Comments in reference to the character Johnus a Human: An interesting character, this Johnus. And a heavy sleeper? While the others are engaged in battle two doors down? I smell something fishy here... :) -- Anya

Comments in reference to the character “Twitch“ Hinote a Human: Twitch is an interesting one--I see a real challenge in giving the players hints about his personality while maintaining his aloofness from the characters. Of course, he hasn‘t interacted much with my character, so maybe I‘ve been missing some of the clues? But I look forward to seeing how Jiron handles this tough job.

Comments in reference to the character “Twitch“ Hinote a Human:
Twitch tends to keep to the background, he minds his own business and stays out of the affairs of the others nor does he share with them anything about himself.
He stays focused on the task and the task alone, and it would seem he has little interest in the group at all.
This does make him mysterious, but also means that he often gets left out- such as when everyone forgot about him also needing a bed when they arranged to travel on the ship.
Perhaps as the group gets to know him they will include him more and he will allow himself to be included.

Comments in reference to the character “Twitch“ Hinote a Human: Twitch wasn‘t falling all over himself to join or help out the party, which says a lot about his character. My personal hope is that the party will unite in their annoyance at Twitch, and allow poor Xaay‘lir to stop being the bad guy. No offense, I hope. But given Twitch‘s behavior this week, I imagine he might even enjoy that!
[JironGhrad's reply to comment: No offense taken. I don't know if anyone noticed (or was in a position to notice, except perhaps Anya) but starting out Twitch was trying to be open and helpful (or at least as much as he can be with his background) and that shifted as he was treated (from his perspective) with disrespect. The other characters (again from his perspective and excluding Xaay'lir) didn't seem to care for his help at all... it was rather like being asked by one friend to help a friend (who you don't know) move ]

Comments in reference to the character “Twitch“ Hinote a Human:
While Twitch was only just introduced to the group this session, he already seems like a complex sort of character.
At this stage it is hard for the rest of the group to know whether or not to trust him, or even believe what he says.
He is, however, very opinionated and seems to be the serious type.
I‘m giving you my BIG (Best In Game) this week because you RPed well, and it‘s hard playing the new PC in an already established group.
[JironGhrad's reply to comment: (to finish my analogy)You arrive ready to help and the friend of your friend keeps acting like you're trying to jack(steal) his TV. Being treated that way would tend to make almost anyone cranky and uncooperative. ]

Comments in reference to the character Sir Johnus a Human: (Add Comments Here) Well, I cannot count how many times my wizard had to raise Sir Johnus from the dead during this campaign. In the finalé alone, I believe it was twice.
Still, I doubt Johnus and Kulbaen have seen the end of one another...

Sleepy sleepy Johnus. What a tired paladin. Unfortunately he didn‘t do all that much this session, but hey, I understand the player was starving(having not had any dinner) so I won‘t hold it against him. ;)

I must say, fun game. I heard you were muttering something very un-paladenish in your sleep:) I think it was “who‘s your daddy“ or something. I also find it funny that 2 members of your party went missing and you didn‘t notice:)
[JironGhrad's reply to comment: It was actually two things... "bad...paladin" and "who's...your...paladin...?" And as for missing members...I rolled a 25 on my spot check...and I have the alertness feat. Not sure how someone NOT sneaking got by me... ]

Comments in reference to the character Sir Johnus a Human: (Add Comments Here) Johnus continues to prove himself ‘not the typical paladin,‘ which at times truly leads me to wonder how he even keeps his paladinhood. Regardless, he tried his best to lead by example this game, and keep the group together.
...of course, that silly maze of death didn‘t make things any easier on him.
[JironGhrad's reply to comment: Hehe, I keep my Paladinhood by not doing evil, not lying and letting my hair get rumpled so as to provide the "Brad Pitt" look...and if what you refer to specifically was beating Nimbs to a loot grab, well...he's pretty dexterous, even though my armor does limit it some. :) On a serious note though, it's the intentions of ones' heart that determines paladin fitness. And even paladins have a bad day (besides which I lost my title over 4 points of evil and 4 points of chaotic- that's bound to ]

Kulbaen, as usual, seemed unhappy to see Johnus. And Rani, whilst greeting his return initially, appeared to have little interest later on.
Johnus and Raine were together a lot this session, they appear to get along very well. I wonder if either has feelings for the other.

Comments in reference to the character Sir Johnus a Human: A very in-depth character. Johnus showed concern for all of his companions. His concern for Ethrania was well played. He has some difficulty in getting along with Kulbaen though, mostly because Kulbaen doesn‘t appear to like him much.
Like your use of emotes and your wit, *brushes a lock of her hair back behind her ear*. And Johnus‘s mysterious illness continues too, though he visibly looks better when away from the evil.
Overall, an excellent job, we learn something new about Johnus in every session. :)

Comments in reference to the character Sir Johnus a Human: Johnus continues to be interesting and mysterious. His sickeness continues, yet he still refuses to acknowledge that anything is wrong, leaving everyone else wondering why.
His leadership is also good, how he tried to discourage the others from picking a fight. And his mentoring to his companions.
His arkwardness after waking up in his underwear, but not being angry, was also very funny.
Overall very well played. I look forward to seeing more of Johnus next week. :)

Comments in reference to the character Sir Johnus a Human: Johnus is a lot of fun, he leads the group well.
Also, there seems to be a lot more to Johnus than seen at first glance, his conversations with Kulbaen were very interesting. I very muched enjoyed how the two disagreed with each other, well played.
Johnus was also rather mysterious, making him very interesting, like how he dug for those potions or was suddenly ill.
Great roleplaying, I look forward to seeing Johnus again next week. :)

Comments in reference to the character Malcolm Reynolds a Human: Good job playing Mal. Your portrayal was spot-on. I would suggest when you are the party leader in a large group again to try to delegate more responsibilities to the various team members. Its almost meta-character thinking, but you do want all the players to have fun.

Comments in reference to the character Malcolm Reynolds (a ship‘s captain) - incredibly true to the character and well played. His dedication to the job and to his crew was quite evident. i‘m looking forward to seeing the transcript of the log so i can see even more of his and Jayne‘s exploits.

I wished there was more time to had interacted with Mal as there wasn‘t any time to create the tension normally associated with him and my character. Otherwise, he did a great job leading the crew, knowing his character and roleplaying.

Comments in reference to the character Johnus Praetor a Human: Lovely concept and definitely well roleplayed in-game. I‘m sorry that we didn‘t have the time for me to really make the NPC‘s react to every PC character, cause I think the Countess and Johnus interacting more would have been hilarious. His question at the table “Do you have a daughter?“ was so weird at first and then so funny when I realized why you were asking. Johnus‘s mother reminds me of the movie “Monster-in-law“. Anyway, great job allthroughout the module, collecting items, clues and even missing keys :P -- Anya
