Comments in reference to the character Alira (2) a Elf: Alira is a complex, conflicted character. She desires the comradeship and respect of the members of the party, yet tends to separate herself from them by focussing inwards on herself rather than outwards on them. She would be a lot more popular if she was less inward and more outward looking.

Comments in reference to the character Alira (2) a Elf: I am glad to have you aboard. I was also rather pleased to get the reaction I did at the end of the session when I asked for Best in Game votes. By a outstanding vote this character was given the best in game by ‘EVERY-ONE‘ in the party and even by the DM I had as an aid. In fact the ONLY player in the group that did not vote this character as best in game was themself. I am seeing a rather nice growth in the development of this character since I first encountered her.

Alira‘s confidence returned and she managed the role as leader much more skillfully using in game rp to get points across to bring the group in line. Longing to see more of this next time we play.

Alira is now seen as the group leader and others in the group defend her role in this, although on the elves side it may be favouratism or predajice that maintains her lead but none the less they are content for her to lead them and the racial interaction is well played.
