Reviews To Date for Flmngo
09/29/08
Comments in reference to the character Myriani a Hafling: Myriani is a saucy lass, a lot of fun. I‘d like to see more of her!
08/05/08
As always a pleasure to play with you! I think my favorite part was Jada‘s severe disapointment that the RED DOG actually returned... or her delight in seing that Jasper wasn‘t turned into goo by his incredible stupidity... or mine, heh
08/05/08
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: Great job as always.
07/17/08
Whilst there was nothing to trouble Jada-Kai‘s axe this session, she stepped up in support of her leader, Paedra, in trying to put the “Red Dog“ in his place. Somehow though, I don‘t think he will ever learn. It would be so easy to portray Jada-Kai as the archetypal barbarian, but Flmngo has created a wonderful, vibrant character that continues to grow and develop as the campaign has progressed. Well played, as always.
07/16/08
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: Superb moments of RP when asking the Red Dog for clarification on what necromancy meant. Also when reminding that same Red Dog that he needed to watch his step. Subtle moments, but moments just the same that caught my eye. Great job as always.
07/15/08
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: There needs to be an additional category for “This character was mostly an enforcer.“ I like how you and Peadra tag team each week on Krahl. One week it‘s Peadra getting in his face, the next week it‘s Jada-Kai. Keeps it interesting, that‘s for sure!
07/10/08
Jada Kai is slotting into the position of second in command within the party. Always ready to support her leader and offer advice to others when she sees the need. Both the character and the player pick up on the subtle nuances and small details, most importantly the environment around them. Is she learning to put aside her hatred for the Red Dog and have the lessons she was taught by Morgan about using the resources at her disposal come to the fore? Or was she merely pushing the Red Mage forward into the path of danger where he may meet his demise. Great game as always, Flmngo.

[Flmngo's reply to comment: Er...um...a little of both? Jada's thinking is, 'hey, the mage gets in a good shot and then dies. A perfect scenario.'

Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: Week in and week out, Jada-Kai plays peek-a-boo with who and what she really is. Just about the time that you think you‘ve got her nailed, there‘s a softness, or a sense of humor, or a solid steel core that jumps up to make her more than some two-dimensional character. I love watching her! KatDragon
07/08/08
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: Flmngo does a great job week in and week out of mixing Jada-Kai‘s eagerness for battle with a touching concern for most of her teammates, not wanting to endanger them. It‘s also extremely clear that Jada is more than just numbers on a page. She is a living, breathing character with strengths and weaknesses that Flmngo thought out well in advance of ever creating the character in a pixelated form.
06/25/08
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: One could see in this session the ways in which Jada-Kai has grown with respect to organizing, and taking advantage of, group tactics. She also is exhibiting more understanding of the fact that, while she wouldn‘t spit on his burning corpse if it were on fire, Krahl does serve a legitimate purpose in the party . . . at least for the moment.
06/24/08
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: As always FLM, a great time RP‘ing with you. It was fresh/good to see Jada‘s blossoming concern for Jasper.
06/24/08
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: Jada-Kai is defintely the character that I would say has grown the most (in terms of personality and character development) over the course of the campaign. It‘s neat to watch the way she interacts with others on the team as she becomes more and more a leader of this team. Roleplaying a character‘s change over time is one of the harder things to portray believably in my opinion, and this player does it very very well.
06/10/08
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: I‘m sure I‘ve said this before, but Jada-Kai could be such a poster child for barbarian if it were not for the player‘s keen handle on just exactly what goes on behind the stoic face of the fighter. Jada-Kai is NOT one-dimensional but is a rich and complex character. She‘s a joy to watch whether the byplay is between her and Jasper or the vitrolic exchange between her and Krahl! - KatDragon
06/05/08
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: (Add Comments Here) It‘s interesting to see how much this character has evolved over the course of the campaign. She is now more confident in her own abilities and this in turn has made her more talkative. Some wonderfully sparky moments with the Red Dog where one can feel the animosity between the two. Add to this the subtle touches and little comments relating to her background and Jada-Kai truly comes to life as a living breathing character. Wonderfully played as always, Flmngo.
06/04/08
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: Jada-Kai could be one of those one-grunt, whack-em female barbarians, but even though this is the truth, she also is crafty and capable of being much more than that. The fact that a member of the party is the personification of her nightmares just leads to some very feisty verbal interchanges thrown with the mutual disdain of both individuals. Lot of fun watching!

Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: I find it extremely comforting to know that it‘s not going to be some unknown creature way down the road sometime that takes my character out of this game. It‘s going to be the oversized axe of my favorite Sandcow splitting me from top to bottom. There‘s a certain peace that comes with knowing that.

[Flmngo's reply to comment: My peace will come when Two-Moons splits your overstuffed skull, Red Dog! ((*winks))

05/20/08
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: It was an interesting evening for Jada-Kai, her first at being left in charge by the Company leader. It was fun watching Jada apply her new-found combat tactics skills. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn‘t. My high point of the evening “...sounds amazingly like Peadra“ as she snapped out commands! This session was a definite stretch for the character.
04/29/08
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: Really well played. Jada is always interesting to play with, I‘m looking forward to next time.
04/22/08
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: Great job tonight with the perhaps only-slightly subtle comments to dig at Jasper! The interplay between Peadra and Jada-Kai was outstanding as Jada-Kai expressed her anger and dismay at not being chosen second-in-command. The angry/anguished pacing back and forth added visual emphasis to her words!
04/16/08
Far from the stereotypical barbarian character, Jada-Kai is a complex individual played with aplomb by a wonderful roleplayer. It‘s apparent that a great deal of thought has gone into making her a truly three dimensional personality. Well played.
04/15/08
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: Great job, very wel played. It is always a joy to watch Jada and Jasper inter-act. Interesting characters make for interesting games. It is always a lot of fun when you play, I hope to see you next week Flm.
04/08/08
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: I saw a new side of Jada tonight. I think things are going to get interesting over the next few weeks. I think we‘ll have some great role-plying ahead.
09/07/07
Comments in reference to the character Myriani a Elf: (Add Comments Here) Myriani is a very odd character. odd in the way that the player is not too concerned with “going along with the party“ just for the sake of moving the module along. and actually, that is a good thing... because that is what her character would do. Flmngo is playing the role of the stoic druid brilliantly. she rarely agrees with the party, yet she does have a reason to be with the group and thereby the character‘s lack of agreeablility makes perfect sense. well done.
07/25/07
It‘s great to have Jada-Kai back in the party. Welcome back.
05/09/07
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: A strong performance as usual, especially after the encounter with the wererats.
02/07/07
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: Jada-Kai is a multi-faceted character who continues to grow, in spite of her fears. I love watching this incredibly complex woman speak poor Common, work her way through words she does not understand, and make them fit. A lot of fun to watch.
01/30/07
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: Jada-Kai is always a delight, even in her most stubborn barbarian moments. Jada‘s player is skillful, extremely willing to work with the DM(s) at the drop of a clue and run with the possibilities. Well done as always!
12/19/06
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: Jada-Kai and Paedra, in the front line, are always the sweet voices of reason when it comes to a straight-forward punch up the middle of the foe! Right. . . .! Great job as always, even on a night of insane technical issues.
12/12/06
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: Jada-Kai is always well done, from her innate distrust of magic, to handling of the party members around her, to the smallest action of having another party member take over the “guarding“ of an untrusted party member so that she is free to go beat the stuffing out of anything attacking the party! Well done as always!
11/01/06
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: I particularly liked the side comments Jada had going this week as she begged Paedra to let her kill the “dog“ so that she did not have to split her concentration between the bad guys in front of her and the untrusted mage behind her. I also laughed at her sidebar comments about Jasper and how he needed to learn his proper place instead of constantly putting himself in danger. As always, a great job!
10/25/06
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: VERY good character. We‘re going to get along fine... JUST fine... muwahahahaha....
10/24/06
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: Great reaction to the Thayan mage! And continued to be superb in never dropping in the common trap that a lot of characters fall into when the PLAYERS know each other well, and that is the trap of letting supposed animosity fade. Jada-Kai‘s continuing “make the mage take the lead“ had me rolling behind the scenes! Great job! - KatDragon
10/24/06
Comments in reference to the character Solitae a Wood Elf: If there was a heart to this group of elves, Solitae would be it imho. A character full of emotion and not afraid to show it, you cannot help but care about her in a profound way. Her sense of loyalty and warmth for her companions is wonderful to watch and one could say that her story is only beginning. Awesome job Flmngo and I can‘t wait to see what the future brings. -Tarr
10/23/06
Comments in reference to the character Solitae a Wood Elf: What can I say about Solitae? In true harper fashion, she is a many-layered character- on the surface a cheerful trickster, but underneath that is something as hard and serious as steel. Like Feynur, I feel sometimes her patience and compassion are at odds.
10/23/06
Comments in reference to the character Solitae a Wood Elf: Masterfully done at all times. A treat to watch!
10/13/06
Comments in reference to the character Whisperdoom a Pixie: (Add Comments Here) Good job, Flmngo, but I want more pixie. I felt that you played WD a bit too much like the monk part of your character and not enough pixie. Spice it up a bit... make her a bit more crazy and caustic and she will end up being one of the great characters.
10/11/06
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: I love watching Jada-Kai in action. Her delight in her new axe, and the determined effort to become familiar with it, was a joy to watch.
10/09/06
Comments in reference to the character Solitae a Wood Elf: Solitae‘s gentle leading of Darutian‘s torn mind back to the present was incredibly well-done and poignant. This game is filled with wonderful roleplayers, and I am honored to be able to watch this in action.
10/03/06
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: Another great evening of Jada-Kai. I enjoyed watching her take her signals from Paedra, even if a dwarf in a half-orc city might not be quite the right guide. Her discussion of sacrifice and honor with the priest of Tempus was another fine bit of in-character depth. It‘s always a pleasure to watch the subtleties of this character, when it could be not much more than a shallow image! ~Dragonstar
09/16/06
Not for Tyrin the quiet life on the farm. He seems to despise the daily drudgery, some of his companions and most of all the chickens. ROFL. Witty banter; full of needle and contempt; around the dinner table were one of the highlights of this session. Tyrin is a great character. As always, a pleasure to game with Flmngo.

09/05/06
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: Jada-Kai is one of the most interesting barbarians I met. She has a background story that she steadily works on without dominating the session‘s goal. The player behind Jada-Kai is intense, funny and amazing to play with.
07/25/06
Comments in reference to the character Solitae a Wood Elf: Wow. Very well played character showing deep emotion. I was impressed with the way that Solitae showed her passion for the history of the game and am much looking forward to playing with, and getting to know the character more as the game developes further.

Comments in reference to the character Arzu a Human: (Add Comments Here) Always fun and sassy... You just never know what is gonna come outta her mouth.

Comments in reference to the character Phaerdre Kenval a Drow: Phaerdre is a sharp observer, picking up on nuiances in other‘s behavior. She responds with sensitivity and flair. With her quick and creative wit, she always adds to the bardic circle.

Comments in reference to the character Ch‘ah-na Thel a Half-elf: (Add Comments Here)SAY IT AIN‘T SO!!! We will really miss you, you are one of the best. Good luck with the new job and hope to play with you again soon!! Crube p.s. here is a goodbye BIG for ya!!!
12/23/05
Comments in reference to the character Ch‘ah-na Thel a Half-elf: What can I say? Flmngo will be missed dearly. Ch‘ah-na was an integral part of the campaign. RL sucks that way sometimes. For anyone who reads this: If you get the chance to play with Flmngo, do it and count yourself lucky for having the opportunity to play with one of the best. If you‘re a DM running a campaign, invite her, it will enrich the experience for everyone involved...assuming this worthy HOF‘er has the time an inclination to join. I think that this bunch of nuts who play on Tuesday nights just got lucky...Until the next meeting, old friend.
12/21/05
Comments in reference to the character Ch‘ah-na Thel a Half-elf: (Add Comments Here)What is there to say? It feels like one of the family has moved on. Watching a true roleplayer expertly craft a character and a story every week was a special treat. To say it will be missed is just an inadequate gesture. The end of an age for the little company that formed so long ago. The end of a chemistry that was truly special among the players. I find myself wondering where Joran and Ch‘ah-na will go from here. I know for a fact that Joran goes forward a better person for knowing his oft-angry, sometimes confrontational and forever loyal friend and soulmate. until we meet again....
12/21/05
Comments in reference to the character Ch‘ah-na Thel a Half-elf: It has been a great honor playing with you. Needless to say Im going to miss you, Tuesday nights will never be the same. You just did a HOF-job with that goodbye as well, I wish I could give you 2 BIGs for tonight. Needless to say, it was heartwrenching watching it all unfold, knowing it is “until we meet again“. Best of luck, and PLEASE come back if time permits!
12/19/05
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: I didn‘t get to see you for most of the session; and though the events that transpired for you were very important, it may have been best that I was gone . . . I‘m not sure that I (Est) would have known how to react.
12/18/05
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: (Add Comments Here)What a game and what an honour to have had a front row seat. It‘s not every day you get to watch someone transcend the human state to become a goddesses war druid. BIG surrounded by flashing lights and star bursts.

Comments in reference to the character Phaerdre Kenval a Drow: (Add Comments Here)I loved all the little things that Phaerdre did to make everyone welcome, like noticing someone sitting alone and getting them to join the group
12/05/05
Comments in reference to the character Phaerdre Kenval a Drow: Phaerdre brings an air of gentleness with her. Yet she is uncompromising in her beliefs. I‘m glad you could join us for the session.
11/27/05
Comments in reference to the character Derbhail Timber a Half-elf: What‘s she up to? Very well played :)
11/23/05
It seems the formerly stoic elf has developed a sense of humour.Perhaps it is the influence of Earendir that has produced such a change. Yet another extraordinary session from Flmngo as Cael‘fir.
11/21/05
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: I‘m surpised Jada and Cali haven‘t killed each other yet :) Aside from that, Jada seemed deeply troubled by the new developments, it must be hard for her to take up the burden of serving what is best for the land and the people in spite of her personal feelings. VERY well played!
11/21/05
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: Jada‘s past seems to be coming back to haunt her again. Not in the form of past wrongs or rights, but of her experiences and oaths that are now conflicting within. She has a tough road as an office-holding person (basically) now, especially as Calithrade calls for alliance with the Osirians.
11/21/05
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: (Add Comments Here)Jada is immediately feeling the results of being a goddess‘s war druid. Personal concerns must be put aside for the responsibility of the office. Well played.
11/21/05
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: Jada holds no love for Romans. Her anger for them was palpable. How will she relate to Hectar now that he is revealed?
11/21/05
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: I think it‘s almost time for Jada and Cali to put on their boxing gloves! I hear Michael Buffer starting his famous announcement already!

Comments in reference to the character Ch‘ah-na Thel a Half-elf: Every week I try to think of reasons why flmngo shouldn‘t get a BIG. (Seriously, if anyone hasn‘t had the pleasure of playing with her you‘re missing out) Couldn‘t come up with one this week.
11/17/05
Comments in reference to the character Ch‘ah-na Thel a Half-elf: Great job scouting ahead. Ch‘ah-na and Maeglin‘s scouting job were a key reason we were able to kick butt without dying. (For the most part ;)
11/17/05
I had to tick leader since ‘Lord‘ Cael‘fir had the fancy robes. LOL. Well played as always.
11/15/05
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: What will Jada do as war druid? How will her relationship with Zannu change, or will it? Lots of questions raised this game, can‘t wait to see how they turn out. Well played!
11/14/05
Comments in reference to the character Phaerdre Kenval a Drow: Beautiful. Simply beautiful.
11/14/05
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: Well, quite a title that Jada earned from Danu . . . I wonder if there will be excessive hassle to go with it? Very cool for you, we‘ll see if it takes you in any unexpected directions.
11/14/05
Comments in reference to the character Phaerdre Kenval a Drow: Phaerdre kept herself busy on the long voyage with penning a melody and song. Kitty sure enjoyed the warm lap. ;)
11/14/05
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: Jada moves into her prime. Great game.

Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: (Add Comments Here)I had a fantastic time, so much to think about. Rome was on fire for this session and everyone played their characters so well I want to award each a Big. Can’t wait till next week now…Lion
11/09/05
Comments in reference to the character Ch‘ah-na Thel a Half-elf: (Add Comments Here)been a while since i reviewed anyone _ I always forget! But hey Ch‘ah-na used the name Joran in a sentence without ‘death‘ ‘kill‘ ‘slash‘ or ‘maim‘ so i figured it was safe to come out of the cave! Cha Cha continues to grow and impress... when you think you‘ve finally stripped away the outer skin, the inside still mnakes you cry LOL! Seriously, superbly played as always - BIG!
11/06/05
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: Jada is asserting herself more and more but to whose advantage? I loved the fights between her & Cali. I think they are going to kill each other.
11/05/05
Comments in reference to the character Phaerdre Kenval a Drow: Ellistrae must indeed be a great deity to inspire such poetry from her followers. Even in the face of impending and unstoppable doom, Phaerdre always has a song to bring cheer to those around her. I look forward to playing with her again. I guess I better start working on Part II right away!
11/05/05
Comments in reference to the character Phaerdre Kenval a Drow: an all around great and unique character. Phaerdre eventually seemed to fall into a role of ‘jack-of-all-trades‘ for this group, so while not always in the ‘lime-light‘ she was certainly indespensible. Well played!

Comments in reference to the character Ch‘ah-na Thel a Half-elf: Always a pleasure. And what‘s this? Something the huntress is afraid of? The game seems to be building towards a confrontation with the drow. It will be interesting to see how Ch‘ah-na handles it.
11/02/05
Comments in reference to the character Felek Stonebreaker a Dwarf: Another short character from Flmngo. This stereotypical dwarf may be blunt, aggressive, bad-mannered and frankly odorous, but at least he isn‘t Tyrin. ;D

10/30/05
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: Jada is a woman of action in a world dominated by politics. Her time may be nearing as sometimes the best form of communication is a large axe cleaved in another‘s skull. *gulp* Well played yet again, Jada!
10/29/05

Phaerdre Kenval a Drow: Just an all ‘round great game Flmngo! Your RP was second to none my friend, and worthy of more praise than we can express here ;) No little nuance was missed, and Phaerdre truly was “alive“ this evening. Can hardly wait for more!

Cael‘fir : Where was he when the poor old mage was singlehandedly killing that Ancient Red Dragon and saving the party? ROFL. I did notice you were peppering it with arrows, even if others didn‘t. Still, even though you didn‘t get the kudos, you got the Cool Sword. ;)

Ch‘ah-na Thel a Half-elf: Ch‘ah-na, as always, a pleasure playing with a true RPer. I especially loved the way you RP‘ed her reaction to Joran‘s shapeshifted form. Very nice touch. It added an element of humanity (elfanity?) to her that was fun to see. Keep up the great work, I look forward to continuing adventures.
10/10/05
Comments in reference to the character Tyrin Sicarii a Halfling: Tyrin‘s knows how to get what wants, especially when it comes to gold and gems. It seems he‘s found a sneak-thief gem in Anni. Is he making a move on this quiet and resourceful halfling gem?
10/08/05
Comments in reference to the character Ash T‘ren a Half-elf: (Add Comments Here) Just caught a glimpse of Ash‘s altercation with the guard out of the corner of my PC‘s eye. Great play. She‘s got a good idea of his character from just those few minutes.
10/08/05
Comments in reference to the character Ash T‘ren a Half-elf: Ash stood up to the Annakol City Guards. His determination, honor, and bravery reminded me of real life historical heroes, the heroes of Tiananmen Square and the American Colonies. Like Ash they stood up for their rights against overwhelming odds. Well, played Flmngo.
10/07/05
A very smooth and entertaining exit. The way things panned out, hopefully you can join us again next week.
10/07/05
Comments in reference to the character Phaerdre Kenval a Drow: Even in a short session, you managed a great deal of excellent RP. Well done!

Comments in reference to the character Ash T‘ren a Half-elf: (Add Comments Here)Ash makes the best use of his time in this session, sorry we could not have gotten into it a little more, but heck he‘s in jail, he aint going no where. LOL Thanks again for playing, hope to see Ash next week...LION
10/06/05
Comments in reference to the character Ch‘ah-na Thel a Half-elf: Just like old times. Seeing flmngo go from foul-mouthed dwarf to stoic elven ranger (and oh by the way switch genders convincingly) just reinforces why she‘s a HOF‘er.

Comments in reference to the character Tyrin Sicarii a Halfling: Tyrin quickly picked up on Mungo‘s theatrics. The potential gold mine was to big to resist. Were his brains as scrambled as he let on?

Comments in reference to the character Phaerdre Kenval a Drow: That was some great RP from Phaerdre. It was interesting to see how she struggled with the demands of her devotions.
09/27/05
Comments in reference to the character Tyrin Sicarii a Halfling: Tyrin‘s heart grows harder everyday. The incredibly beautiful halfling lass Glory even failed to entice his lecherous nature. Whatever happened to “Wine, Women, and Song“? An expertly played character.
09/24/05
Comments in reference to the character Phaerdre Kenval a Drow: I love listening as Phaerdre tries out rhymes and melodies to suit the situation. Her “soundtrack“ to the druid‘s conversation was great!
09/21/05
Comments in reference to the character Cael‘fir Norratear a Elf: It was very enjoyable to play with Cael tonight.
09/20/05
Fate seems to be smiling on Tyrin as the Item he was looking for dropped right into his hands.... all he had to do was put up with another chattering halfling. Well played.

Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: (Add Comments Here)Jada, ever so hard to play most of the game without words. Well done. And thanks for your quick cooperation with Zannu‘s solution to find Eoin

Comments in reference to the character Ilmari Arethel a Half-elf: (Add Comments Here) One thing I find fun is to play different games with different characters but the same players. That really gives an idea of how good of RPers they are. This characters personality poured out and spilled upon the game like so much bad whiskey ;) Clearly the best oneshot character i have played with. Over the top, yes, but not so much so that she was annoying. Flmngo proves hersef versitile once again. DM - BIG :-)
09/16/05
Great drunk. BIG!
09/15/05
Comments in reference to the character Cael‘fir Norratear a Elf: One of the pleasures of playing with this character is watching him in action. His emotes with Sah show a man of the woods, a guardian of nature. It was quite dramatic to see Cael‘s convictions clash with his sense of duty as the party dealt with the vampires, and I look forward to seeing how he continues to grow. Great game!
09/12/05
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: I like Jada, wolf or human, but I do miss her being one of the people who guides the group. I did enjoy her tugging at the bloodied heads with Tigh a lot, good stuff.
09/12/05
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: (Add Comments Here) As we move forward more of the egyptian and life affirming themes of the world will emerge. Thanks for grounding the game with your maturity and spiritual light.
09/10/05
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: Jada is an interesting one for sure. She still maintains the wolf form, but is becoming one of my favorites quickly. I wonder what she will be like once she goes back to being “human“ and just how she will react to the Roman of the group. ;) Great game and well played.
09/10/05
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: Jada did a great job of showing her trust in and connection to Estranar. My character had a better sense this game of what Jada was trying to communicate to the humans. Jada is also an appealing character: a big wolf-dog with thick warm fur and a playful personality. How could I not like her? My big question: she have a dangerous side?

[Flmngo's reply to comment: You will note her cold reaction to Tighernach and her insistance on taking the bloody head from him. Ask yourself why a powerful druid wouldn't want him to have access to a soul...

Comments in reference to the character Phaerdre Kenval a Drow: Great stuff! I love Phaerdre‘s reactions to the events around her, translated into songs and rhymes. Her bard skills not only boost the morale of our characters, but also the enjoyment of the players.
08/26/05
Comments in reference to the character Phaerdre Kenval a Drow: Your use of the voice-throw really added a lot to the game, making your henchman seem at times like another human player. That was awesome! I really must learn how to do that myself...
08/24/05
Comments in reference to the character Cael‘fir Norratear a Elf: I very much enjoyed playing with Cael, especially his touching concern for Sah.
08/24/05
At times an enigmatic character .... Flmngo‘s portrayal of the taciturn elf as impressive as always.
08/13/05
Phaerdre Kenval a Drow: Awesome game Flmngo. Phaerdre is a lot of fun to have along, and was really well played! Great to be on the ‘game side‘ with you once again ;) Her little nuances of singing, etc really add a lot to the game... keep it coming my friend!
08/12/05
Comments in reference to the character Phaerdre Kenval a Drow: Great to have you again as a player. You‘re just as awesome at this as at being a DM! Phaedre is a great character, so devout and earnest. She shatters all drow stereotypes.

Comments in reference to the character Cael‘fir Norratear a Elf: Cael‘fir‘s awed reaction to elven city as a kind of homecoming following by his disillusion really brought his character. Great Game!

Comments in reference to the character Tyrin Sicarii a Halfling: Cut that throat, kill the kid too -- that what Tyrin Sicarii do. Oh yes yes yes, that what Tyrin Sicarii do. Loot that chest, get that gold, don‘t let nothing stop him cold -- that what Tyrin sicarii do, yee yes yes, that what Tyrin Sicarii do. Well playes as always.
08/02/05
Comments in reference to the character Tyrin Sicarii a Halfling: Best not turn your back on Tyrin. Cold and calculating, Tyrin could easily stab you or easily break your neck. One begins to wonder, in the quiet before the dawn, does Tyrin ever feel the pain of guilt? Do the ghosts of those he‘s killed trouble his sleep? Or is this halfling a true sociopath? Well played, Flmngo.
08/01/05
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: Great night for Jada . . . lots of conversation going back and forth for her, and she always has her head in it. What is next? Where do we look next for the Grand Druid? I‘m clueless, I hope Jada has some ideas.
08/01/05
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: Jada doesn‘t trust Samatha at all. Great and responsive roleplay.
07/31/05
Jada had either be your friend or you better find some VERY thick armor. Just hearing hearing her grip her axe makes me sit up and take notice.
07/20/05
Comments in reference to the character Felek Stonebreaker a Dwarf: Consistently the best of the bunch. Even in a tumultuous game like this one, Felek is a breath of fresh air. Flmngo even plays the pottie mouthed dwarf with class. Another BIG says I.
07/18/05
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: I seem to be seeing Jada and Estrenar‘s relationship deepen . . . not in a romantic way or anything, but more like companions who have really spent a lot of time together and just *know* what the other is thinking.
07/17/05
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: (Add Comments Here)Well this was a walk away best in game for Jada. There are three aspects of Jada that you seem to be ignoring a bit that would be fun to see return. First the highly engaging and questioning woman who gets to know her companions and never assumes where they stand and challenges them. Second the woman of faith determined to build her power base. Third the Roman hating leader - deeply concerned with the fate of her own people. How are you helping your own folks by doing this and that for the Druids.. Just thought I would challenge you - since its so easy for you to be so good. Thanks!!!

Comments in reference to the character Tyrin Sicarii a Halfling: Tyrin showed no mercy when the Mask Runner, a child, turned on him. One wonders what he would have done had the tables been turned, with a knife held to his neck. Great roleplay, Flmngo, and an interesting session.
07/04/05
Comments in reference to the character Phaerdre Kenval a Drow: I don‘t think anyone would say this is a typical drow, and it was very interesting and refreshing . . . too bad she‘ll always run into sterotypes and racism, but what sort of fun would it be if she didn‘t?
07/04/05
Comments in reference to the character Phaerdre Kenval a Drow: Phaerdre dealt with an elfs distrust with accustomed grace - that which they fear they so little understand.

Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: Will Jada-Kai‘s knowledge of Osiris help the party? Who can we trust? The political and religious intrigues are causing my head to spin. Jada-Kai seems more honest than most. Is she wiser, too? Well played, Flmmgo.

Comments in reference to the character Sneysi Took a Halfling: Kindhearted, smart, and flithy, Sneysi revealed yet another aspect of his personality. He‘s a clumsy oaf. What started as a simple sloshing of soup, progressed to stew slopped in Aunika‘s lap, hot coffee spattered, and ended with cherry pie everywhere. I was laughing so hard tears came to my eyes. Great fun! Great roleplay!

Some truly wonderful out of the box roleplay this session from Flmngo, as Sneysi‘s run in with a summoned undead creature turned into classic, if somewhat gore splattered, slapstick. BiG.
06/18/05
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: Jada‘s been offered much power, but is the power true? Will she really only be a pawn in a bigger power struggle. What will she do?

Comments in reference to the character Sneysi Took a Halfling: Despite his dirty exterior, Sneysi reveals more endearing qualities everyday. His sincere concern for Peony showed in his efforts to cheer her up. Later, he summoned a zombie and then fumbled with scrolls trying to fix his mistake. Knocking the zombie off the ship was inspired. Innocently smearing almost everyone in the party with zombie goo was hilarious. BiG

Sneysi‘s inquisitive and analytical mind was working overtime in this session. Helping to track down the location to get rid of the rune and then try to solve the mystery of it‘s capture by the mysterious figure who has been shadowing them in the underdark. Finding his niche in the group and excellent roleplay as always from Flmngo. BiG.
06/11/05
Comments in reference to the character Sneysi Took a Halfling: Sneysi‘s notebook must be a treasure trove of information. He meticulously scribbles notes about everything he sees, every person or creature he meets, and problem the party faces. His intellectual curiosity eclipses the problems with his personal hygiene. After Peony‘s folly with the rune. She relied on his notes to help identify which rune was taken. He‘s quickly made himself an integral part of our group and endeared himself to a certain cleric of Marcus. Wonderful roleplay!

Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: (Add Comments Here) Well we are off into another cycle of madness quickly - and this time the stakes are high for Jada - take the offer of power to free her people or back away from forces of Hel and Osiris. This should be very interesting and more compelling to me than that star wars thingy...
06/06/05
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: Jada will stand for no coup that puts Tigh in power. The appearance of Asara seems to have stirred things up. What will she do, especially with the mention of an Egyptian god? This Asara seems to be dropping too many names to be believed, if you ask me.
06/05/05
Comments in reference to the character Tyrin Sicarii a Halfling: Perhaps the tables are turning - Tyrin certainly has a more ‘upbeat‘ mood!
06/05/05
Comments in reference to the character Jada-Kai a Human: This was a great session all around, and Jada was no exception. You know . . . I know Jada feels like she has betrayed her honor by helping her people, and is therefore ‘dishonorable‘ . . . but she stuck by her guns and her friends this session, and I don‘t know that I‘ve ever felt more strongly that she is very honorable. At the very least, she is someone whom I would count on to have my back in any fray.
06/05/05
Wonderful evocative roleplay as always from Flmngo in portraying the slovenly Sneysi. Some great comedic touches as well as moments of pathos. Sneysi is still the outsider to some it seems and his discomfort at that, was well portrayed. Much more to learn about this character. Well played.

Comments in reference to the character Sneysi Took a Halfling: Sneysi‘s personal hygiene leaves much to be desired. He‘s a lot of fun to have in a game session.
