!

Comments in reference to the character Sithel Starbreeze a Half-Elf: Had a lot of fun RPing with you again. That our conversation went from talking ‘bout philisophy to balls of fire made it all the more fun. -Maksym

Comments in reference to the character Sithel Starbreeze a Half-Elf: Sithel‘s idiosyncratic and proud personality was apparent from the beginning and continues to show itself strongly. His reactions to the other PCs as well as NPCs are sometimes provocative, never dull, and always creative. Sithel as a personality and Silvarian as a veteran player add a tremendous amount to the campaign, including the intangible factor of helping bring life to the group as a whole. I do have two observations on things so far that the player might want to look at: -- Occasional anachronisms (if you want to call it that) pop up; the PC appears to be played based on a specific English type and this comes through a little too strongly sometimes; to his credit, Silvarian has always managed to cover his arse IC, but it‘s something to watch. -- Sithel isn‘t always as careful or as watchful as I‘d expect, although I‘ve seen that improve over time. As the scout, he may want to look at improving scouting communication and standard procedures with the group, although the onus shouldn‘t be just on him. -- Carlo

[Silvarian's reply to comment: Thank you for your words Carlo - actually I've never played someone with such a strong 'accent' before and perhaps some of the choice of words are probably much more easily taken as 'day to day blue collar' speak by a UK player than perhaps someone elsewhere who may be a little shocked by it :) Likewise, Sithel is not really someone that has worked with a 'team' before, so his scouting would never have been team based but as you said it is improving IC as he gets used to this group!

Comments in reference to the character Sithel Starbreeze a Half-Elf: Greatly enjoyed our little intro together into the campaign, especially your repartee with the ghost we ran into. I would have given you a BIG but I didn‘t realise I could only give one per session and had already given one to Antonia whom I reviewed first. I look forward to playing with the tobacco chewing Sithel again!
10/14/04
Comments in reference to the character Sithel Starbreeze a Half-Elf: Now that‘s good roleplaying. You know the character very well.

Another good piece of roleplaying from this player. Straight back into character, and stood up to the barracking from the other players.

10/12/04
Comments in reference to the character Nostrum Wundersnap a Gnome: Nostrum kept me chuckling as the crusty, lost former arch wizard addressed even a dragon as “young man.“ Good show!
10/11/04
Comments in reference to the character Nostrum Wundersnap a Gnome: Nostrum‘s entrance into the group was handled well, by the end of the session he seemed to have found his niche and been accepted. I‘m used to Silvarian‘s approach to his characters, as usual he manages to give depth to a PC in a single session and does it in creative and unexpected ways. For example, calling everyone “young man“ whether deserved or not seems perfectly in keeping with the old gnome‘s personality and gave humor to his encounters without making it seem like a gimmick. --Carlo
10/05/04
Comments in reference to the character Tristo Simplefeet a Kender: Once innocent and child-like, Tristo now has little patience for the drow and their allies, who showed such cruelty to his people and his family. The small touches and the personal conflicts really make him fun to watch. I especially enjoyed the return of “Duggy.“ Great game!
10/05/04
Comments in reference to the character Tristo Simplefeet a Kender: Wonderful roleplaying as always. Having no patience to deal with the slavers or duergars, especially knowing his family might be close, was very reasonable and well played. You made Tristo a very deep character in your beautiful and believable playing of so much different emotions, and I look forward every time to watch Tristo in action. Tristo‘s line before entering the cavern was also very comforting and encouraging - he‘s a worthy leader for the party! “Not goodbyes, just ‘see you laters‘.“ Great fun! :) - FP

Comments in reference to the character Lyrian Strider a Human: Oh my, my Despondent Siren of Song, well played. Quite possibly one of the richest roleplaying first session encounters I‘ve had with another player. I‘ll see you in two weeks. ;)
10/05/04
Comments in reference to the character Lyrian Strider a Human: Right into it off the get-go. An interesting character, and very well-played. A good introduction to this bard, and I assume it will only go uphill from here. A great job, and very believable, which is the reason I gave you BIG. Looking forward to more sessions with you. -Ghool

Comments in reference to the character Maxiar Thrays a Human: Said it all last week... There was a hint of humanity this time as well, which made the character likeable as well as impressive. I really want to adventure with Maxiar again, so I hope the DM‘s take note!
09/12/04
Comments in reference to the character Maxiar Thrays a Human: Inquisitor Thrays turned out to be quite an interesting character. It is very hard to judge his alignment, as I think that would probably involve a lengthy debate on the concepts of good and evil. Your portrayal was spot on, though and corresponded almost exactly with how I imagined the inquisitors. Mr. Thrays got a little too carried away, though and as a result he now rots in a dark dungeon deep below Castle Mordenlund :) . You did an excellent job roleplaying him and of what deserves a special note was that you let the other two do some of the investigation while standing in the background. This gave some room for the other players and worked quite well from an IC perspective aswell. Great work! -Avatar8
09/11/04
Comments in reference to the character Maxiar Thrays a Human: Fantastic as usual, you again played the Inquisitor with such style and character :D Amazing! What was really great was that the Inquisitor felt a bit more human this time, and I really did get to like him by the end of the game. Your interection with the NPCs was so enjoyable to watch (especially the high priest!) I just hope I get the oppertunity to play more games with you in the future. :)

Comments in reference to the character Sharias Lightforge a Human: the new group constellation has still to make up a tactical scheme, but you managed the hard battles anyway. there were very interesting, intense and great RP-sequences among the players and with NPCs during this session. Comments in reference to the character Tristo Simplefeet a Kender: King Tristo‘s return was so touching. From his emotions at learning about his past to the nostalgic way he touched his royal council table again, his feelings seemed so raw and vulnerable. Wonderful roleplaying!
09/06/04
Comments in reference to the character Tristo Simplefeet a Kender: I have played few times with Silvarian but it was more than enough to include him in my personal top 5 players list. Hail King Tristo! Tristo is an extremely interesting character with a lot of depth. I too am sorry that I did not join the campaign before to see the developing of this kender into his current state, but still I‘m extremely impressed with how much this character seems truly alive. You managed to roleplay several different emotions as Tristo came to his home, tormented by the memories of a difficult past and the current state of affairs. It‘s a shame this cmpaign only runs bimonthy, since I look forward to get the story going. Good show! Best in game. - FP

[Silvarian's reply to comment: You are so kind - Tristo has evolved to being larger than life after around a year in this campaign. Much like the Planescape Torment question 'What changes the nature of a man', after losing his memory, the fun loving talkative side seemed to be what was really inside. But the truth of his life seems to have changed it all. I hope that sparkle returns once more.. maybe when he sees his people free and his wife and daughter safe in his arms! :)

Comments in reference to the character Maxiar Thrays a Human: The best performance I‘ve ever seen, or could hope to see, I kid you not! Maxiar was so alive from the moment the game started (well, before, actually, but then you did say that that is what you do ;)), I could almost feel myself flinching under the intensity of his stare when it was turned my way... A truly scary character, you do NOT want to show any sign of disrespect to Our Lord Pion when this guy is around! I thought you were a considerate player also, making sure you didn‘t keep the game focussed on you when it would have been so easy (and believable) to do just that. A well-deserved BIG.

[Silvarian's reply to comment: Such wonderful comments here and below.. thank you! I *really* enjoyed playing Maxiar, I wish I will have some other opportunities to play him outside this two-shot - the character became a blend of supposed 'good' with a very ominious dark coating that seemed to supercede the implied purity of the man. And of course such Inquisitors have and continue to exist in this world - scary to be sure!

Comments in reference to the character Maxiar Thrays a Human: You are to be congratulated on a most excellent performance as an inquisitor of Pion. The way you portrayed him really brought up what I think is interesting about the Orthodox Church in the game world, namely that it can be a rather opressive organization. Further you accomplished this without making it look like a force of evil, which was just right. Again excellent job and I am looking forward to the next game. -Avatar8
09/04/04
Comments in reference to the character Maxiar Thrays a Human: OMG where to start?! You are amazing!! Never before have I seen such great roleplay - you were so creative and portrayed the Inquisitor so very vibrantly and passionately. An absolute joy to play with, I have learnt so much from watching you. I hope one day I‘ll be able to play my characters as convincingly as you do :D Oh yeah - I‘ve put down your percieved alignment as chaotic evil because he sooo is! He is so sarcastic! He says all the right things, but in such a way as to mock them. Behind that venir of righteousness is a dark, dark heart. Father Azrael is watching you very, very closely! ;)

Comments in reference to the character Sithel Starbreeze a Half-Elf: This character exuded personality. I loved the ‘tabaccy‘ throughout, especially when it ended up on an NPC. He did a nice job rolling with the punches when the adventure took a violent twist. Great character.

Comments in reference to the character Tristo Simplefeet a Kender: One of the pleasures in playing with Tristo is how surprising he can be entirely within character. He has gone from a child-like naive kender who talked with an imaginary friend to a tragic amenesiac, a defeated king who has lost everything, perhaps even himself. His vengeful reaction to the kidnapping of his family and the loss of his village was striking in a character who had once been so naive and kind. A complex, troubled and hurt character whose innocence is fading, Tristo is still likeable and loyal in his tragedy. I can‘t wait to see what happens next.

Comments in reference to the character Tristo Simplefeet a Kender: Tristo‘s reaction to the devastation of his town and the kidnapping of his family was so touching, as was his slightly confused interractions with his “subjects.“ Wonderful roleplaying of his complex, conflicted and innocent character.

Comments in reference to the character Silvarian Nighthaven a Half-Elf: The revolting smell of the dark ranger still hung in that home of the poor farmers. I didn‘t see much of you until you were captured. No wait - you didn‘t see me until you were captured (as it should be :P). But anyway there wasn‘t much interaction, so I can‘t give much comments on your play, except that you are cruel in a nice way! :D - Cheers Play Mate PS: We should run both Desperate Measures and The Hunted in the next NWCon

Comments in reference to the character Silvarian Nighthaven a Half-Elf: Only comments for this one, since I wasn‘t on your team. You guys made for a great chase, and I was stunned to learn of the violence and backstabbing that had erupted amongst your team. What a unique story it makes! Comments in reference to the character Silvarian Nighthaven a Half-Elf: You blasted traitorous ranger! Great RP, Silv, great ideas and a lot of cunning from the beggining when we had to escape the death row to your death in the hands of the hunters, which I had the pleasure to see from the shadows. You do know how to choose your words though, so I must congratulate you either way. It was only a matter of who would betray who before anyway, and you waited for the right moment, though you were not as prepared as you thought. Great character, and I‘m looking forward to play again with you. - FP

Comments in reference to the character Silvarian Nighthaven a Half-Elf: the “devil ranger“ continued his streak through most of The Hunted, only to fall prey at the end to superior numbers. His performance as a desperate, arrogant man was richly done and his strategy to baffle the hunters well-thought-out and very well played in-game. Personable, defiant, or coldly calculating, depending on circumstances, Silvarian‘s character showed through brilliantly at every stage of the game. --Carlo

Comments in reference to the character Tristo Simplefeet a Kender: Tristo was at his finest tonight. His comic childlike side was evident as he prattled on to his unseen friend and gave the baby Hermes a gift of “borrowed“ items. Yet Tristo also showed a deep tragic side as he learned that the planar gate he had defended with Duggy was not closed, and perhaps they had been defeated. Tristo wonderful character who helps draw out the story from everyone in the group, while being a most reckless and determined warrior. The in-character fearlessness of kender is truly something to behold.

Fantastic! Tristo and Duggy were a joy to roleplay with. It was especially surprising when Duggy actually tunred up as a ghost! Your RP was always in character (even in the pre-game lobby) and your charcter showed hidden depths at every turn. Hopefully our characters will meet again in the future.
05/31/04
Comments in reference to the character Tristo Simplefeet a Kender: The character of an irrepressable kender is not new, but Silvarian brought depth and creativity to Tristo, who most definitely had his own unique personality. In particular, his ability to express a range of emotions and come up with off-the-wall comments was unmatched. Some unique and obviously long-running touches, especially in the form of Tristo‘s companion Duggy, make Tristo someone you can‘t forget. A shame Sayf won‘t have the chance to interact with him for the foreseeable future; IC he greatly respected the kender, although was admittedly puzzled by him as well. ;) --Carlo

Comments in reference to the character Silvarian Nighthaven a Half-Elf: Excellent job Silvarian. Your character really made an impression returning to the group after being nearly killed in the torture chambers. I‘m pretty sure he was playing the group from the beginning, convincing us to vote for him and then later makeing remarks and laughing in ways that made me sure of it. I can‘t be sure of his loyalties though, seeing as how I died ;) Good stuff. BIG -webhead

Comments in reference to the character Silvarian Nighthaven a Half-Elf: Great character, Silv. You sure do know how to convince a stubborn elf. Great interaction between our chars, always plotting to get out at the expense of the others. Good thing we didn‘t actually have to test your trustworthyness if you had gotten out with the priest of Ilmater. Now we‘ll continue on the run, and hopefully I‘ll learn a little more about your chatacter. - FP

Comments in reference to the character Silvarian Nighthaven a Half-Elf: Silvarian did a masterful job of cajoling and threatening the group to follow his plans, not an easy task in a normal scenario and very difficult indeed in Desperate Measures. Truly shone in an extended sequence in the warden‘s interrogation room and was very understanding with an unfortunate bug. A superb example of how to play a dominant personality without unfairly excluding other players. --Carlo

Comments in reference to the character Silvarian Nighthaven a Half-Elf: (Add Comments Here)Even though I didn‘t trust him at all, I had little choice when disagreeing. I don‘t think he would have come back for us at all. I did like his creative ideas. It was funny watching him abuse the halfling, though.

Comments in reference to the character Ely Starias a Elf: Ely was in his element. Really great RP, Enegmatic and interesting throught. With such a good group it is always hard to single out one for BIG but for this session Ely is the natural candedate. Very well played.

Comments in reference to the character Ely Starias a Elf: (Add Comments Here) Always multi-faceted your characters intrigue me. Never straight forward, and always hiding something. Truly great performance adding an element to the groups‘ dynamics that grips one‘s imagination making all the characters come alive that little bit more..I truly enjoy the contrasting elves and the great play it provokes.

Comments in reference to the character Ely Starias a Elf: Silvarian is one of the best roleplayer I have had the pleasure to meet in NWconnections. There‘s such a subtlety in his acting, in his sense of humour, in his witty remarks which is delightful to watch. Ely Starias is a refined mixture of a troubled-mind, at a first moment frail-looking, with a great hidden and mysterious power -- or thirst for power -- concealed within. Quite a complex character, yet masterfully enacted. - Brenno

Comments in reference to the character Ely Starias a Elf: great how he roleplayed the learning of new spells! less great how he used them, but that‘s another story.. =P

Comments in reference to the character Tristo Simplefeet a Kender: Wonderful, touching roleplay of Tristo‘s frantic desire to discover his memories and to see Duggy again. Will the future involve he and Duggy fighting their past battle again, and is Tristo actually a king? A truly original character, who is lovable and fierce, naive and fearful, and courageous and determined.
05/17/04
Comments in reference to the character Tristo Simplefeet a Kender: (Add Comments Here) Tristo has to be the most believable character in this entire campaign. Silvarian sticks to the mentality of a Kender, while still staying in a dynamic role that continues to grow the character. I think Tristo has become my favorite kender ever, even beating out some of the more (in)famous ones, and I won‘t name names. Interaction with Trist is fun as well as interesting, especially due to the fact the he has seemingly stolen the show. I just hope we can get Duggy back one day.

Comments in reference to the character Ely Starias a Elf: Perfect! I begin finding his love for Naphan almost annoying... and the same with the hints of his new attitude toward the group members, specially toward Bombadai! Moreover emerging clues of leadership close the circle of his transformation..amazing!!!

Comments in reference to the character Silvarian Nighthaven a Half-Elf: (Add Comments Here) Well what more can be said about our current #1 NWC player of the month. Roleplayed well, worked well with the group, and thought outside of the NWN engine to solve problems. Very astute to pick up clues. As a DM its this type of deep, well thought out character that make us stay “in the business“.

Comments in reference to the character Nostrum Wundersnap a Gnome: One of the funniest characters I‘ve seen so far. Leo learned a lot from the old gnome. It seems moustaches are as important to gnomes as beards are important to dwarves. I‘m sure this lesson would have been useful for Leo if he hadn‘t been so stubborn and kept fighting such an impossible foe. By the way, who would have though.. the old gnome was the last survivor. I actually thought he would have escaped, but he must have run into something bigger than him, I‘d guess. This was really fun, Silv, I always enjoy playing with you. Till next time! - FP

Comments in reference to the character Nostrum Wundersnap a Gnome: Another good game from Silv. Not a whole lot to add this time around. Nostrum was pretty much our leader and an excellent spellcaster in battle to boot. His way of going about things that I liked so much about him last time made a return. Just too bad we all had to die in the end! If I had known I could, I think cort would have grabbed him up and ran out of the house, saving both their asses! :D I think he grew to appreciate the old gnome. -webhead

Comments in reference to the character Ely Starias a Elf: I think Little Star is the counterpoint of most of the characters in the group. You‘ve made him an excellent RP catalyst that lets everyone‘s PC personalities shine. Good work. The personality you depict so well seems to draw both paternalism and distrust from the rest. Can‘t wait to see how Ely resolves his inner conflicts.

Comments in reference to the character Ely Starias an Elf: Wonderful reaction to the tormenting whispers during the raid on the crypt, I’m sure you’ve got the rest of the group not quite trusting in you at this point! Comments in reference to the character Nostrum Wundersnap a Gnome: A great old gnome who has obviously seen much of the world and isn‘t afraid of doing what needs to be done (ie the killing of Flavion). It‘s one thing to write a bio... It‘s another to put the effort in one‘s character that Silvarian has put in his namesake ranger. Seemlessly merged into the module and obviously thought through to the fullest, this player shows that one doesn‘t have to play Mr. Nice Guy to create great role playing moments. Great work, and an amazing performance!

Comments in reference to the character Silvarian Nighthaven a Half-Elf: Silvarian was the one other difficult element in our group. The other one being my Iman. But that‘s the whole point, given his heritage and history. I like the fact that the rest of the group is forced to trust him despite him being from another town and I loved the fact that once we arrived in Aqua Tora, it was revealed that he was after all, on our side. I like you, mister Silvarian. Keep it up :) Anya

Comments in reference to the character Oorg ‘The Thick‘ Rrakthak a Orc: You have quite the repertoire of personalities Silv and your ‘Thick’ Orc contributed to a very enjoyable game for all with his simple view of the world, as well as wielding that axe with deadly and effective skill of course. Re: Silvarian Nighthaven a Half-Elf: A very well played ‘evil‘ character. Left the rest of the party for dead after a fight went badly. Looted the quest items and took off! (Of course the group cleric‘s god did a special favour... and soon enough we caught up for a bitter confrontation! Excellent fun.) They say many people playing evil chars are griefers looking for an excuse - but this is the opposite: a very well played character that added a lot of interest to the game. Bravo!

Comments in reference to the character Ely Starias a Elf: Ely... such a wreck. I think it will be very interesting to watch how you balance a personality of incompetence with the strong magical power that the character implies having through his actions. A well played character - especially good use of *emotes* to add atmosphere to the game for everyone. Bit of a shame that the internal tensions in the group (Silv manipulating Toh against the others) has stopped, but that follows from the fact that the group got a lot smaller and has now been through a lot together.

Comments in reference to the character Aeleth Starbreeze a Half-Elf: Was nice to meet your character this time Aeleth, you do a good job. The distaste for smoke and the scouting things were good additions to your char, that while I didn‘t know what they meant or anything about Aeleth, it still added some depth to him.
