Comments in reference to the character Stephen Starfox a Fox Critter: (Add Comments Here)SF!!!!! and Rogan :) ..welcome back.. I was so fearin you had dropped out..and we have missed you!! But it was a good reason and fitting..that Rogan..had to take a break from our last adventure..to free those slaves.. Yeah think rogan is the only one that can keep up with nimbs :) LRP

Comments in reference to the character Rogan Helmborn a Halfling: (Add Comments Here)well good one SF, this how low and depressed Rogan got, it was clearly done, I knew something was clearly bothering him, and the revealing of his background well done, also his doubts, NImble was never so happy as when she found that ring for him, what better timing could there have posibly been :) LRP

Comments in reference to the character Rogan Helmborn a Halfling: Gerat character development. Like the way your background fits the mod at hand. Makes him driven. Well done.

I had no idea how effective this race could be as a monk sf til you brought this fellow in game. Thanks also for posting the pics..and looking forward to next week LRP

Comments in reference to the character Rogan Helmborn a Halfling: (Add Comments Here)SF is he also going to be part caster?.. I think this is the most interesting class/race combo.. question of the day..how long does it take two haflings to scout an entire zone and know everything that‘s there *giggles* only Rogan remembers much better than nimble where and in which direction things are.. I think these two are the greatest thing since bogey and bacall. and he never forgets nimble..always ready to help her.. I do so love this guy! LRP

[Starfox's reply to comment: Monks really don't multiclass well, and if I made him a cleric or druid. he'd start buffing himself - I decided to forego buffing for this character, as I felt Xora went over the top with it. So, if Rogan is to buff, you people will have to do it for him.

Comments in reference to the character Rogan Helmborn a Halfling: I really enjoyed Rogan this game. I think he more than any other gave us a pulse. He keeps we serious characters from becoming too stagnate. You really created a great RP atmosphere - especially bantering with Nimbles. Well done. - Trav

Comments in reference to the character Rogan Helmborn a Halfling: (Add Comments Here)SF?? here me out here bud...I HAVE NEVER HAD SO MUCH FUN rp‘ing with anyone as I did you in this game.. you were just awesome... and what a delightful time of it...I can‘t say enough good about it, from getting Nimblefingers the ring, to pinching Kelsa on the bumb..so mischievous.. can‘t wait to here this monk spouting philosophy with a hafling twist to it.. I‘m sure it‘s gonna be fun. It‘s just grand to have someone my own size to hang out with.. so come on lets go get those big peoples organized and ready to go *laughs hard* LRP

[Starfox's reply to comment: * Blushes * Warms my hear to hear it - I was very happy when you turned out to be a halfling, too. Now, I just have to decide wheter Rogan will be as forward with 'Fingers as he is with Kesa. Not that I "decide" much about my characters - they mostly play themselves.

Comments in reference to the character Adrian Illustro a Human: Celdour thinks Adrian is a rather strange guy for a paladin. First of all, he tried to respect him and even tried to integrate him with the group by telling him about what was going on between Halaria, Galia and Zaine. Then, after the undead thing, and Adrian‘s unbelievable behavior (at least that‘s what he thinks), he‘s really confused and thinks that he should not care about the paladin anymore and even shouldn‘t trust the paladin anymore.

Comments in reference to the character Xora a Drow: Though Vig has been speaking a little less lately, I always enjoy watching Xora‘s interaction with the rest of the party. It‘s very interesting how her relationship with Philippa has developed to the point of Xora calling her a “Matron“. As always, a great show.

Comments in reference to the character Adrian Illustro a Human: Too bad Adrian hadn‘t met Bigo earlier, but it was very fun watching him try to “protect“ someone he could only sometimes see. Adrian did well trying to calm the poor gnome, too. I am certain he will become a valued member of the group. -Pb
03/21/04
Comments in reference to the character Xora a Drow: Quite a different game tonight from the usual. It seems that the true defense of the Citadel is not the hordes of monsters or even the tough bosses that await within; its the ability to sow doubt and despair within the hearts and minds of those who assault it. ;) Some really nice roleplaying with Xora‘s speech to the Mother. I can see how it must have looked like being the end. But once again, Conan (or Terjon) the barbarian comes in to save the day, even if it is somewhat pyrrhic. ;)

Comments in reference to the character Adrian Illustro a Human: Can‘t say much about Adrian, since it was my first time with him. He seemed like most paladins, in the sense that he has a strict code of conduct. As for you Starfox, welcome to the group, and since I think your main interest rely on RP, I hope we can do it a lot in the near future Valium

Comments in reference to the character Xora a Drow: (Add Comments Here)you know.. I‘ve never seen anyone play such a complex.. multilayered pc as xora.. and NEVER NEVER slip.. even on the smallest details.. and there are so many sf to her... it‘s incredable job.. this pc.. well the ones I really love. are few and far between but xora and fade.. magnicently done *lrp eats her words about guys... playing females * LRP

Comments in reference to the character Xora a Drow: I notice Xora relates very well with all others as well. She has the ability to make them all speak. And that‘s quite some power. It‘s always good talking with Xora.

for Adrian Illustro, a Human: -- I hope the situation is starting to gel for Adrian. He (and you, Starfox) were pretty far out of the loop I think. Your rp seems consistent and I like that; i.e., I am happily anticipating future sessions. -gemerald

[Starfox's reply to comment: Adrian, being a nopble and all that, likes to feel he is important. That can make him a bit obnoxious at times. I think that once he gets into the loop as you say, he'll settle.

]

03/02/04
Comments in reference to the character Xora a Drow: (Add Comments Here)the best compliment I can ever give a player.. is when I say their PC is real.. feels real.. acts consistent to their personality... when the rl person is totally immersed in their character.. and xora.. is very very real.. I learn from watching you play her sf.. as juxtaposed to other pc‘s I‘ve seen you play such as cyrus

Comments in reference to the character Adrian Illustro a Human: Patience, good human, all good things come to those who wait. Aron found Adrian to be an impatient fool of a human, but never judges people so quickly as to assume that to be the sum of the man. Perhaps there is something we can learn from each other... for Esirup. good session.

[Starfox's reply to comment: This is actually quite funny, as Adrian considers himself a patient man - though of coursenever as patient as those who live hundreds of years. Wastrels - that's what they are! :D

Comments in reference to the character Xora a Drow: Xora keeps trying to get Vig together with Philippa, but he‘s just too slow sometimes. Our conversations were very fun this time, and I think most of the time Xora is the char Vig has the best relation with. She is slowly getting Vig to open up a little more each session. I wonder what hidden secrets she will uncover? (not that he‘ll ever become any less arrogant) - FP

Comments in reference to the character Xora a Drow: So Xora‘s interested in being in the Abyss, is she? Too bad there isn‘t a Yochlol model... Maybe one of Lolth‘s agents take an interest in a vagrant drow, who‘s pretty powerful in her own right. ;)

[Starfox's reply to comment: Hentai! [Yochlol have three forms - one of them with tentacles.]

02/23/04
Comments in reference to the character Adrian Illustro a Human: Adrian will surely be an interesting addition to the party. As you surely already have guessed, some of the others members really feel like they‘ve already seen more than their fair share of paladins (and the fact that most of them have turned out to be nutcases doesn‘t help things) but I‘m sure Adrian will grow on the others, if he can only bear their initial skepticism. ;) Looking forward a great deal to continuing the campaign with you in it. It‘ll also be fun to get a chance to play alongside you as a player, Starfox. /Dominio

Comments in reference to the character Adrian Illustro a Human: You pour guy, getting thrown into a big surprise put on the other players. Your first game you show up you get thrown in with 18 other players, into a new town. I‘m sure you were thinking as a player... What the Heck is going on? But you as the PC went with what was going on verywell. I watched as you kept in character and asked questions to the other PC‘s in your group and the other PC‘s in the area. Good job. K

Comments in reference to the character Xora a Drow: Xora seems to think Fade is teasing her, but maybe there is more there then at first glance. Remember fade has never had friends for long and er past always comes back to haunt her everytime she sees you. But she would protect her sister to the death. Great job as always. Fane
02/15/04
Comments in reference to the character Xora a Drow: “Xora, I take it you have good memories of the Realms Below? You seem to be handling quite well the creatures we have been running into as of late... creatures of your beloved Underdark. Do not assume you have seen everything there is to the surface though. There‘s much still beyond your knowledge. I would show you what I have seen, if you show me your own homeland.“ - Vig
02/15/04
Comments in reference to the character Xora a Drow: Xora always provides an interesting viewpoint on various subjects and the world at large. It‘s also fascinating to see how she rationalises her old culture with her new associates. I wonder if she‘ll ever run into anything she can‘t rationalise though...

[Starfox's reply to comment: I'm speaking so offhand about the evils of the drow because this is rather dross and dull to Xora - I actually expect this to blow up in her face sooner or later, once someone confronts her with the evils of her culture. She wasn't exactly an innocent back then, and unlike the Drizzt-type remorseful drow, she never really changed her ways and distanced herself from her past.

]

02/09/04
Comments in reference to the character Xora a Drow: A trip to the Underdark, hmm? That might actually not be a bad idea. I wonder how the drow would react to the presence of a surfacer though. But the support of a powerful female such as Xora might actually intimidate them. Vig and Xora will definately have to talk more about this in the coming sessions. Xora‘s supporting of Fade about her revelation was also very fun, and the friendly treatment between the two of them is always enjoyable. Xora does certainly help shape up the relationship of between the chars. - FP

Comments in reference to the character Xora a Drow: Great game with great interactions. Loved the story of your past. Hope you didnt mind Fade eavesdropping? Love the jealousy and intrigue you bring, it is wonderful. Great comforting of Fade and related to her problem. Well Done. Fane

[Starfox's reply to comment: I put some effort (and Xora did too) into playing a creative rival rather than a whiner - glad that it seems to have worked. Finally, whats the point of telling a story if people won't eavesdrop? Please continue!

]

02/08/04
Comments in reference to the character Xora a Drow: Well, your fears about the half-dragon were unfounded, it seems. Some excellent interaction with various members of the party, and it seems to me that Xora ends up as peacemaker between the various factions. A drow a mediator? Never thought I‘d see the day. *grin*
02/02/04
Comments in reference to the character Xora a Drow: (Add Comments Here) Xora seems quite jealous of the attention that Terjon shows Fade. Is that because she doesn‘t want Terjon to pay attention to anyone else or simply because she too is interested in Fade? Good game as always.

[Starfox's reply to comment: When the two people you are involved in starts to whisper amongst themselves, anyone could get jealous!

Seems we need to be better at sharing items and males, hehe. Seems Fade doesnt know when she makes others jealous....or does she..hmmm. Great fun as always. Comments in reference to the character Xora a Drow: (Add Comments Here)so many good things I could have said about xora tonight..awesome rp with terjon there..that touched her past..but what stayed with me most was I think her surprise when Phillipa..referred to that great heart of hers..there could be no one phillipa trusts more with something like that staff..most touching was xora‘s own surprise at what Phillipa said..alas the staff is usable only by wizards and sorcerers..otherwise I‘d of given it to xora :).. LRP

[Starfox's reply to comment: Xora is ambivalent about her relationship to Philippa. It used to be very simple, but after a discussion she had with Vig, that she tried to explain to Philippa later, she now doubts her reasons for being in this party. She's not used to altrusim, and doesn't trust it, especially not in herself.

]

01/19/04
Comments in reference to the character Xora a Drow: Xora is probably the member of the party that more confuses Vig. She can be extremely careful at times and very loosened up seconds later, very suspicious and then very caring. I also liked the scene with the surface elves, when she was hiding behind Terjon. Although she was somewhat frightened, she seemed to be enjoying the acting of the whole “prisoner“ situation. Vig is still curious about all that gossiping though. -FP

[Starfox's reply to comment: Playing a devoted Chaotic Neutral character can make her seem like she was mad - but there is sort of a reason behind how she acts, it is just not the garden variety of reason. I have great fun playing around with Vig's head - notthat I go out of my way to do it!

]

01/13/04
Comments in reference to the character Xora a Drow: Did amazingly well as our substitute scout, both which detection of traps and reports of enemies. And the conversations between our characters always amuse me a lot.

[Starfox's reply to comment: Eh? I failed to find half the traps! but thanks anyway - those dwarfs were all too good at trap-making.

I like how you express some badly needed appreciation to our mage their..ohh and one learns so much about how to be a flirt!! :)

Comments in reference to the character Cyrus Smith a Gnome: Cyrus realy can seem such a callous gnome - though I doubt he realises just how self interested he seems. *smiles* Incessant chatter about making a new ‘golem‘ sweet seemed to fill Cyrus with excitement, and with the hope of a profit, But when Lind broke down needing the support of his friends - Oh! Alright Cyrus, yeah! We‘ll see you around! *blinks* So sensitive that Cyrus *winks*

[Starfox's reply to comment: This is actually character play on my part. Lind represents a type of weakness Cyrus fears, and thus strives to avoid. Occasionally, his ambition, native helpfullness or technical interest takes over and he helps Lind out, but in general, he tries to avoid the cripple.

Cyrus Smith: A good game for Cyrus, I thought. He challenged Nat-Yia, led the party in the sewers, and had many key moments of influence, including the opening moments in the Keep. Comments in reference to the character Cyrus Smith a Gnome: Cyrus clearly didn‘t understand what he did, killing a helpless animal in the woods, with his only goal to use his fancy equipment. But his acts offended some party members and gave some great roleplay opportunities - a risky move on the side of this player. The deed was very in character for Cyrus, but made some differences within the group painfully clear. Well played. ardiel

Comments in reference to the character Cyrus Smith a Gnome: Ellie does appreciate the attention Cyrus gives her but they seem to have got off on the wrong foot on our recent jaunt, what with the dog and all. Still - we seem to have reached an understanding, and gained some mutual respect *smiles*

[Starfox's reply to comment: Cyrus is not really flirting with Elanore - he is merely unconsioucly imitating the mannerisms of his mentor and doing what he feels a gnome is supposed to do when he meets a pretty girl. All in good fun.

Cyrus Smith: Cyrus is a complexy portrayed character; greedy yet loyal to friends; naive and innocent yet possessed with his own motives. The player uses his understanding of the character to add nce moments to the game -- the portraits, the Nubit fiasco, trying to be Alembar‘s pet despite the man‘s rebuffs. I very much enjoy having Cyrus and his player along for this ride! Session quote, “I‘d do it again in an eyeblink!“ (Atlictoatl, campaign DM)

Comments in reference to the character Cyrus Smith a Gnome: Uh, watch where you point your “suggestion“ finger next time. Make sure you aim it away from Tam *grins* She was nervous taking on a leadership role as she‘s always been in the shadows, inconspicuous (at least that‘s how she sees herself) It just not the same without Cyrus and Sylvia at each other‘s throats all the time but Valia is building up that potential, though not with the gnome (yet). And no, I never get tired of all those techno babbles and jargons (it adds to Cyrus‘ character). Such intellectual talk really impresses the slightly rustic Tam, although she would never admit it.

Comments in reference to the character Cyrus Smith a Gnome: This review is for the entire campaign. Cyrus was a valuable member of the campaign, and Starfox portrayed him superbly as the somewhat anxious gnome with big dreams. This was an experimental campaign, during the alpha and eventually beta test of Crimsonspire, and despite all problems inherent in that, this player continued to add quality to our time and roll with the punches. Cyrus may have only gotten a B+ in the class, but Starfox gets an A. Mulu, player admin. for Crimsonspire.

Cyrus Smith a Gnome: A really phenomenal performance this session, making me very sad you weren't able to attend our middle sessions. Great character insight, good gnomish quirks, etc. I loved the chair outside Pelor, and hiding the snowball as Alembar passed. Great theology questions, as well. Comments in reference to the character Cyrus Smith a Gnome: Nat did hear what cyrus had to say, but, given various 'foot-stomping' episodes chose to regard it as a cynical ploy to get back into her good books. Cyrus Smith a Gnome: A really wonderful portrayal of Cyrus in this session. His anxiety, desire to please, desire to distinguish himself, his disappointment at getting passed over by the class teacher were all quite priceless. Nice work with the familiar and throughout the game. You earned a very central spot in the session, which is why I 'rewarded' you with some extra time in the whole gnome spitting / orc example and the story of the Glittergold aspect. As annoying and smarmy as Cyrus can be IC, he's one of my favorite characters and always well portrayed. Sometimes I'm confused as to whether the player is making an OOC comment (better handled by using a channel other than Talk), but these incidences are greatly overshadowed by excellent play. Well done! I really hope you get to stay for the rest of the sessions. - Atlictoatl (game facilitator/DM)
