Comments in reference to the character Ian Callow a Human: I am looking forward to getting to know this character a bit better. I pleasure meeting you.
02/25/06
Comments in reference to the character Ian Callow a Human: Great job - even if he is a spy from the South ! ;) Good work with the accents, and with asking ‘round for the hanky ;)

Comments in reference to the character Ian Callow a Human: Great job, love the accent. BiG.

Comments in reference to the character Ian Callow a Human: Ian is a great character, and his dialect is also quite well done - he‘s someone who sticks in your mind. Definitely looking forward to what happens next time!

Comments in reference to the character Ian Callow a Human: An interesting and original character. Nice dialect as well - pulling off a special dialect is in my opinion the most difficult thing to do in NWN.

Comments in reference to the character Janus a Elf: (A most extraordinary game for Janus. He, along with pard, survived and showed us what true intelligence, wit, and cunning are. Bravo. TM
09/21/05
Wow! What can I say, phenominal. You actually survived... and you brought Pard out with you. I thought you were a goner, but the resourful Janus saved the day once again. Let it be known, Through this entire campain of 30+ dangerous, peril ridden games, el_yimbo has proven to be the best NWN player I have ever seen. Great job, and i hope you enjoyed it.
09/21/05
Comments in reference to the character Janus a Elf: (BIG, of course. Nice work saving my ass again. Too bad we won‘t play for so long.)
09/15/05
Great game Janus. I think I am too easy on your stealth though. From now on, if you actually touch a bad guy, Im going to make him come after you. (They really should have worked that into the game ingine.) Anyway, your scouting and planning was essential to everyones survival. Good job.
09/14/05
Comments in reference to the character Janus a Elf: (You placed a very close second for BIG. I just had to give it to Calia, for saving my life so many times. Ouch. But your scouting was critical. With our new toys things should look up, or at least we can put up a better fight against bigger and badder enemies. . . that is if we survive Sennet. Hehe.)
09/02/05
Comments in reference to the character Janus a Elf: (I wished I could disappear like you do. That would be handy and a lifesaver.)
09/02/05
Great job Janus, it was relentless, I know, but your caution and alertness made a big differance. I like the care you put into every action. It is often the differance between life and death for the party.
08/27/05
Comments in reference to the character Janus a Elf: (Thanks for showing on time and hanging through the wait, El. Hopefully, we‘ll actually get a game going one of these days. haha.)
08/05/05
Comments in reference to the character Janus a Elf: (Well, not much time on this one to do anything. But thanks for all the Party Invites. What a frustrating experience. See ya next time.)
08/05/05
Nice job Janus. Sorry the game was choppy, I dont know what was up with Toolsims computer, but hopefully he has it fixed for next time.

Great game Janus, you are doing a good job RPing the story line we have come up with. Your subdtle style of RP is not unnoticed. See you next time.

Comments in reference to the character Donal MacConnaught a Human: (Add Comments Here)Nice work again from the resident jack of trades. Keep up the great play.

Good game El. Oh, and your ol‘ lady too. That was some fun RP. A nice change from chopping everything up. I think we are getting somewhere. See you next time. Laurk

Comments in reference to the character (oops -- cant remember his name) a Human: (Add Comments Here)Very nice game oops. You really are what the group needed the first session and you shined in the second. nice work.
12/22/04
That was fun to play with you rather than trying to kill you all the time. I liked your character, he was a regular bad of tricks. Half the spells he was using, I have never seen before. Can‘t wait for the next one.
12/22/04
Comments in reference to the character (oops -- cant remember his name) a Human: (It was good to have Donal with the group. The well placed offensive spells came in handy. Do you have any spells to enhance the fighters skills? Those would be good.)
11/25/04
Comments in reference to the character Janus a Elf: Good job, Janus, but where were you when we were setting off traps in the sewer. I know we went ahead, but I actually thought you were ahead of us scouting. Anyway, we‘ll all have to be more careful next time ...
11/24/04
Comments in reference to the character Janus a Elf: (Add Comments Here)I will miss all the PCs in this group while on our hiatus. This has been a great group and the campaing more than matched the players.
11/08/04
Comments in reference to the character Ian Callow a Human: Still liking the idea of the Cockney Brigand. That ski mask looks awesome on ya too. Im surprised Ian didnt start swiping stuff when the doctor was out with katarina and he left us in his office. Probably werent any valuables there anyway.
11/07/04
Comments in reference to the character Ian Callow a Human: (Add Comments Here) Ian is great - the accent and actions are IC to a fault! I wish this game were longer, so much of his character is up front but I bet there are layers and depth to Ian that more time would bring out. But for now he keeps us from getting to deep or lofty - feet on solid ground, eh mate?
11/05/04
Well done, Janus‘ sarcastic attitude went well with some well played out RP. Nice Job. I could see you wheels turning in Vasilius‘ house. You have a great mind for this kind of stuff.
11/02/04
Comments in reference to the character Josephus Osborne a Human: Another fun session with Joe and his new band of Groupies!
11/01/04
Comments in reference to the character Ian Callow a Human: ‘Allo guv‘nah! Its hard to do a bloody Enlish accent throughout an entire session. Bloody hard indeed. Huzzah fer ya character concept m‘laddy ya get the BIG. Pip pip cheerio.
10/31/04
Comments in reference to the character Ian Callow a Human: Great character! His manner of speaking was especially well played, and he had interesting relationships with each of the party members. Good stuff!
10/30/04
Now one of my all time favorite chars I have every played with. The damn accent is just charming, I am incredibly impressed you kept it up so well the whole game. A GREAT thief, creative rp from begining to end. I would play with el yimbo any day of the week
10/30/04
Nice game Janus. Not a whole lot happened, other than a long haggle sesion, but you managed to wrangle quite a bit of info out of the commoners. See you next time.
10/29/04
Comments in reference to the character Janus a Elf: (Add Comments Here)Janus has changed much since I started gaming with you all. He has grow into a much more involved pc. This reflects greatly upon the player. I have to say you are one of the best I have gamed with, and I have gamed with a few.
10/29/04
Comments in reference to the character Janus a Elf: (Good work as usual. Your always finding the hidden stuff. Those Minotaurs was a good find.)
10/23/04
Very good game. You made some serious progress this time. Pard... haunting the wand! Muhuhahaha. I cant wait for the next one... it will be interesting to see how you all go about sneaking into Beregost.
10/23/04

10/16/04
Good job Janus. I guess you don‘t like being the object of suspition.. heh. I think it‘s great. Any ideas yet? Anyway, well played. Now that you are a showdow dancer, you are going to be even more effective. Laurk
10/15/04
Comments in reference to the character Janus a Elf: (Add Comments Here)Man. What can I say? You are a turn coat and a backstabber I know it. I give you another session before you betray us all. I can just see it now......I will be watching you! *shifty eyes* Ok really nice game. Well played being the guy everyone is now watching. I can‘t wait to see how this turns out.
10/05/04
Comments in reference to the character Barak a Halforc: (Add Comments Here)*laughs hard* yeah you need to hot key an emote in there,,,, *smiles fangily* .. I still am remembering that.. after almost two days!! I love how he has so taken this group of ladies to heart..and.. looks after them! That hammer is gonna turn up..you wait! Hee most times it‘s hammers and longswords that make it in.. but.. we‘ve yet to .. search everywhere!! LRP
10/04/04
Barak a Halforc: despite one of the strangest, hard to follow stories/mods we have ever played, Barak‘s simple nature and reactions to his environment are a ton of fun! Though a rather simple fellow, he seems well thought out and very consistent. Great game!
09/29/04
Once again, Briliant. With out a doubt you saved the day again. Also, excellent job figuring out how to benifit from the Xorn. I figured that would be a bloody battle for sure, but you thought your way through it. Very nice. Laurk
09/28/04
Comments in reference to the character Janus a Elf: (Saved our asses as usual. Good work makin‘ new traps and using that drow staff to kill off most of the Basilisks (sp?). And thanks for running like hell and savin‘ us with your precious ring, again. Good havin‘ you in the party.)
09/28/04
Comments in reference to the character Janus a Elf: (Add Comments Here)So with out you we would have had to stop this campaign around session 5 or so. Very nice work always from you. Other than the freak trap problem which is something new to know this was a great game for you. Keep running from the fights cause you always come back and heal us. Fight the way that makes sense.
09/20/04
Comments in reference to the character Barak a Halforc: (Add Comments Here)*laughs hard* I love how this barbarian has taken up the battle cry of STEEL MAGNOLIAS when he roars into battle, and hee saying things like... I think the Steel Magnolias ought to back up..darn your PC can sure take a lot of beating from those glyps and that and never show it! What would we do without him!.. just a blast to play with LRP
09/15/04
Comments in reference to the character Janus a Elf: (Good playing with ya as usual.)
09/15/04
Well, your puzzle solving skills saved the day again. What can I say, fine job. I do appologise for the lag, but I am working with limited tools. :) Still you all made it through. See you next week. Laurk
09/14/04
Comments in reference to the character Janus a Elf: (Add Comments Here)Yes! Great game again for the lil elf. I am so happy we got to hear more about your “kingdom“ This was a great session. Nice work on trapping the door we didn‘t take, handling (most of) the traps, and just being there to cover us. Very nice work on all fronts for you.
09/14/04
Comments in reference to the character Barak a Halforc: (Add Comments Here)*grins* running a high fever RL this game, way sick about all I remember was “he lead the way“, easy to fight alongside with, and did a great job in helping Purple decide “which way did she go?“ as far as our phiona goes.. good job, really like playing with you LRP
09/13/04
Barak a Halforc: just simply a very good game el yimbo. Despite RL stresses, Barak was a great character, always intrigued by his new surroundings. Had a great time of it!
09/13/04
Comments in reference to the character Josephus Osborne a Human: Hmmm how will Joe change the choices he‘s made?? Will he be revealed as a completely different character next time? Can‘t wait to find out and to see if it has an effect on his personality!
09/07/04
Comments in reference to the character Josephus Osborne a Human: Joe‘s reaction to seeing his lost love sat in the bar was great! I really enjoy playing with this character as he really helps to keep us moving and provides a fantastic musical accompaniment! Keep up the good work!
09/07/04
Comments in reference to the character Josephus Osborne a Human: Great fun to adventure with as always. The loss of Anera is providing plenty fresh roleplay. Sing those Blues!
09/07/04
Comments in reference to the character Stefan D‘Aubrys a Human: (Add Comments Here)well about gold...hrmm let me say this.. *grining* Purple sure knows what to do with it.. sooooo *holds out her hand* ahh nahh not very into tracking down, gutting and roasting my own supper there *laughs* I like this guy so much and his help at the front there is very very welcome!! LRP
09/06/04
Stefan D‘Aubrys a Human: the new character was great, and very well played. His surprise at many of the things presented to him was wonderfully done.
08/30/04
Comments in reference to the character Stefan D‘Aubrys a Human: (Add Comments Here)*grins* he must be so grouchy cause he‘s in the city *nods* or maybe that name the Steel Magnolias...ohh it‘s an honor for a guy to be asked to sign on *Giggles* . Well you do know a lot about bunnies.. for sure, but betcha that cute guy at the archery shop knows more about.. well senic river tours. I sure had a fun time.. thank you LRP
08/30/04
For Stefan D‘Aubrys, a Human: --- Nicely done! Stefan‘s gruffness with a group of giggling girls was very fitting and, I thought, a nice contrast in the group dynamics. As with all quiet types, it takes more than one session to get to know them. I hope I get a chance to game with you again. - gemerald
08/29/04
Comments in reference to the character Stefan D‘Aubrys a Human: our first time playing together, and Stefan was a great character. A bit ‘abraisive‘ but overly so. Very well played. I think we would work quite well together... Julliet more at home in the urban environment, while the ‘ranger‘ shines in the great outdoors. Good stuff all ‘round ;)

Comments in reference to the character Janus a Elf: (Add Comments Here)I gave the big to Calia this time just because she has played so well the last 5 sessions. Janus once again solved our puzzle and thought of different ways to complete the task. Flying familiar? Send it to scout. Water to cross? Get a bottle to breaht from. Great work again.

07/23/04
Once again, Janus proves to be indespensible. In truth the BIG should have been yours, but I think Marcos had it coming for his great unbending Roleplaying. Your work on the forum was great, and nearly altered my whole plot. Vasilius would have aided you if he had not caught on to the dwarves plight. It just so happened that he hated the dwarves just a little more, and had the sense to smell blood. But your line of reasoning almost had him (me) convinced. Phenominal job, none the less. You are the greatest asset to my games. Laurk.

[el yimbo's reply to comment: I'm still not quite sure how he managed to know about the dwarves...I tried to make sure I didn't reveal anything, only that the dwarves 'told us about the thunderpowder stuff'. I guess he was just smart enough to figure that kind of stuff out....

07/16/04
Another wonderful job. I thought Calia would take best player this time, but your RPing and puzzle solving sold me again. I appologise for it running so long.. I was hoping to get to a better stopping point. Oh well.. if you have any questions, feel free to ask Dreedle on the Forum. Laurk
07/15/04
Comments in reference to the character Barak a Halforc: (Add Comments Here) Barak didn‘t get to demonstrate his sensitive side as much in this game (it was pretty H&S) but was a valuable part of the group and stayed true to his character (..“round-shinies“ :)..).
07/12/04
Comments in reference to the character Josephus Osborne a Human: Well done with the Golem puzzle - I still don‘t know how you did it! The interplay with Anera is building well - I‘m even starting to worry how Joe will react if something happens to her.
07/12/04
Comments in reference to the character Josephus Osborne a Human: Another great session. Loved the roleplay with Anera where Joe needed to go into the brothel to help out Marcus...classic! I have a consistently great time with this group whatever mod we‘re playing!
07/10/04
It was a bit bugged, but you all managed to slog through it. Good job on the levers, I had a bad feeling that was it for at least one of you. But you managed to figure it out at the end. See you next week. Laurk
07/09/04
Comments in reference to the character Janus a Elf: Good game, Janus, you really pummeled that statue with those sonic arrows! As always, good scouting and trap-setting...
07/09/04
Comments in reference to the character Janus a Elf: (Add Comments Here)Janus has lost his sarcastic nature over the course but I think this is because of everything that is going on. Great RP on the part of Janus again and way to go figuring out the levers.
07/02/04
Comments in reference to the character Barak a Halforc: great character, well-played. Lots of little RP touches added a lot to the game. Was consistent and believable in his chosen persona. Good interaction with the other players. Made good use of DM-tells to go outside of the game engine, adding to the level of immersion for the entire group in the game. RP built well on the module‘s mood. BPIG -LB

Comments in reference to the character Barak a Halforc:
Always tough to get a good feel for characters in one-shots, but Barak Lone Wolf was wonderful. Impeccably in-character, and wove his beliefs in nicely with the role-play, which was challenging in a very frenetic, high-paced adventure. I liked the line where Roger said “All of the GOOD animals are gone, and all of the BAD characters are licking their chops.“ Barak‘s great reply was something like “Animals are neither good nor evil, they just are“ or something along those lines. Great stuff.
07/01/04
Comments in reference to the character Barak a Halforc: Loved the character and dialogs. Good representation of a half-orc trying to fit into civilization.
07/01/04
Comments in reference to the character Barak a Halforc: (Add Comments Here) Loved the half-orc‘s speech pattern! ;)
07/01/04
Comments in reference to the character Barak a Halforc: From the very beginning Barak was a great member of the party to have around. Fulfilling all roles when need be and was a convincing character to play with.
06/28/04
Hey Lyn i like how ya stood up to me more and i like the aspect of you hungry for glory as much as the dwarf is hungry for gold. Much better than the Lyn from the first session. Keep it up.
06/26/04
Comments in reference to the character Lynthalas Midiamar a Elf: (Add Comments Here)The elf would like to lead, but may be too weak as yet to do so...One can lead without being on the front line. Even with the chip, I found him to be likable and one you would want by your side in a fight....
06/26/04
Comments in reference to the character Janus a Elf: (That petrify or turn to stone spell really saved the game. I‘m not sure how we would have fair without that. I was so surprised by it I nearly didn‘t jump in and start attacking the villian. Nice work as usual and great playing.)
06/26/04
Comments in reference to the character Lynthalas Midiamar a Elf: Has room for growth in the character. Maybe it is me, but he doesn‘t come across as having a chip on his shoulder, or being tough. He did start standing up to the dwarf a little, but still not as much as I would expect.
06/26/04
Comments in reference to the character Lynthalas Midiamar a Elf: I had a great time role playing with you.
06/25/04
I can‘t believe you turned Damagrond to stone!! I didnt see that coming. Kind of ruined the epic duel, but on the other hand it was certainly a bitch-slap for the badguys! HA! Great job being careful. See you Thursday.
06/25/04
Comments in reference to the character Janus a Elf: (Add Comments Here)Once again Janus saved ours butts with a well timed spell. Nice work.
06/25/04
Comments in reference to the character Janus a Elf: Great work, Janus. Your scouting was again instrumental to the team‘s success. And I still can‘t believe you turned Doomhammer to stone! That was priceless! muwaha ha hah a
06/21/04
Comments in reference to the character Josephus Osborne a Human: Always on hand with a ready quip and a song or two. I really like the dynamic we have in this group. Whatever weirdness or rubbish shows up in the module we just RP our way through it!
06/21/04
Comments in reference to the character Josephus Osborne a Human: Solid support as ever, and nice rp beginning to build off the henchwoman.
06/19/04
Lyn was having some connectivity problems. But when he was with us i thought id be quarreling with him a bit more. For an elf with a chip on his shoulder i figured he wouldnt tolerate a crotchety dwarf that much. But strangely we never really went at it at all. I found that strange.

Good job Janus. Im sorry I couldn‘t watch the part where you and Calia delt with the hag. As for loot, I know you havent gotten much in the last games, but I try to keep lute where it is realistic. Don‘t forget about the 5000gp worth of loot went up in smoke when Pard and his bag of holding got fried! That wasn‘t my fault! :) Tough luck I suppose. Also, you have more loot then I think you realise in your group. You‘ll have to think about it. Great game, see you Thursday, and on the Forums in the mean time. Laurk

06/14/04
Comments in reference to the character Josephus Osborne a Human: Joe continues to be the party‘s backbone, and essential middleman between the charging barbarian and hang-back mage. He‘s now pretty nifty with his weapons too.
06/10/04
What can I say... quite impressive. Your resourcefulness and a healthy dose of luck saved the day (and allowed you many more games in the future!) I honestly thought that it was game over. I was biting my nails to the end. Ring of Ram... who would have thunk it. Great Job. Laurk

Comments in reference to the character Janus a Elf: Good game! I have you BIG for your problem solving and staying alive -- Janus is always a valued member of the party.
06/08/04
Splendid once again el_yimbo. Your skills really shine in these games. Though I think Calia was up there with you in solving puzzles, I had to give you best player for being the only player not to die. (Though running like a school girl deserves mention!) HA! Laurk

[el yimbo's reply to comment: Hey...what can I say? Janus is all for staying with his companions -- though not, I'm afraid, against overwhelming odds. He sees no point in losing his life in a futile gesture, noble though the idea might be. Of course, he would expect no different from the others....

Great job yimbo, your roleplaying was spectacular. I gave the best player to Marcos.. I think you will understand why. Despite the implications that whole scene had on the pace of the game, Toad played the part of a Paladin very well. Pard truly did attack first and someone like Marcos would have plenty of reason to be outraged. The elves were rude for sure, but they had not yet showed that they meant to attack.. or even that they were an enemy. Of course Janus would have know, but Marcos acted exactly as he should have. Anyway, next week will go more smoothly. Laurk

Comments in reference to the character Artur Carendon a Human: Artur was reluctant to get involved in some dangerous activity at the outset, but performed very well all throughout the adventure. Props for outstanding RP‘ing! Comepletely believable as a PC, and Fallon looks forward to future adventures with him!
05/10/04
Great roleplay as usual from a fine player. Achin‘ Joe was on top form with on the spot recitals and his oh-so moody blues...cheer up man!
05/10/04
Comments in reference to the character Josephus Osborne a Human: Strummin‘ Joe was the backbone of the party, with some subtle and well judged prodding to keep us moving along. And always with a song!

Comments in reference to the character Janus a Elf: Well dispite the whole stepping on the trap running into the head vampire‘s lair thing, I thought you played.. once again... very well. I did intend to kill you in order to give the others something to think about. I thought you went about the whole thing well... You wisely opted note to scout ahead when you feared a vampire ambush. Also a good idea about getting stakes, not that you needed them, (I tend to go with the old Dracula way of killing vampires... impale through the heart with whatever, and make it final with a bit of decapitation.) Anyway, well played. See you Thursday.

Comments in reference to the character Janus a Elf: (Janus is an invaluable asset to the group. His scouting and strategic actions keep the team alive and ready for all encounters. He always has very insightful ideas about solving riddles and tough situations. His innuendos toward past character tribulations are interesting and intriguing. Great role-playing El Yimbo. Too bad you were a little late, but it happpens.)

You were very close to getting best player, I only gave it Calia because she put a lot of effort into developing her roleplaying this time. Plus I love watching her and Pard go at it... gives life to the game. But all and all, Janus is one of the best players I have ever had. You are very thourough and I love that. I have lost nearly every group to play through my games, but with you along, your party has yet to even come close to dying. Your careful scouting and thinking generally prepares the group to easily overcome any threats. You also played a vital role this time. Good going. Laurk

Comments in reference to the character Janus a Elf: Not much of a chance for Janus to shine in this little short game, but well played anyway. Too bad about the chest. You had the right idea, just needed one more spell.. heh. See you next week. laurk

Comments in reference to the character Janus a Elf: (Janus is an invaluable member of the party. He is an excellent scout. He is level-headed and wise in his approach to every problem. I enjoy is innuedos toward a deeper-darker, troubled past and look forward to learning more about the character. Janus holds the neutral alignment very squarely. In addition, he is a great team player and sticks by his comrades. He seems to always keep in mind what is best for the party, but doesn‘t forget that adventuring is a gain-ful endeavor.)

Once again... Great job. I like your roleplaying. I gave you best player because you were the one who figure out the secret door 10‘ up. Good job. It takes getting used to in order think out side of normal game puzzles. At first you were all looking for the generic “key“ in order to solve the riddle, but my games tend to have problems which you will need to Roleplay your way through. I think that it adds a little more immersion and realism to the experiance. For some groups, this technique slows the game down, but you are all the kind of players that I think would enjoy this type of game. Good job, see you in a couple weeks. Laurk

Comments in reference to the character Janus a Elf: (Add Comments Here)Janus was our scout and he did an excellent job. He was very involved in the party and what we were doing and often came up with good ideas and plans. I enjoyed playing with a good RPer like the player of Janus, it added much to the quality of the game. All players were good Rpers, but Janus is one that sticks out in my mind. I look forward to further games.

Comments in reference to the character Janus a Elf: Well played... Nice move trying to get more money from the flaming fist!(well in character). You might want to stay a little behind in fights... you found out the hard way :). But maybie it was roleplaying a young rogue who doesnt have that much experience.... Cant wait for next session with you guys!

[el yimbo's reply to comment: :) I'm not sure what happened in the temple there, I can only assume it had to do with the order in which we came through the door. There I was, stuck in front, a skeleton thingy to my left and my companions unintentionally blocking my retreat. Ouch! Time to take some more ranks in Tumble!

Janus was a great player. He has an exceptional character history. It is well thought out and sparks a lot of plot twist ideas which could make for an interesting game. He also was a valuable party member.

Comments in reference to the character Ceorus Brynne a Human: Excellent job! Was very believeable as his character and played a tactically smart game as well. Nearly brought a tear to my eye when he risked life and limb to help a fallen comrade who was trapped.

[el yimbo's reply to comment: Thanks. As a former soldier, how could he do anything else for a comrade in arms...?
