Comments in reference to the character Dira Xanatov a Human: Garlic was...intresting, well actually his insanity was more annoying then intresting really.
A bit of advice to our bard, there is a time for everything, even appropriate RPing.
Just because your character is supposed to be insane don‘t act it out all the time. or you will eventually start to annoy the players to a point that you will find yourself ignored (belive me i know >.<)
Find Key moments to RP and do it then, and as for your insanity, try to make it an “intresting“ insanity rather then a plain annoying insanity. All we have seen him do so far is fight with Dreugh repeadtly, try doing diffrent things, like perhaps starting conversations with inanimate objects or hearing voices.
adding a little variety to your RPing can make your character allot more intresting and fun to be with.

Comments in reference to the character Dira Xanatov a Human: Well, Gralic is heading off in quite a different direction then I thought he would from a personality standpoint. It will be interesting to see how his insanity plays out in the long run. As for tactics, well, we all could use a bit of work on that, but I think Gralic would be better suited towards the back of the group, or he had better take a few levels in Fighter if he is to stand in the front line.
