I‘m not surfe why the party seems to overlook his contribution, but I can guess that he has not had enough roleplaying opportunities since becoming inserted into the campaign. And being a lower level then the party- and its adversaries - is tough. That said, I want to ensure Penfold is happy because he is a kick ass player and contributor.
