Comments in reference to the character Piddle a Halfling: Ah, Piddle a “dangerous“ friend to have, but even more dangerous to be without. He is probably best kept within sight (difficult at best) but at more than an arms reach away (not easy either).

It‘s a real mixed blessing having piddle around. He‘s a first rate role player, although I got the feeling that he had some RL interruptions during the session. Either that or he suffered a few petite mal seizures. He‘s also a darn fine rogue. For detecting and disarming traps and locks there are few better. The only downside to having him in the party is that he steals everything that‘s not nailed down. We have REALLY got to keep a closer eye on him.

It‘s impossible to get mad at this guy. He shows up late and still makes it work. It was perfect really when he stumbled into court an hour late nursing a hangover. I mean... that‘s really just Piddle being, well... Piddle.

Comments in reference to the character Piddle a Halfling: Ha, ha, ha ... you can‘t help but like this guy! Even arriving late, he makes a grand entrance -- have no idea whether it was planned or not -- so much the better! For having such a “small part“ in today‘s session, Piddle certainly made his presence known! Well done (and I‘m still watching my purse!).

Piddle consistently keeps me in stitches. He‘s the consummate halfling thief. His RP is excellent, and while funny as all heck his antics never seem to hold back the action (and in fact, at times hauls the action along behind him kicking and screaming).

Comments in reference to the character Piddle a Halfling: One can‘t help but to like Piddle -- just keep your eye on your purse (or keep an empty purse). Excellent role-playing -- Piddle never fails to come up with a surprise or two. Hope to see more of him in the future (he‘s best where you can SEE him if you get my meaning.) :)

This little fellas TROUBLE. Not evil, mind you. He‘s the kind of trouble that accidentally releases a ravenous bugblatter beast and makes sure he‘s the closest one to the exit before he mentions it. He‘s going to keep things real interesting.
A great personality well role-played. I really hope he sticks around.

Comments in reference to the character Piddle a Halfling: Piddle = Greedy. A strong role player and a well played rogue. Piddle has that sneaky quality that every self respecting rogue should have. I checked my inventory several times throughout the game, just to be sure that nothing was amiss -- seriously. Piddle fills a much needed hole in the party; however, he needs to improve his skills (if he really has any) as the locksmiths seemed to have won this round.

It must be tough dealing with large folk who aren‘t able to figure out what four simple ingredients are.
How did you go through the entire mission with nary a scratch?
[Piddle's reply to comment: By staying out of the line of fire. One of those treants could crush me flat with one blow. I'm not a meat shield and make no pretenses about it. My bow arm was getting awful tired though. ]

Poor Piddle. Always misunderstood. And he wasn‘t even able to make a profit this trip since all the loot was taken by Phaedo and the rest.
Fortunately he comes in handy when a door needs to be unlocked or when carving away 20 hit points of sneak attack damage against a mind flayer is called for.

Comments in reference to the character Piddle a Halfling: His demeanor and that of another in the group bickering can get tiring after a time, and I‘m not sure yet if it all “in character“ or not. I hope one day that they drink some ale to both their hearts‘ content and call eachother best friends. That would be something great to witness. Thanks for the thief like abilities (doors, locks, traps) that you provided in the game, for I think the majority of the group would have been stuck in a few corridors too often. See you next time!

Is Piddle a good Role Player? I would yes he role playes a selfish (takes what he wants and doesnt share), self centered (expects others to share with him what they found)hypocritical (tells people not to go into side passages and then does it himself)self serving (puts the party in danger with his greed)curious (draws opponents to the party before they have had a chance to recoup from the last encounter)Thief. Yes he plays this type of thief well. My point is that type of role played character is a detriment to my life and everyone elses in the party. He is a snake and knowing that I will kill that type of snake and not coddle it for biting and poisioning me like a well role played snake would. I need no other reason to attack him on sight other than this because when I find a snake in my back yard I kill it.
[Piddle's reply to comment: Reason? You don't a reason. you've tried to kill me twice without even attempting to RP it. Your justifications are your own don't try to sound like your doing everyone else a favor. Your last post about me was fraught with half-truths and out and out lies. You say I stole from the party and didn't fight. What hogwash! I came out of that last session with 200gp and 1 potion of agility. I saw you take a magical amulet and not bother to disclose this. While everyone was worried about t ]

Comments in reference to the character Piddle a Halfling: Very believable greedy theif type. I use thief instead of rogue, because (and I think Piddle would agree) he is. Though just starting in the land of Karador he seemed genuinely concerned for the beginners to feel welcome.
[Piddle's reply to comment: Aye that I am. Piddle's profile makes no bones about it. Thieving is his stock and trade, but he's no hypocrite. ]

Comments in reference to the character Piddle a Halfling: This is the third time that i have played with piddle and let me tell ya, I would rather have a parasitic leach attached to my nads then adventure with this guy again. Here is what he did: first he tells people what to do and then does the very thing he tells others not to do (ie run into monsters head long), he took most of the loot and then complained that he didt get enough, he tried to pick pocket a heavy monster we had to negotiate with for our lives, and to top it off he put traps inside a merchants house we needed help from. At one point someone else said to him, your fired piddle. he constantly ran ahead of everyone to scout around and did he avoid a single monster, no. All he did was drag evey single monster on the map at us when we werent ready. in every game i have played with piddle about half the party has died because piddle draggs monsters to us without warning. And then he runs off and tries to open chests when we are faced with the monsters that he has dragged to us. He dosnt even help kill most of the guys he draggs to us.
This is someone that i dont need in my party, all he does is get everyone killed while stealing everything he sees.
[Piddle's reply to comment: You are so full of it. If you don't want to party with Piddle then don't. But he is not going to stop playing the character that he is because of your belly-aching. And oh yea. if you want to try and kill him be my guest, but you better RP it better than you whine. ]

Once again Piddle ends the quest making a profit...somehow. Good thing he knows how to disable traps and break into locked buildings which no doubt keeps the fragging episodes to a minimum.

Comments in reference to the character Piddle a Halfling: Piddle seemed a little more good aligned than I would have expected from the description, but friendship and trustworthyness are good qualities to have. ;)
The whole party trusted him and he appeared to be second in commmand, also they relied on his theif abilities to survive.
Overall, brilliant roleplaying. Piddle did not go unnoticed, quite a personality. ;D

I normally don‘t make blanket comments, but I have no choice this time. First I‘d like to say it‘s nice to see old friends again. Secondly, I think what has happened just prior to my return is good and natural for this kind of mod, and fits the spirit of this world Rome has created. With a little help on the DM side, all these factions can come together and hopefully start to make more sense to everyone. Good game tonight and see ya all next week...LION

Comments in reference to the character Piddle a Halfling: Is it possible Althalus has a young protoge in the works, or is it another obstacle to overcome? Time will tell. Good game. I don‘t know if it was you who kept entering the cave when Althalus would go in or someone else but I should warn you that encounters are not scaled so you will meet a ton of creatures who will see you and can kill you fast if not careful.

Piddle,
The laws for pickpocketing in many countries usually involve reducing the number of appendages a thief has from an even to an odd number. Keep this up and you‘ll be on Full Monty‘s Most Wanted list.
