The return of Barius seems to have lightened everyone's mood, at least temporarily, and having him at the forefront once again makes it seem as though he never left. He appears genuinely baffled by some of his companions strange evolution of their personalities and comforted that others have remained the same. Sure to be a force of good to lead the final charge into the depths comes as a much welcome relief to this little group of friends. -Belfus

Of noble intentions, Barius rights all wrongs no matter the scope of the matter. Protecting the health of his squire by actively seeking out Timmy's father, Barius handled the situation appropriately and displayed great faith in Morwenna when he simply could have bypassed the bet altogether by paying the debt directly. The trust he has in his companions draws their loyalty and Barius continues his strong leadership wherever their path leads. BIG. -Belfus

Interesting session for Barius as he had to deal with a traveling band of "adventurers" over debt money owed by Tim's dad. Quite a choice for poor Barius to make having no other recourse but to pay or play...alas playing wasnt much better than paying in this case. Barius' colors shone through when he refused the Llothite charm despite its obvious benefits. However, you could really see the cracks starting to form when he confronted Timmothy the drunk in an uncharacteristically violent manner, especially when he mentioned breaking his Paladin's oath by hunting the man down.

Great job with the Timmy/Timothy situation. :) I think the darts competition made for a real nice injection of the mundane. Especially liked the death threat at the end of it all, although I'm not sure how death threats to civilians goes across in the precepts of Tyr.. gonna have to do some research... -DM whistler

Barius is a pretty remarkable character, seeing him stand in front of a horde of monsters without so much as batting an eye is quite thrilling. Now that the Watcher has showed up perhaps we'll get to see another side of this character. Will he regret his involvment with Andra the Thanoturge?

Barius bears the burden of paladinhood with as much grace as a mortal man can muster; to constantly measure his own worthiness as a man of faith demonstrates the potency of his resolve to serve. I only got to experience Roglin for the last part of the game (I was late), but I got a clear feeling for his personality. Comments like "Hey Marshal, why don't you charge those goblins when they come around the corner" and references about the young lady we were rescuing "is she pretty?, err, I mean alright, is she alright?" told me that this player is an excellent RPer. I look forward to more games with this dashing character.
