THE Nims: Nimbles got her hand back but lost a piece of her soul with the rest of the party. (Wonderful reactions when she realized she‘d been used. How will this affect her? Did the Nims finally find the one thing she couldn‘t nick?)
09/09/05
Comments in reference to the character Nimbles (*not* Rosie...): Oh poor Nimbles! Such a terrible thing to be a part of such a hateful act. She really seemed to suffer a great deal from the knowledge of what they had all done, and seems to have taken most of the responsibility in the belief that she should have known what was going on... Let us hope that she can find some joy in the restoration of her lost hand.

Rose: Wow, what a great session. Jonathan’s moral crisis, Pol‘s insight into the Earthmother, Knox‘s gut-wrenching view of his past, and Rose’s wisdom of a child to tie it all together. Doesn‘t get any better than this. Well played.
07/01/05
Comments in reference to the character Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: Fantastic RP as always. The grownups do talk a lot, don‘t they? Rose sits and plays with her toys or hums her tunes... but she listens to everything that is said. And often she is the one who offers the greatest insights.
06/18/05
Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: It was Rose‘s quick thinking and super-healing power that won the day, nothing more! Great job as always LRP! Rose may be small, but she‘s definitely one of the biggest assest of our group.
06/17/05
Rose: Leaving aside her own miseries for the moment, Rose stands next to Knox in his need, heals him, and helps redeem a 700-year-old sacrifice. Her gentle hand patting the mummified body tells more of the inner faith and compassion of the young knight than all her words. Well played.
06/03/05
Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: Always such a deep character, Rose‘s range of emotions (like any youngster!) are always a surprise, and unpredictable. You play her so well LRP, its hard to believe you‘re not 12 yourself! LOL.. Sure glad we have you along on our journey!
06/03/05
Rose: Rosie‘s been through so many soul-wrenching changes these past few sessions. How will it all effect her? Has her time with Jonathan, Knox, Polonius...even Kestra, tempered her at all? Has the fire of Cuthbert forged a new knight or has it burned a child. Your plays is exemplary. Well played.
06/03/05
Comments in reference to the character Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: Brilliantly played, once again. Rose‘s interactions with the demon were absolutely hilarious. He did the mwhahaha part well though, didn‘t he?
05/28/05
Comments in reference to the character Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: It was heartbreaking to see Rose make that terrible sacrifice. I shudder to think what effect this will have on her... and on all of us.
05/14/05
Comments in reference to the character Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: Rose‘s disturbing dreams return - but what do they mean? Are they somehow related to the Doomsday Effect or are they portents of something darker still? Oh St. Cuthbert, guide us in Your light.
05/06/05
Comments in reference to the character Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: Superb as always. Rose‘s delight at the pretty sparkly thing was fun to witness.
03/04/05
Comments in reference to the character Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: Rose‘s act of bravery was truly inspiring. Despite being “scarit“, she did not hesitate to go to retrieve the tent, sneaking past the very foes who had so devastated the cudgel. I think I speak for all of us when I say we are all very impressed with Rose.
02/27/05
Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: The silent Hero! That little girl was SOME-BUSY! Might not have been pounding away at the front lines, but you constant healing was invaluable! It‘s by each of us doing our ‘job‘ that we are able to survive such terrible conflicts ;) and Rose is the best at this!
02/19/05
Comments in reference to the character Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: I was surprised at how cold was Rose‘s initial reaction to Kestra‘s disappearance. I know they didn‘t agree on dining and entertainment choices, but they faced death together so many times and help each other in dire times. She softened up later in the session, but it‘s disconcerting to see Rose‘s evil side come forth. Scary stuff very well played.
02/06/05
Midnight Rose: There was such empathy from Rose for Tommlin. Such compassion. Rose need not share the boy‘s fate - but the proof will be in the choices she makes and the connections she keeps close to her heart.
02/05/05
Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: Though emphasis and probably the memory of this chapter was the incredible battle scenario, EVERYONE‘S roleplaying was outstanding! Each person‘s reactions to the events and surrondings was perfect, everyone totally brought the atmosphere to life! It‘s great to actually feel such tension, such passion, in a game such as this! I can hardly wait for more ;)
02/05/05
Comments in reference to the character Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: I hope Rose was watching the events of this session with extra attention. I wouldn‘t want her to share the same doom as Tommlin! Blood is not all there is to determine our fates.
01/29/05
Comments in reference to the character Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: (Add Comments Here) Rose‘s little temper tantrum was really quite a sight. And it was especially good that it was difficlut to get you to come back. And the RPing with the old man while we were up-stairs was good, but it distracted the DM from my rolls ;-) Always a pleasesrue, LRP.
01/29/05
Midnight Rose: Another insightful game from LRP. Rose is quite the observer, but she also stirs the pot as she blurts out those observations without the censorship of adulthood. It‘s been said before, you play a 10-year-old better than any 10-year-old could. Well played.
01/29/05
Comments in reference to the character Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: That was wonderfully played LRP! Rose‘s interactions with Jonathan‘s father were just perfect. Somehow, she intuitively sensed that he needed someone to talk to him and to ease his troubled mind while the others spoke heavy words. And she did that in such a disarmingly sweet and childlike way... perfection.
01/23/05
Midnight Rose: What a wonderful character. Rose continues to intrigue and delight. And that make-up is NOT for little girls! Well played.
01/22/05
Comments in reference to the character Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: The character may be small, but the player is BIG!

Comments in reference to the character Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: I don‘t care what the omens and portents of doom may say - Rose is a sweet kid!

Comments in reference to the character Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: (Add Comments Here) Rose contiues to be one of the best most memorable characters I have ever played with. She contiues to amaze me with her penetrating wisdom and vision of right and wrong. You have created an extreamly complex character from a seemingly simple concept.
01/09/05
Comments in reference to the character Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: Beneath Rose‘s exterior of childish folly and shadowy portents beats a heart that is pure and good. That heart shone through in the last session in an act of mercy. Let us hope that her good side prevails over her disturbing destiny.
01/09/05
Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: well, well didn‘t lil‘ Rose shine this week?! an excellent game once again. I don‘t think anyone could have come up such an original and well played character
01/08/05
Midnight Rose: Rose has an uncanny way of seeing past any facade...disturbing enough...but then she blurts it for the whole world to hear and sits back to watch the fun. The glimpses of her darker troubles are intriguing and doled out in just the right amounts. Well played.
01/01/05
Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: Sure was great to see Rose once again! Her scouting and finding traps seemed to have ‘saved the day‘ this time out! She may be a royal pain in the a*s, but we would not fare well without her I‘m afraid!
12/18/04
Midnight Rose: An intriguing game. Rose was disconcertingly at easy in the crypts. Has some of the darkness started to creep into her soul? Thank goodness she was leveled-headed enough to call Mente when we needed him. Well played, as always.
12/11/04
Comments in reference to the character Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: As always, superb role playing! Rose is a joy and a frustrating challenge - just like a little kid. But get thy ISP improved young lady! We don‘t want to miss out on your company.
12/11/04
Midnight Rose: Rose certainly caught me on that honesty question - had to rethink that one - lol. Great game, as always, hope your computer issues get well.
12/04/04
Rose is handling her combat situations very well. Not only is she putting to good use her cybernetic campainion, Mente, but she is proving to be a great support archer with her trusty sling.
12/04/04
Comments in reference to the character Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: Fantastic playing once again LRP. Rose‘s emotions are always so strong and clear. I loved it when she was fumbling with the lock in a frantic attempt to save a troubled soul. Too bad you got disconnected at the end, but you didn‘t miss much. Just big people talking. Rose would have preferred to run around town anyway.
12/03/04
Comments in reference to the character Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: (Add Comments Here) Rose seems to be growing up... perhaps a bit faster than I expected. This is not a bad thing really... she was quite annoying at first... but she seems not quite the child that she was when we first started. It is good to see a character evlove, however, and Rose certainly has a great potential to change over the course of the campaign.
12/03/04
Midnight Rose: *sigh* There you go again, running off to jump through the secret door, save the prisoner, or open the first chest you see. *shakes head* Kids these days - no sense of mortality. It‘s up to us adults to make sure you don‘t hurt yourself. Wonderful play and always a pleasure. Well played.
11/20/04
Comments in reference to the character Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: (Add Comments Here) These BIGs for you are becoming a habit, LRP. Rose is always interesting, and I just never know what she is gonna do next... which is precisely what a 12 year old is all about. You play her to a tee. I especially like how you are able to translate the understanding of complex issues from within the mod into the language of a young girl. You always manage to point out what the party should be doing in a way that does sound like Metagaming or OOC interjections. Great job.
11/20/04
Midnight Rose a Human: Rose‘s comments are some of the best moments in the game (Kestra and Knox sittin‘ in a tree...lol). And the absolute sincerity of the character is spot on. Kestra found her moment to begin her idea of Rose‘s education, though she has a long climb, to be sure. And Rose will make it interesting every step of the way. Who know who‘ll learn the final lesson...Well played, my friend.
11/20/04
Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: You must certainly have fun with this character! She provides such an excellent balance to this group, her constant questioning of everything we take for granted, etc. Love it! You always come up with such unique ideas too! It never ceases to amaze me.
11/13/04
Midnight Rose a Human: Rose is great at asking the hard questions, expecting honest answers, and throwing in an outlandish comment. (St. C is great, St. C is good...rofl) I never know what to expect except a great game with a great RP‘r. Well played.
11/13/04
Comments in reference to the character Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: “St C is great, St C is good, let us sit and eat some food.“ - I‘m paraphrasing. But in any case: LOL!!!
11/13/04
Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: Another excellent ‘Little Rose‘ night my friend! Though I think we wore her down a bit, since she was not quite so rambunctious this time around? Hehee... NAH! Your portrayal of her is always fantastic, and her questions of ‘the world‘ really stop and make us all think about things in a much more different light. Keep it coming!
11/07/04
Comments in reference to the character Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: (Add Comments Here) Great Session, once again, LRP. You are, hands down, the best player I have ever played with. Rose‘s outburst from her nightmare was sheer brilliance. I don‘t know how much of that you had scripted (or prewitten), but it was a great performance. I am honered to play with you. BIG -DB.
11/06/04
Comments in reference to the character Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: Rose is probably the most interesting character I‘ve ever played with. You do a fantastic job being both sweet and scary. With the devilish influence of Spiritus Poetae, hers is going to be truly fascinating story and I‘m looking forward to seeing where it goes. May St. Cuthbert watch over us all!
11/06/04
Midnight Rose a Human: Cheeky, disruptive, head-strong and wayward - has no one ever spanked this spoiled little br...uh...child? I see great conflicts between the two women of the group, thank goodness! And conflict with the men you have so completely wrapped around your litte finger. Your RP of the dream was excellent, both compelling and sinister. Kestra will have much to learn from Rose and, perhaps, a few things to teach her that only another woman can. Well Played!
11/05/04
Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: my o my... still a little handful, that Rose. I was certain she was going to scare poor Kestra away right off the bat! And so many questions.... do you write these down ahead of time, or what? LOL... great character LRP.
10/17/04
Comments in reference to the character Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: It‘s like playing with a 10-year old! That‘s a compliment, of course. ;) Then again, if Rose continues to run around liek that, she may find herself lost and alone.
10/16/04
Comments in reference to the character Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: (Add Comments Here) Good job this week. Rose is continuing to be a pain in everyone‘s butt. Even I was getting frustrated with her... great job. You are certainly one of the best RPers I have ever played with - DB.
10/16/04
Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: boy O‘boy! Plot and action was a bit slower paced this time out, but Rose sure kept things busy! Just about everyone in the party became totally exasperated with her at one time or another! LOL... whew, I‘m getting tired just talking about Rose. A real handful this week ;)
10/09/04
Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: when I think of what Rose might have in store for us,, it makes me very nervous! Yet another great game, I really look forward to more of them.
10/09/04
Comments in reference to the character Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: I don‘t know how you do it, but you manage to make the ten-year-old appear at once sweet, naive, charming, ...and deeply chilling. What is the future going to bring? The realization is beginning to dawn on Jonathan that their greatest challenge is going to be the protection of her soul, and the cost of failure may be greater than any would imagine.
10/02/04
Comments in reference to the character Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: Another extraordinary job playing Rose! You are certainly “in touch with your inner child“ when you play! And your inner child is full of questions and mischief, isn‘t she?! Rose‘s abrupt changes of emotion from giggling to tantums were exactly like those of a ten-year-old. And yet, beneath her innocent and vivacious exterior, you‘ve managed to build a sense of dark foreshadowing. Just awesome.
10/01/04
Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: Another great session with Rose. The tension between her and Knox is great! You are playing her perfectly. The way her feelings would be hurt... being left out, etc. *shakes head* too cool! I was actually worried at one point I had over-done it, and Rose would refuse to come with us anymore! LOL... so convincing a character, I felt I was really dealing with a fragile little girl.
09/25/04
Comments in reference to the character Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: (Add Comments Here)BIG Third week in a row. Rose‘s behavior is exactly how a 10 year old acts. Really excellent RPing. I even find myself frustrated with her, just like I would with an inquisitive child that never stops running around.
09/25/04
Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: Rose continues to be a very unique character. Her somewhat innocent questions on EVERYTHING is very well done, and keeps us on our toes. She can be chaotic, but not in a way that gets the rest of the party into trouble. Gotta love her ;)
09/24/04
Comments in reference to the character Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: Spectacular playing once again. Rose‘s reactions are completely convincing every time. I love how her “heritance“ (LOL) comes in and out of everybody else‘s shadow.
09/18/04
Comments in reference to the character Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: Once again a fantastic job playing Rose. Her concern for Kella‘s dog was quite touching. I was also very fascinated about the story of how she came to travel with the shadow - I can‘t wait to learn more about that!
09/18/04
Comments in reference to the character Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: (Add Comments Here) Another BIG from me. Rose is funny, wise and mysterious all at the same time. We continue to get glimpses of her past and who she is as time passes. I expecially loved the singing and humming this session. Good job. Keep it up.
09/18/04
Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: Who would have considered a ‘cleric‘ could be such a ‘chaotic‘ character. Only you, LRP could invent, and make SO believable a character. Truly excellent once again. I can see where Rose is going to be of value beyond imagining to this group, as time goes on.
09/11/04
Comments in reference to the character Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: (Add Comments Here) What a great character. I almost forgot that you aren‘t REALLY a 12 year old girl. The emotes that you type in really give the extra flavor needed to convey your child-ness. Top notch performance.
09/11/04
Comments in reference to the character Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: With that wonderful bio, you pretty much earned my BIG before we even started! But in-game you developed the character even further. I especially loved the way you tied the summoned shadow into a portent of Rose‘s mysterious destiny. She is a 12 year old played masterfully, and yet she is a character with great depth. Amazing job.
09/11/04
Midnight Rose of the Flanaess a Human: Great start LRP. Midnight Rose is certainly a handful! I am sure there are many, many interesting things yet to be seen from her. Her childishness and curiosity was very well played.
