Comments in reference to the character Gureiten Hiraku a : AV is certainly among the best RPers I have ever had the pleasure of playing with, and his portrail of Hiraku does this justice, managing to be interesting and engaging without being “in your face“ - a subtle style of roleplaying, I suppose.
|
|
|
 |
| 06/03/07 |
AV continues to exhibit an incredible ability to present a character to the fullest degree in the most subtle and brilliantly executed way possible - without you realising it at the time. Hiraku does not stick out like a sore thumb - rather he is an omnipresent part of the game‘s lustrous fabric. Absolutely, marvellous. Oh - and my heart goes out to you on Manabi completely passing over you (even if it was a little bit funny!). BiG!

AV‘s Hiraku yet again holds fantastic presence within the group. Presented his background very well today, even if it did dethrone the hugely intruiging mystery his character had about him ever so slightly.

Gureiten Hiraku: Thoughtful and obviously the kind of man who tries to understand things before he acts, and that came out well during play. More of a spiritual episode than a arcane one, though, so the wizard didn‘t get any chance to truly shine - I daresay that situation will be along soon.

Comments in reference to the character Gureiten Hiraku a : Hiraku quickly established himself as the sensible intelectual of the group, probably the most mature of the lot along with Jandin. Although to be to be frank, it didn‘t really seem like he had a whole lot of RP reasons to tag along, he still managed find himself a place in the group.

Aldinvineda, in playing Hiraku, demonstrates excellent ability as a roleplayer. He gives life and depth to a character, while managing not to hog or steal limelight from anyone else. The character sits quite strongly in my mind; a clear sign of excellent roleplaying. *insert corny thumbs up sign*

Comments in reference to the character Leafblade an Elf: Leafblade is an extremely experienced adventurer. He knows his job as scout and rogue and does it professionally. His job as scout is very dangerous, as the party faces many traps and ambushes. His risk level is far higher than those of the other party members. Despite this, given the space to do his job, he does it stoically and takes whatever comes in his stride. A superb portrayal. BIG.

Comments in reference to the character Sarrovi Tormikel a Elf: (Add Comments Here) Sarrovi was certainly more spoken this final session, and even revealed some of her inner secrets to Jak - who, by all appearances, was not entirely unsettled by it.
However, even when it came time to make some of the final decisions regarding the group‘s course of action, Sarrovi gave suggestions - but never seemed entirely willing to stand up for those decisions. Instead, she remained rather neutral and indecisive as she put the burden of choice largely in the rest of the groups‘ hands. Perhaps it is only her way, however.

Clearly a great player! Without uttering a word I learned that Leafbalde is proud, brave, funny and smart. I am still wondering how you managed to add so much to the game with out talking.
Great Character.

This is in my humble opinion the best dwarven player I ever played with.... not only the words can this player command ,but the will to have the big eye on the party....lovely play..(as always ;)

A mute character played extremely well, really original. Imagine Lassie, but an elf, and you‘re half way there to recognising the greatness.

Comments in reference to the character Raffiki a Halfling: Raffiki was his loveable fun self. The RP that this player puts into his character really comes through. The bit about the bedbugs was a hoot!

Raffiki was great as always. Sometimes players play funny/outlandish characters to the detriment of the plotline, but not Raffiki. He is always helpful, always has good ideas, and always plays well in character. His idea to ask the mage at the bridge for assistance was well thought- and played-out.

Comments in reference to the character Raffiki a Halfling: Wonderfully played again as Raffiki. The personality really comes through in role-play an you can tell this player has an entire backstory and personality in his character and bits of it continue to be revealed. Would have been best in game, but needed to leave the session early.
This character is quickly becoming a foundation and defining member (eccentric as he is) of this group.
