Comments in reference to the character Stallos (*) a Human: Understandable you were tired of sitting in a jail cell, and we seemed to take forever to get to you. You could have seemed a little more pleased to see us, since you seemed to be wallowing in self pity last time we saw you. You seemed almost like the dm at one point, turning down offers of weapons because ‘you knew your stuff was around the corner‘. Although we all grabbed loot from the boxes, our next objective is going to have to be re-equiping Stallos. Can‘t have a front line fighter with no weapon or armor. Look forward to seeing you next session.

Comments in reference to the character Stallos (*) a Human: because you usualy ignore what people are trying to tell you and you want things to go exactly as you want them to go then I will not write here a long review on the wrong things about your playing except from this:
last week stallos wasn‘t around and everything went peacefully but today it went the opposite to my opinion. it has been 11 sessions and stallos bearly changed except near Nana, he is unfriendly and if he is not going to change then I don‘t see how he fits into a long term campaign.

Comments in reference to the character Stallos (*) a Human: Most of the session revolved around this character. A lot of time was given to his back story- and it was an appropiate time in the campaign to delve into it. And now its time to move along with the rest of the group. To push the backstory more would be inappropiate. The character‘s secrets have been revealed and the party supported and encouraged the character to go on. The character has set up ‘a life mission‘ which means- it will take forever to accomplish.
Everyone handled the information accoring to their character concept brilliantly. Excellent RP on everyones part. I hope as much attention is given in turn, in different sessions, to all the other male characters and Nana. I would love to see each of their back stories given as much face time at some point.
The player needs to realize- the characters did exactly what they should do- act according to their concepts- not act a certain way that the player wants them to. The player said after the session that ‘no one roleplayed‘ This is inncorrect- he MEANT they didn‘t roleplay in the way HE wanted them to- but they did indeed - all roleplay fantastically.
This is the DMs world and story and we are characters in it, all with our own bit parts to play.
The player was not happy with the result but the DM was awesome and very fair. As with real life sometimes we are faced with disapointment. The eventual reward will feel like a well earned one.. Just be patient Stalos and prevail!
Clerics are all about having faith or the road of faith.

Comments in reference to the character Stallos (*) a Human: I felt this to be a rather self-indulgent performance. Stallos‘s suicide scene lasted far too long with Stallos ignoring everybody‘s attempts to talk him out of killing himself. It seemed to me that the character and the player were enjoying being the centre of attention just a little too much.
[Master of Darkness Serac's reply to comment: Stallos ignored the people that were either taunting him or not being particularly sensitive. You probably noticed that he had a rather nice chat with another character about it because said character actually sat down and was talking to him instead of taunting, teasing, or spittign on him. ]

Comments in reference to the character Stallos (*) a Human: seemed sooo depressed, if he dont kill himself someone else will do him a favor and off him. was very nit picky ooc saying some rp aspects like players usen languages would make him want to leave the game. he was sad the DMs wouldnt provide full equipment too. overall sad!
[Master of Darkness Serac's reply to comment: Yes, pardon me for logging in not knowing I would be playing with people that had already been on the server for weeks, were higher level, and had full equipment. Got killed twice while being dragged around by the higher level players. It was a real nice intorductory session, all in all. ]

Comments in reference to the character Alira ** a Elf: (Add Comments Here)It can be hard playing a PC with a difficult past. Even harder if the other players don’t know the past and are expecting the PC’s to behave a certain way. Master of Darkness Serac‘s so far has done an outstanding job at playing the outcast. Alira ** has had a rough past and it seems like she wants to trust the others but they are not sure how to take her, and some of her expedient ways. What to her might seem as common sense seems course and destructive to others. It will be interesting to see if she grows to become more of the group or if she slips farther away. LNM

Comments in reference to the character Alira (3) a Drow: please remember I have nothing against you and you are a good roleplayer.
your way of playing a follower of Eilistraee is not good. you go out of the follower of Eilistraee and you become more and more evil.
the thing about a follower of eilistraee that he is good and he will not become evil.
please read this again:
Dogma of Eilistraee
Be always kind, except in battle with evil. Encourage happiness everywhere. Learn and teach new songs, dances, and the flowing dance of skilled swordwork. Promote harmony between the races. Befriend strangers, shelter those without homes, and feed the hungry. Repay rudeness with kindness. Repay violence with swift violence so that those who cause it are quickly dealt with. Aid drow in distress and give them the Lady‘s message: “A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace and live beneath the sun again where trees and flowers grow.“
but you play the opposite. the half fiend was nice to you, and you were not nice at all. it‘s funny that the half fiend played the nice roll but you played like evil character.
written in the background or not followers of eilistraee will not act as you act.
while battles it‘s fine to be angry against the evil you fight against. but in a polite chat even if someone is rude to alira then still she needs to be nice.
you only act by this line:
“Repay violence with swift violence so that those who cause it are quickly dealt with.“
but even when there is no violence you start with violence.
“be always kind“ is the important thing about follower of eilistraee. every drow can repay violence with violence but alira suppose to be good. and she act almost like an evil drow.
see. even if you are around drow. you need to incourage them to go to the surface and not kill them. if you will not be nice to them then how will you bring them to be with the eilistraee followers?
I don‘t want to delevel you if Eilistraee see that alira doesn‘t succeede in being a true follower of her.
[Master of Darkness Serac's reply to comment: This matter has been discussed, settled, and agreed that this comment was completely out of line. ]

I like Alira her character showed how torn she was between her drow heritage and her elven one. Looking to give the benefit of the doubt to a pursued drow it opened the way to a good exchange of ideologies between her and merefrith. Well played.

Stallos of Lors* -- Serac portrays a no-nonsense military personality with great conviction. You can make out there‘s a lot of depth in this character and I can‘t help but think it‘s been played often before, so well-defined are his principles and attitude. Did not make the new character feel overly welcome which I think is quite realistic. Cheers -- AV

And Stallos wanted it to.

Comments in reference to the character Stallos a Human: My only major complaint to the *player* is that the DM is forced to emote his character‘s pain. Stallos, by his own actions, loses a LOT of blood, stupidly and disgracefully (attributes of Stallos, not the player). Even if Stallos tries his best to ignore pain, he still *feels* it, and watching him go on without any hesitation sometimes makes him a somewhat unrealistic character. The player shows a good understanding of Stallos‘ personality, which is good, but not of his physical limitations, and I would like to see more of that in future.
[Master of Darkness Serac's reply to comment: I believe I mentioned this before... Stallos *ignores* the pain. He feels it... oh yes.... but he is quite capable of ignoring it untill it reaches the point that his body just says "screw you" * I.E. Near Death, and Badly wounded at times.
I never asked the DM to emote my characters pain.... I will do so when it is IC to do so. ]

Comments in reference to the character Stallos a Human: I was disappointed in Stallos. He showed a deplorable lack of leadership both during and at the end of the quest. If one wants to take up the position of leader one must first learn what leadership is all about.
[Master of Darkness Serac's reply to comment: Stallos knows plenty about leadership, but he isn't going to lead a disorganzied mob. Comments in reference to the character Stallos a Human: Though Stallos shows no interest in working with others, neither does the player. Didn‘t show much interest in roleplaying either... Quests were undertaken by himself, conversations skimmed through... Well, with that behaviour, he seemed to have warranted himself a stronghold, and a death as well.
[Master of Darkness Serac's reply to comment: The conversation issue was resolved. I'm a fast reader and assumed hterre was no problem. I slowed down when people asked me to. Stallos takes control of the important quests because he does not trust the rest of them with important issues, and with good reason. Only trouble has resulted thus far in allowing them to handle it. I am RP'ing with the players that are hsowing a conscious effort to help the group instead of causing trouble. If our characters don't interact, now you know why. Befor ]

while it surely is IC to your char concept to fight the undead on sight you surely have noted that we cannot win this way, we tried before and were totally overpowered... actually killed even maybe think of it as cutting off the snakes head instead of fighting the entire body... once we get the means to confront the necromancer the undead will be destroyed as well
nonetheless... a believable character choice

[Master of Darkness Serac's reply to comment: Yeah...
I'm going to have to tweakmy story, since Stallos is supposed to be a combat specialist, and unfortunatly the only melee PC, it sadly falls on him to have to handle fighting the monsters up close, which is nigh impossible because of how beastly powerful thye are. Also, his background dictates that he's not allowed to run from fights : / ]

Well great job on the RP with talking about your history with Tala...I really enjoyed that dialogue. I think you did the best last night as far as RP goes! GREAT!!!
On a side note...Your alignment is Lawful Good so I expect you to play a little more into that role. There is no way a LG character would have instantly just went at it with a Holy Commander, without trying to verbally resolve it. That is just my opinion of course and how I veiw a LG in that situation....and for the most part I don‘t think a LG character would have even been in that position. Oh...and you both worship the same God.
:)
Best in Game last nihgt!
