A joy to watch - Aramina gave some real credibility to the word “paladin“ and while she lays frozen, atop Frostbite‘s icy peak, her glory and honor in that last fight wll always be remembered! Very cool!

Comments in reference to the character Aramina Nauth a Human: Aramina‘s dedication to Torm and her paladin oaths were quietly evident throughout the game. Making the best of a bad situation at the end, even to the final decision, was a tribute to those oaths.

Comments in reference to the character Aramina Nauth a Human: (Add Comments Here) This paladin stayed true to her character, acting lawfully and good. Though there were only 3 players, with Aramina‘s help, the party was successful. One thing I like about this paladin is though she might be at odds with an obnoxious character, she doesn‘t become annoyingly hard to interact with.
[Mpskydog's reply to comment: Thanks! One of the things I'm trying to balance is the Paladin's ideals with the party's realities. With Aramina, I tend towards the Paladin's belief in 'leading by example' - This lets Aramina make opinions, dislikes, and suggestions openly known, and rather than spend the entire session arguing those points she can instead continue to help persue the party's goals while demonstrating the values she's trying to instill in other party members. ]

Comments in reference to the character Aramina Nauth a Human: (Add Comments Here) Roleplaying a paladin is not always easy and there are many ways it could be done. It‘s ok to be decisive, and take charge but only if you want to. A paladin doesn‘t have to please everybody.
[Mpskydog's reply to comment: Aramina does not hold a command position within the Flaming Fist Mercenaries, nor does her membership in the Flaming Fist hold any sway this far from the Western Heartlands. She knows precious little about the area and has no false perceptions that she would ultimately make the best leader for this investigation.
As a Paladin of Torm it is merely her duty to serve whomever is in a position of authority (the mayor) and to root out evil and injustice (for the Triad). ]

Comments in reference to the character Aramina Nauth a Human: Aramina was the no-nonsense character of the group. Although Samar was also a fighter, and through his silence appeared noble in a way, Aramina was the one who offered help for it was needed, took in every clue carefully and swore to get to the bottom of the lurking evil pit and rid it of its blackness. Okay, got carried away a bit there, she never really said that, but I KNOW she was thinking it. Aramina is a paladin and so she acts like it, dropping high-power names like her god Torm and high-and-mighty causes like “fighting evil“ in her sentences. And although she was bumped off her leader throne by the sly rogue, when the true battle will be fought, Aramina will definitely be in first-rank.
