Reviews To Date for Lilivati

Comments in reference to the character Ursa Desandenbach a Human: I have always heard that leaders are born, not made. And in the case of Ursa, this rings very true and after the adventure our characters have had, Edwin would follow her anywhere. From her noticable impatience, to her indifference to honor, Ursa‘s personality rang true throughout the campaign and in one of the most touching moments I can remember, her reaction to finding the engagement ring in the cave really ‘touched‘ me beyond the computer screen. And thats saying a lot, but I am not surprised coming from Lilivati. Wonderfully played as always, it has been a pleasure to have journeyed with you again. -Tarridus

“Don‘t worry, Ursa, things will work out... He‘ll be alright. I mean, honestly, I HAVE to meet this guy... Okay, so maybe being in another dimension or something might be a drawback, but I‘ve a feeling you might get lucky...“ Oh dear. Poor Ursa. That was so totally out of the blue... Y‘know, its funny how things worked out, what with Ursa ending up appreciating Alain‘s optimism and Alain being rather painfully reminded that people die sometimes... And it all came out naturally, rather then there being any planned conclusion. Every nutter needs a serious character to bounce off, and I‘d like to thank Ursa for being there to put my oft-insane antics in context. You‘re absolutely incredible ^.^ To the anonymous reader of reviews... A member of the best player group I have ever had the pleasure of playing with, and you can PM me for a lengthy explaination of why. -Decider

Comments in reference to the character Ursa Desandenbach a Human: Ursa is the only one that I really don‘t know what to think about, with the conclusion of Vanthar‘s Last Song. Well, I mean, yeah, I know that I think that she has possibly become the paramount of female fighters, in my opinion. But I don‘t know where she is going to be going, now that Vanther, Luther, and her fiance are dead. Hers is a future that will have to be watched most carefully, and with most interest. Summer suddenly seems so far away...

[Lilivati's reply to comment: Lol, you just wait...though incidentally, she's not at all convinced her fiance is, in fact, dead.

Comments in reference to the character Ursa Desandenbach a Human: (Add Comments Here)Ursa is such a pillar of strength. Going forward even in the face of loss. But I wouldn‘t expect anything less of her, she is not the sort to roll up into a ball and sob. Great job as always Lili.

Comments in reference to the character Ursa Desandenbach a Human: Every so often, you get a character who goes way beyond the norm, becoming detailed and fleshed out enough to be a real, geniune personality. Ursa is one of the most ‘complete‘ characters I‘ve had the pleasure to meet. I really enjoy our near-constant arguing/banter and I get the feeling that it could go on for ages, without ever threatening the story itself... Perfect. Oddly enough, the character I can identify with the most is the one I spend all my time bickering with... Who‘d have thought it, eh? -Decider

Comments in reference to the character Ursa Desandenbach a Human: (Add Comments Here)Ursa‘s relationship with Alain is one of the most interesting bits of the campaign. Watching her learn that she just can‘t order him about anymore and working out how to best communicate with him has been great.

Ursa Desandenbach a Human: Ursa is simply a great, great character. She seems so well thought out and consistent, its always a pleasure to have her ‘in the game‘. Look forward to much, much more...

Ursa Desandenbach a Human: Still one of my favorite characters in our group, I truly enjoy Ursa‘s approach to things each week. Though often viewed as ‘cold and hard-nosed‘ - I see her as being simply realistic, with a true and good heart. Keep it coming Lili! ;)

Ursa Desandenbach a Human: Ursa‘s skills really came to the forefront this time out. Great, great game! Her tactical planning and cool head saved the day, without a doubt. You play this character to perfection Lili... The RP of her emotions while dealing with either of the Tavler‘s was sooo good, I could really feel the tension.

Ursa Desandenbach a Human: Ursa sure had plenty to keep her busy this week! Between battling the ant colony and dealing with Alain, I did not envy her. Her personality is really shining through consistently in how she behaves in-game, as well as on the IC forum. Great player/great character!

Comments in reference to the character Ursa Desandenbach a Human: (Add Comments Here)The highlight of the night for me was the confrontation between Ursa and Alain..easily one of the best rp moments of the campaign. It was one of those rare times as a DM, where the story you help to create, just simply takes off on its own. Beautiful. PC

Ursa Desandenbach a Human: Ursa‘s impatience and ‘fighter‘ style was really starting to show here. Her frustion with the druid was great. Glad she didn‘t whack him right then and there though... I was worried for bit!

Ursa Desandenbach a Human: Yes, Ursa was everything I expected and more! Great, great first outing. Her ‘concern‘ for her sister was played out in a way that was truly outstanding. Oh yeah, and the outfit was awesome too ;)

Comments in reference to the character Ursa Desandenbach a Human: (Add Comments Here)Ursa is already starting to establish herself as a force to be reckoned with..the way she carries herself lends itself to her leadership skills..lol..I know Megira being pregnant was a bit of a curveball, but as expected you turned it into a great rp opportunity..I‘m REALLY looking forward to seeing if Ursa can keep them alive! :) PC

Comments in reference to the character Ursa Desandenbach a Human: (Add Comments Here) What a bitch! I loved it! She didn‘t take crap from no one. An excellent job RPing while running the risk of getting the party to hate you. To me that can be very hard to pull off. You play your character how you invision, and not to just cooperate because you are all playing a game together. Especially when you accidently pushed the rogue into the trap he was trying to remove ;-) and you said... “Oh, sorry you tripped“. I about fell out of my chair. Was the best experience I have had yet playing NWN.

[Lilivati's reply to comment: Urm...she was running around, throwing caution into the wind as usual, and I accidently walked her too near to the rogue who was disarming a trap, causing the game to move him forward and trip the trap...so I just kind of went with it...nevertheless I'm glad you enjoyed it. :)

This game was a little strange. Suffice to say both Ursa and I get annoyed when she is constantly hit on, and as a result was not her normal sweet self. This game encompassed this comment and the three below.

Comments in reference to the character Ursa Desandenbach a Human: Very well done! Her personality may grate on some other party members at times, but she‘s a reliable fighter and shares easily. Outstanding role-playing gets you B.i.G.!

Comments in reference to the character Ursa Desandenbach a Human: (Add Comments Here) Hehe Wow Ursa. If there‘s one woman to pick to be on your side... I had a grat time working with Ursa. Not only was her dialogue unigue and in character, but you could really get the sense of who she was. Would love to play with her again.

Comments in reference to the character Ursa Desandenbach a Human: (Add Comments Here)Wow..finding Lilivati was finding a diamond in the rough..outstanding rp with the “death“ monk..such a cool char! Just get those connection issues fixed up! :)

[Lilivati's reply to comment: I'm blushing...

Anyway, just to clarify, the above comment concerns Elegy Rho, an evil monk I made up on the fly when our regular campaign fell through, not Ursa (who is a good-aligned fighter).

Concerning connection issues- now that I'm back at school, it shouldn't be a problem anymore. :)

Comments in reference to the character Ursa Desandenbach a Human: (Add Comments Here) One of my new favorite players. Very believable and interesting. I hope I have the pleasure of playing with you again.

The character seemed to me a near paragon of role playing a serious mercenary. But at one point she seemed very out of character to me and my initial feeling sank dramatacally.

Comments in reference to the character Ursa Desandenbach a Human: Definitely a leader, but not the harsh taskmistress type. Ursa was fun, witty, and considerate. I loved the bit about having perfect pitch!
