Reviews To Date for J'Dai Voisin
11/13/05
Comments in reference to the character Myz a Human: Myz was great! A Cleric and reluctant warrior who was clearly frustrated by the need to trot around in heavy armor. Excellent roleplay and interaction with the rest of the group!

Comments in reference to the character Myz a Human: I couldn‘t spell your chars name so I hope you werent offended by calling you ‘Muzzy‘ :) This character was probably a bit out of place with her companions, but she did a great job of playing along with the ‘we‘re all old friends‘ backstory we concocted in about 4 seconds. She never failed to remind us that she was a woman, and she was constantly dissaproving of what her chaotic compatriots were up to. This player is one of the most serious minded and convincing roleplayers out there. A real pleasure to game with.

[J'Dai Voisin's reply to comment: No offense at all. That poor Cleric collects nicknames like some people collect arrows for their quiver. Blame her parents for the complicated first name, LOL!!

J‘dai was willing to bend over backwards to fit her character into the mythos that had been established in an existing long-running campaign. She took a character that had been an NPC and integrated her smoothly into the developing plot. Nice interaction with other players (once we‘d gotten the kinks out of the chat mode glitch!) I look forward to seeing how Ling Ling emerges as a distinct character in later sessions. Welcome aboard! -LB

Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Very difficult to review when the story is sorta broken, but for what we did do, outstanding game!
03/16/05
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Going to the temple and we‘re... gonna get.. well.. let‘s not jump to conclusions! Great game once again. It was a pleasure to “see“ you.. hehehe.
03/10/05
Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Had a great time once out of the gate, Pym is always a great asset to the group. As always, the ‘voice of reason‘ both IC and OOC - sure glad we had you along!
03/08/05
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Good, but broken, game.
02/22/05
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf: Pym is such a good friend for CJ...she treats him as her equal, yet also as somebody willing to help guide him through life. Wonderful job using that last night. Also a little surprised that Card wasn‘t disembowled over the nymphs...guess the dress pre-emptively bought forgiveness? :P --Rofelli--
02/09/05
Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Heh.. *shakes head* Pym, Pym, Pym... are you sure on your new ‘direction‘? Can you really trust someone who is part ‘Dragon‘!? and a bard as well! It shall be interesting, to say the least..
02/08/05
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Nice job on retrieving the book without a single drop of blood spilled! Now I get to look forward to ‘What will Pym do to Card?‘ re: the nymphs. Didn‘t get to explore their new relationship much, but, hey, there are always lots of tomorrows, and the RP board will suffice for now. :) --Rofelli--
02/08/05
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: One day, Pyms mystical reappearance will give Havi a coronary. He‘s simply getting too old for you to keep “popping up“ on him. And now.. you have CJ doing it too. Wonderful!
02/01/05
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Alright, yes, Pym is a bit girly, but she‘s Card‘s girly girl now. Nice job pining, while at the same time keeping her sense of humor and confidence throughout the night. I‘m feeling songs for Card coming on nonstop right now. :) It‘s awesome to be on such a gaming high 12 hours later. --Rofelli--

[J'Dai Voisin's reply to comment: "It's awesome to be on such a gaming high 12 hours later."

Yeah, tell me about it! I have no idea what I did at work today, it's all just a blur. :P

Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: (As sung by Devo) When a baddie comes along You must whip ‘em Before the battle takes too long You must whip ‘em Go for it Break their leg Whip their back Disarm their dagger Move ahead Try to distract ‘em Set off a trap It‘s not too late To whip ‘em... whip ‘em good! BIG game for you, Queen!
01/26/05
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Pym‘s comments (of which I‘m glad to have a front-row seat to) are always down-to-earth, yet it‘s evident just how personal the feelings are for her. Even if I was in his situation, I‘d agree with Card that she isn‘t foolish, but very deep and moving. Wonderful job, J. --Rofelli--
01/26/05
Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: yet another wonderful game! Pym always seems to look at the world so realistically, it always amazes me. I continually find myself surprised by her comments and view on things, but always followed with ‘of course that‘s what you‘d think if you were really there!‘ Also an interesting relationship growing there too ;) I was gonna tell you and Card to ‘get a room‘ but too late! you already had LOL!
01/19/05
Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Sure was great to get back at it once again! As expected, Pym was once again a great character. Always so serious and focused, she often brings much more ‘reality‘ into the setting. Its truly not hard to believe we are ‘really there‘ when Miss Pym is about..
01/18/05
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Excellent game once again!
01/18/05
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Pym‘s only barely arrived back in the woods when we have to leave for Suzail...not exactly fair. The scouting wasn‘t too bad; it just wasn‘t necessary with enemies were everywhere & travellers that attacked without warning. Maybe tell us how to get up & down the slopes? ;) --Rofelli--
12/22/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Pym‘s getting much faster with her scouting, as well as her ability to pop in and out of sight, changing tactics to fit the battle. Too bad it only goes so far when the baddies are THAT tough. Plus, you never forget to buy the candy, a nice touch since Game One. Great game once again. --Rofelli--
12/22/04
Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: once again, Pym has become an excellent scout! Her ‘job‘ is performed as smoothly and seamlessly as could be. Perfect job, always fun! Now, if we could just keep her out of the melee battles... LOL..
12/21/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Excellent game! Now, hurry back so we can play again ;) Except for that last part, it was an excellent time.
12/08/04
Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Though you may have found it a rocky road to get there, Pym has grown into one of the best ‘scouts‘ of all time ;) Roleplaying that is second to none either, getting together for a few hours with her each week is the highlight of all my games!
12/07/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Well.. you may have burnt the roast when you were younger, but you always could boil water rather well *wink*. Once again, well played, great game.
12/07/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: It‘s about time our characters had a chance to talk. All we need to do is lock ourselves in a room with a bed, and mission accomplished from there. ;) It‘s a nice change of pace, and brought out Pym‘s need to speak her mind, to calm down, and to talk to somebody who‘s going to listen and understand. Kind of nice to see that Card has a role in her personal life. :) --Rofelli--
11/23/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Wonderful job once again. Your traps singlehandedly dropped one of those armored cows, and your stealth has become perfect. Great game once again!
11/17/04
Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: It was mighty good to all be together again! Had a great time, and Pym was simply wonderful. Always ready to RP EVERYTHING fully, she really brings the world around us to life. Few opportunities are missed. With players like J‘Dai around around, the concept of ‘immersive‘ takes on new meaning ;)
11/16/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Dressing up and acting all proper, Pym even smiled (a lot!)...it‘s about time we did something other than spray blood and gore all over the place. ;) Also, a very creative way of tying in the shadows and the MacTavishes. Enjoyed the game immensely. --Rofelli--
11/16/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Too bad they don‘t make stealthy dresses in leather for protection too. Leather dress, whip... yummy. Once again, excellent game. Make sure that MacTavish fellow keeps his hands to himself.
11/10/04
M‘weasel a Scrungy Human: heh.. not the first time we‘ve played a little role-reversal. It was fun then, and its fun now! M‘weasel is a scoundrel, yes, but oh doesn‘t he have a good heart ;) I like him. Though his leering and undressing Kismet with his eyes does get quite uncomfortable by times...
10/27/04
Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Sure was good to be back in action! Pym has developed into one of the best rogues ever, IMHO. Her development has been interesting, and I‘m sure there‘s lots more to see, but right now she‘s ‘the best there is‘
10/26/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Into the shadows goes one, from the shadows she returns... with a new friend, too. Hehehe. Have you named your shadow yet? Great game. C‘ya in a few weeks.
10/12/04
Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: What a great game! Pym was, in her own special way, truly exceptional this time out. Despite the chaos and danger, the frezied pace of battle, she was always aware of the little subtleties, the ‘emotional‘ side of things. Always a cool head, when a thoughtful, cool head was needed the most!
10/12/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: All that, and a kimono, too! Very well played. Excellent whipage once again, and luring the giants back to the party was excellent. Seeing how Pym felt amongst the dwarves, as comfortable as she was, brought back memories of Pym stealing pies from the windows of unsuspecting dwarven bakers. Of course, she would always return the pies... with two slices missing. Great game!
10/06/04
Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: heh... Pym is always so much fun to have along, we would truly be lost without her! Her personality continues to grow and mature each week. It‘s not easy to keep a character interesting for this long, but you do a great job of it!
10/01/04
Bateleur a Halfling: such a cute little nut! Thats how I think of Bateleur. One could not ask for a more well rounded, easy to play with character. Great stuff!
09/29/04
Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Hard to believe this is the same Pym that travelled with us a month ago. She seems so happy now, and your portrayal of her is fantastic. From scouting to hangin‘ in town, she great! Chatting with CJ and staying with him was a very pleasant experience ;)
09/28/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Pym, a woman in every facet. Not only does she have changes of clothing, but she chooses them based on the wine we‘re drinking. I‘m glad we don‘t drink prune juice. It‘d make an ugly colored dress ;)

[J'Dai Voisin's reply to comment: Believe it or not, Pym has a dress that would be perfect for prune juice... LOL!

Comments in reference to the character Bateleur a Halfling: My favorite little rogue!!!!
09/17/04
Comments in reference to the character Pora a Huge Opera Singer: And so our epic adventure has come to a close. Mordke will miss his inferior little friends, but who knows perhaps our paths will cross again and you can bask in his magnificence and the glory of Krnaus once again. ;) It was great fun and I can’t wait to do it again. Everyone gets a big “Thumbs Up” for the part you played.
09/16/04
Bateleur a Halfling: Doesn‘t matter how ‘light‘ we say the rp is, J‘Dai is always a master of the art. Bateleur is once again exceptional. Spunky, yet easy to get along with, always very aware of her surroundings, while more than holding her own in battle. *holds up an ale* Cheers to Bateleur.... so, how long do I need to know her before I can just call her Batel? ;)
09/15/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Pym, the disappearing, bark wearing, whip slashing, quiet as a mouse half-elf who continually say‘s “I‘m right here“ to a dwarf who can‘t see due to his oversized helmet. From what I saw of her, she appeared to have played an excellent, if not invisible (*wink*) game.
09/15/04
Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Pym seems just SO darn happy to be out in the open once again. Her skills at scouting and finding a relatively safe passage for us is fantastic. Traps are becoming far more effective too. And of course the RP is always great. A very consistent character that is in many ways the cornerstone of our little group.
09/14/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Get out of stealth mode! We can‘t see you! :) Even if I did remark otherwise in game, your traps are having a beneficial effect, equivalent to smacking them an extra time in battle. Good showing, and it‘s nice to see Pym smile a few more times. --Rofelli--
09/11/04
Comments in reference to the character Pora a Huge Opera Singer: Ahhh, the ultimate treachery and betrayal has finally been committed, with the unthinkable act of an open attach on a poor defenseless Mordke. And you suspect Mordke of being evil? Bah! True colors are being displayed and with the help of Kranus retribution will be forthcoming before too long.
09/08/04
Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: For a time I was truly worried we would loose ‘Pym‘... but now, her scouting and tactics improve with each session, and she does seem much more relaxed with herself. Her whole style is really excellent! Glad she stayed ;)
09/04/04
Comments in reference to the character Pora a Huge Opera Singer: One liech down and two to go…Can the parry hold off their interpersonal conflicts long enough to fined and defeat Zorcon? Mordke and Danth now stand alone against the rest, but will their Dark powers be enough to win the day should the rest turn openly hostile? Many questions remain to be answered as we near the end of our journey of discovery in the Kingdom of Sif.
09/02/04
Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Smooooooooth.... Yes, Pym is really into the swing of things now. I think you are doing an excellent job of playing her these days. Heck, she doesn‘t even die! Can‘t ask for better than that.
08/25/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Great game. Do you think we‘ll ever get to see the whip again?
08/24/04
Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: A truly great ‘Pym night‘! At the forefront of our investigation, she did a wonderful job of keeping us from jumping in, over our heads, while still keeping things moving at a good pace. Gotta love it!
08/21/04
Comments in reference to the character Pora a Huge Opera Singer: Great PR as always Amiga! Mordke almost likes Pora despite all the “Spitting”. ;)
08/13/04
Comments in reference to the character Pora a Huge Opera Singer: A lot of good RP took place last night, and tensions are mounting, as most of the party is now openly hostile towards Mordke and Danth. Mordke has a new found hatred towards Zorcon after his imprisonment by the Cult of Loviatar. Will this be enough to keep the group together in their common mission to destroy Zorcon? Only Krnaus knows for sure. ;)
08/13/04
Comments in reference to the character Pora a Huge Opera Singer: Pora is a great gal. She helps the group out in every way. Even though Cel has other females to look at...he‘ll always love Pora‘s singing.

Comments in reference to the character Placeholder a Placeholder: Pora sings such a sweet song...while she is burying an arrow into a cult member‘s skull. A true Renaissance woman.

[J'Dai Voisin's reply to comment: Whoops - forgot that I had Placeholder in Pora's place... D'oh!

]

08/06/04
Comments in reference to the character Placeholder a Placeholder: The lower difficulty setting appears to have solved the scaling of monsters due to our party size. Yippie!! Good inter-party tension is building between Mordke, Pora, Rukshan and now T’Gath. If Mordke ever regains his sanity, assuming he ever was sane, this should be fun to play out! Mordke only drinks organic beverages, so he just had to drink the Milk. **Gulp**

[J'Dai Voisin's reply to comment: Whoops - forgot that I had Placeholder in Pora's place... D'oh!

Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: .... and Pym cracks! woohoo! *grins* well, anyone who was watching, saw it coming, and it was RP‘d really well. Now the question is: ‘where‘s she going with it?‘ We‘ll be tuning in next week for sure!
08/03/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Emotions. In the words of a broken heart it‘s just emotion that‘s taken me over tied up in sorrow, lost in my soul But if you don‘t come back, come home to me, darling, you know that there‘ll be nobody left in this world to hold me tight nobody left in this world to kiss goodnight. Excellent game, wonderful RP!
07/30/04
Comments in reference to the character Pora a Huge Opera Singer: Pora is a great character. Great in combat, great in archery, great in healing...and such a lady!

Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Pym just seems SO sad and melancholoy... I don‘t think anyone really knows what to make of this situation. What could it be? Somehow, we must all discover ‘What‘s eating Pym Slyboots‘! That we may help our best friend ;)
07/09/04
Comments in reference to the character Pora a Huge Opera Singer: Why does Pora hate Mordke so much? Never a kind word does she have for him? Does she sense his true nature or is there more to Mordke than meets the eye? Well played. Pora always keeps Mordke on his toes and forces him to sleep with one eye open. ;)
07/06/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Ahhh Pym! Can one be more deadly with a bow/backstab combo? I couldn‘t think of anyone I‘d rather be in hell with, than Pym. Great game once again.

Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Say what you want...Pym is proof enough of your maternal instinct. Always taking care of CJ, always joking with Havi, and always asking Card for permission (for a reason I can‘t really fathom, to be honest), she is a master at the whip, the shadows, and the collection of sweets. --Rofelli--
06/30/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Finally, whippin it, whippin it good! The shadows are truly your place. Well played once again. Pym is wonderful. Absolutely wonderful!
06/30/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Wunerful, wunerful, wunerful! Yes indeed, Pym was awsome. The whip is cool, and her learning/using new talents each week is great. Some really great RP throughout the evening!
06/25/04
Comments in reference to the character Pora a Huge Opera Singer: Pora has become ever so moody, just as Mordke is reaching out to be her friend. Why doesn’t she trust him? Other than strong words and a bit of temper Mordke has always been but a loyal companion. ;)Well played reactions to Mordke and good fun as always.
06/25/04
Comments in reference to the character Pora a Huge Opera Singer: ohhh Pora...look who it is, a nice big dragon! Why are you running away? Just messin...Pora was great last night. Even though she is afraid of dragons - she was a great assett to the team.
06/25/04
Comments in reference to the character Pora a Huge Opera Singer: Learning more and more about Pora every game session.
06/23/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Pym does her best to be the voice of reason and responsibility...and she‘s counter-balanced by Havi and CJ. Card‘s still doesn‘t really understand her too well...she‘s to be a bit of a question mark. In reality, she‘s just quiet, but, deep downs, she seems to have a fairly benevolent view of people. --Rofelli--
06/23/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Poor Pym... she tries so hard to reasonable and cautious, yet her friends drag her into the most insane of situations! Well played as always, and always quick to have some interesting conversation.
06/22/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: With the exception of a “balancing issue“, great game. I know, frustrating, but still, all in all, great game.

Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Yet another exceptional game! Comments in reference to the character Pora a Huge Opera Singer: (Add Comments Here)The Kingdom of Sif is a deadly place to travel alone. Thank Kranus for companions who will suffer through his arrogance and have the nerve to stand up to him. It was also good to see that Pora has finally made herself useful as a Trapspringer. ;)

Comments in reference to the character Pora a Huge Opera Singer: Pora‘s great! She‘s helpful yet, marches to her own beat. I‘d play with her again just to add spice to the party.
05/19/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Nothing says “your delicious“ quite like a tiger taking a bite out of you. I‘m wondering if it liked the taste of dwarf better than half-elf. Guess we‘ll never know. Hopefully, we‘ll never get the chance to ask another one. Excellent game once again. I love the whip. “when a tiger comes along, you must whip it... whip it good“. And stop ripping on dwarven drinking songs when you‘re delirious *grin*. Great game. Pym is just plain awesome.
05/18/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Excellent session J‘Dai. Pym‘s RP of such a brutal attack from the tiger was perfect! I felt like I was really there, the gestures and reactions truly brought the scene to life. I am sure I was there with the bandage just as she fell, which ended with CJ putting the bandage on the tiger‘s nose, I am just SURE of it! ;) great game!

Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Certainly a rocky game overall, yet Pym is always right there to roleplay the little details perfectly. Glad to see you took a little personal time to ‘read‘ as well ;)

Comments in reference to the character Pora a Huge: Pora may be large, but the Exalted Mordek will bend you to do his bidding. Muwhahaha. Good game and well played. My ears are still ringing from your song. :)

Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Great, great game as always. Your scouting and subsequent concern for the wolves is always a fun type of thing for some good RP‘ing. We‘d sure be lost without you, litteraly, AND morally! LOL
04/20/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Excellent game. Although Pym hasn‘t “learned“ how to disarm with her whip just yet, she is more than making up for it with her deadly accuracy while using a bow, and her uncanny ability to just disappear in plain site. Wonderful game!
04/13/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Pym was fantastic once again. She seems to genuinely care about the people she travels with, and a few minutes of interaction with each of us went a long way towards re-inforcing that.
04/07/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Nicely played. The RP was excellent, and even though we sorta got our hinies whooped, it was still a big performance. Excellent game.
04/07/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Hard to sound too positive in a game where the princess defended us bravely... But Pym is still always great to have along. Turning out to be the ‘voice of reason‘ in our little group, we would be lost without her in a matter of hours!
03/31/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Once again, that maternal side comes through, this time as compassion for a child who would‘ve been killed if not for our intervention. An appropriate reaction, sure enough, to what Havi was going to do. If anybody‘s going to bring CJ back from his abandonment angst, it‘ll be Pym. --Rofelli--
03/31/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Pym‘s caring and compasionate side shows through once again! A great game, with some excellent RP‘ing. I feel like I am now travelling with 2 “princesses“ ;)
03/30/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Great game once again. You certainly manage to keep the party prepared for any and all danger that‘s ahead. Outstanding once again.

Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Darn I don‘t like handing out ‘single‘ BiG‘s for this game! I should just keep track of ‘who‘s next‘ - that would be simpler... While Pym is of course always a great character, she just stood out to me this game as ‘extra special‘. All the little touches, too numerous to mention, add up to a superb gaming experience. I really feel like I am ‘there‘ with Pym. Just keep it coming!
03/17/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Absolutely great game J‘Dai! I love Pym, she is one of the more unusual ‘rogues‘ I have ever met. And the whip is just too cool of course ;) She really seems to be in touch with everyones feelings and emotional ups and downs. I can barely wait for each new week; fun, fun, fun!
03/16/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: What‘s better than a half-elf wearing leather? One that wears leather, and wields a whip! Pym‘s art of stealth is becoming more and more valuable with each passing quest. Excellent game once again.
03/10/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: simply a great night for Pym! Seems like she was just needed everywhere. it was certainly a “RP“ night, and it was an opportunity for Pym‘s character to really shine through! Of course the fact that she always had a pocketful of candy to pass out didn‘t hurt things either!
03/09/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Ah Pym. Once again, you‘ve paved the way for us to find where we‘re going. The dwarf has a tendency to just “wander“ off, but you‘re quick to grab him before he get‘s into too much trouble. Nice shot with the bow on the dragons, too. Once again, great game. Excellent. Marvelous. And many other words to describe how well you played.
03/03/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Getting better with that whip, are you? I‘m also enjoying that Pym and Seldane are (finally) beginning to warm to each other, however slowly. Plus, I finally get MY share of the candy. ;P Great job once again, J‘Dai --Rofelli--

Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Oooh.. now the lassie got ‘erself a ‘BIG‘ whip..mwahahaha. Excellent game. New baddie to hate, smelly bears!

Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: The level of ‘fun‘ in the games we play together never ceases to amaze me, and this was no exception! Pym had a great night out as well, when she cracks that whip, people notice ;) Move over Indy... Pym is here!
02/25/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: A great night for Pym. Lots of conversation, great character development. A fun time for everyone!

Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: When an Ogre comes along, you must whip-it. Now whip-it.. whip-it good! HAHA! Although we didn‘t get to see the whip in action this time, I surely can‘t wait until we do. Outstanding game once again. Your tracking / scouting has become, once again, life saving. Just one thing.. next time you tell us it‘s a really big dog, make sure you tell us it‘s a really, really big dog *wink*. Outstanding once again!
02/18/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Even with Havi being protective of Pym, you nevertheless manage to scout well...how ironic is it that, the one time he lets you go ahead on your own, you come back with a small dragon nipping at your heels? ;) --Rofelli--
02/18/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Poor Pym... who‘d have ever thought a ‘rogue‘ would be the voice of reason and understanding in our little group? Her scouting ability is second to none as well! When we see Pym, it seems only because she ‘wants us to‘.
02/17/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Pym‘s ability to scout ahead is severly hampered by a certain dwarf‘s inability to let her out of his site. The one time he does, she get‘s attacked by a dragon. With the exception of a few whacks to the noggin, Pym did a great job. I can‘t wait until that whip get‘s going. That will be extreme fun. Great game!

Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Hard to believe a ‘rogue‘ would be the voice of reason in a group of adventurers! Pym is a great character, and a treat to have around. Her ‘guiding‘ in the caves was priceless! CJ just wants to give her a big hug every time he see‘s her ;) .... or share a treat of course!
02/11/04
Comments in reference to the character ‘Fluke‘ Sneap a Garden Gnome: No question, when Fluke tosses a spell out there now, you take notice! Super powerful, and superfun! Go Fluke go!

Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: wonderful game! Truly outstanding. I love the way you kept one eye open on Kippur Bob all night. You got mad skillz! Outstanding!
02/05/04
Comments in reference to the character ‘Fluke‘ Sneap a Garden Gnome: hmmm... ‘player was disruptive‘? well.. yeah! Fluke was blowin‘ stuff up like there was no tomorrow, that was kinda distracting! - LOL Its really fun to see mages start tossin some real power around, and Fluke has played it out so well. She really is a force to be reconned with these days: look out Zorcon, Fluke is coming, and she‘s NOT happy!!
01/29/04
Comments in reference to the character ‘Fluke‘ Sneap a Garden Gnome: So why didn‘t YOU grab the milky way potion? LOL - had a great game with Fluke once again! She does get grumpy, but always with very good reason. A very ‘true‘, well played character. She kept us on track, even when we were determined to get all chaotic and crazy. Thanks!
01/27/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Quit spoilin‘ my kid! *winks* I was wondering how long until Pym apologized for how she‘s seemingly replaced Seldane. Y‘know what? Nothing can remove his personal joy, although you did concern him with your alone time(?). Well, he‘ll get the hang of you sooner or later. --Rofelli--
01/27/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Ah Pym... first candy, then a light crystal! You are going to spoil the little guy! But he loves it, every bit of it! It was a great session, your visits with ‘Dale‘ was well played out as well. You‘ve done so well in fact, we won‘t even try to jinx your hockey game this week. How‘s that for pals? ;)
01/27/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Although Havi has been travelling with Pym for some time now, there‘s still one thing that makes him crack-up... and that is how much she hates the smell of an Ox ;) Excellent game! Great one!

Comments in reference to the character Jena Hawthorn a Half-Elf: Will she join the party? Will she not join the party? Will she stay at the Inn and eat all day? Will she let us know what all of the mystery is behind her? Great game, I had a lot of fun.
01/26/04
Comments in reference to the character Jena Hawthorn a Half-Elf:
It‘s always a little awkward when additional characters are brought into a multi-session game partway through, and Jena‘s interaction was proper. She didn‘t know the party and wasn‘t even sure that she wanted to adventure with with at the start. This would be a great character in a longish campaign, too bad this was part-2 of a 1-shot adventure (huh?), because we hardly got to know her in the time provided. But there‘s promise there, yes indeed.

Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Mayhaps when ole Havi speaks of dragons, ye‘ll listen next time... hehehehe! At least I know I‘m not officially crazed now... Great game. Excellent strategies. Uh.. I don‘t know what else to say ;) -Great game.

Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: It‘s nice to see that CJ now has a mom *winks* Excellent scout work, plus it‘s clear that you have a good conception of Pym‘s personality and mannerisms, as she seems consistent with last time. Definitely looking forward to seeing more of Pym‘s personality as the group evolves. --Rofelli--
01/20/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Time sure flies when you‘re having fun! By far the best group I play with, and Pym is no exception. She was sure wearing her ‘slyboots‘ this time around. Her interaction with CJ was just great as well.
01/14/04
Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: Pym was played very well, as somebody who seems to think that CJ needs more of a parent than Seldane will provide, while providing a calming element on Havi. Not quite sure what her relationship to Seldane is/will be, but I‘m sure, in time, it‘ll be made clear. --Rofelli--

Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: At‘ll do, lassie, at‘ll do... Good game! Don‘t take any... uh.. dung.. from that dwarf!

Comments in reference to the character Pym Slyboots a Half-Elf, bane of both races: I can‘t even begin writing about Pym without getting a great big grin on my face! LOL This girl is gonna be fun to have around, I can see that! A great, great character. Not sure how she will use her scouting skills with the crazy dwarf around, but that is only one of many difficulties facing Pym. I just wish I didn‘t have to wait a whole week to see more of her!

Comments in reference to the character Alix Featherstone a Human: All hail to the new King!!! Haha... you did it! There were times I really thought you would give up before claiming your ‘birthright‘ - but you hung in there to the bitter end (and bitter it was!)So, was that alll the proof you could find? Just a lousy head? LOL, man what a crazy game! Father would have been proud. See you in Wahjir (Wahir, Wajar???) Where EVER...!

Comments in reference to the character Alix Featherstone a Human: And his royal highness, my kid brother, takes his crown. You handled my character well, letting her sulk and get over it, and now I get to perform your first action of office: the execution of Silverhand! You‘ve been ever convincing, combining loyalty and duty with kindness and humanity...Alix has the makings of a great ruler. --Rofelli--
01/06/04
Comments in reference to the character Alix Featherstone a Human: Your royal Highness, you have proven to be royalty, and I am proud to be your knight. Clint has fulfilled his solemn oath, and has stood by your side, to find out if you were in fact royalty. Of course, he can‘t leave you now... oh no... Alix still needs his private council *wink*. Excellent game. Although the mod was so so, it was truly a pleasure to play with you. Outstanding!
12/23/03
Comments in reference to the character Alix Featherstone a Human: Alix, you sure had me worried for a while. I was convinced we were headed straight back to a quiet life on the farm with mother *shudder* How could you even think such a thing?! Great night, despite the beating we took : )
12/17/03
Comments in reference to the character ‘Fluke‘ Sneap a Garden Gnome: We almost lost Fluke to the Gods of game patching. She persevered and made it though! If somewhat short (the game, not fluke!) - a great game nonetheless. So happy we could get it moving once again.

Comments in reference to the character Alix Featherstone a Human: *shrugs* So.. Alix got his amber, and the Herald didn‘t even congratulate him. Of all the nerve. I can‘t wait until you demote him, too.. to say... Stable boy? *grin* On to the orc‘s.. may your dual wield prove handy! Great game!
12/10/03
Comments in reference to the character Alix Featherstone a Human: Alix is on a roll now, by the Gods! I am not so sure I want to see him as royalty now though. I fear many “heads will roll“ after what he has been through to get there! First on the ‘chopping list‘ - why mister herald of course! Maybe we should tell the poor guy what he is setting himself up for?
12/10/03
Comments in reference to the character Alix Featherstone a Human: Firing the lackey is a good idea, and both Aydra and Nairill support Alix‘s decision. We thought the mod would end, we planned on going on, and you played the frustration at the mod through Alix appropriately. Nice to see. --Rofelli--
12/03/03
Comments in reference to the character Alix Featherstone a Human: Alright kid, we helped you with the amber, now we get to watch you make use of it. Fairly anxious to see what happens next...hopefully not another pointless inane quest. --Rofelli--

Comments in reference to the character Alix Featherstone a Human: At last! We have the proof we need *victory dance* What a great session! Don‘t know if it was relief at finding the amber, the new area, or the epic battles, but it was truly a great session! Really looking forward to how Alix reacts to whatever comes next... He certainly is becoming more comfortable with his leadership role. Can I sleep for a week, and make it ‘Monday‘ again?

Comments in reference to the character ‘Fluke‘ Sneap a Garden Gnome: Between her ‘small stature‘ and playful attitude, its hard to remember that Fluke is acutually a full grown woman! LOL - one of the most ‘pleasant‘ characters ever to join a group of adventurers, we would be lost without her! (LOL - yes, without fluke, we would all be too grim!) Great game!
11/18/03
Comments in reference to the character Alix Featherstone a Human: Another great evening J‘Dai! I just love the way Alix takes over the ‘leadership‘ role when the need arises, yet is still the ‘little bro‘ the rest of the time! You really have created a very believable character in Alix.

Comments in reference to the character Alix Featherstone a Human: Alix has really come into his own as the leader of our group, a far cry from his angsty beginnings, and we‘ve seen the change every little step of the way. Beautifully timed character evolution. He‘ll make a noble of himself yet. If we ever find a chunk of amber... --Rofelli--
11/17/03
Comments in reference to the character J‘Dai Aylomen a Psycho Half-Elf: Ah J‘dai, who better to play with in my delayed return to NWN? A fun session. Nothing too deep in this hack-n-slash, but this iteration of J‘Dai was well-played as always. Great interaction with Dort too. I know, this is a pretty lame review, but forgive me, it‘s been a while!

Comments in reference to the character Alix Featherstone a Human: I just plain like this fellow! He is really developing into a great character. A true ‘voice of reason‘ most of the time. A slow night ‘plot-wise‘ but a great game nonetheless.
11/11/03
Comments in reference to the character Alix Featherstone a Human: Confused as to where amber would be located, and why, of all things, was amber chosen, Alix has matured to the point of leader. The boy is no longer, and the man has arrived. One would still be curious what the reunion of Alix, and his missing sister, Laura, will be like, if they can find her. Awesome.. totally awesome.

Comments in reference to the character ‘Fluke‘ Sneap a Garden Gnome: Ah, Fluke.... you and those kittys.. will you ever just leave them be? Nothing more frustrating than connection problems J‘Dai, and I am amazed how you manage to stay in character through it all! But you do, and very well. It‘s hard not to love Fluke, even at the worst of times. At least you don‘t loose the stuff we give you anymore! For all it‘s glitches - still “great game“!
11/04/03
Comments in reference to the character Alix Featherstone a Human: Alix growing up... what a blast to see! Despite module ‘deficiencies‘ - I really enjoy our time together. Alix seems to be settling in to a pretty consistent character. We all know what his values seem to be, and are happy to follow him, where ever that may be. I just hope we don‘t ‘find our way‘ too soon!
11/04/03
Comments in reference to the character Alix Featherstone a Human: Although we seem to be running around on a wild goose chase, Alix has taken the role of decision making without much grace. He appeard at times too timid to make a decision, even though everyone was willing to go in whichever way he points. Maybe Alix needs to listen to his head, more then Ernil? Great game!

[J'Dai Voisin's reply to comment: Ha ha, good to know I did it right, then. Alix is the reluctant leader of this ragtag bunch and there is no way he is prepared to make decisions quickly or effectively - yet. :)

Comments in reference to the character Alix Featherstone a Human: Alix has become a man. Although still a little immature at times, he has grown to become a well adjusted man, who now seems to have a vision, although that vision get‘s fuzzied at times. From one who used to shy away from combat, Alix has proven himself to be reliable in a tight situation, and also has proven to be able to defend his sister(s) when needed. Outstanding game!

Comments in reference to the character Alix Featherstone a Human: Ah, Alix made a very convincing Alix this week. He was right on the money as far as I was concerned. He would go with the flow when need be, slowly seeing the possibility that ‘right and wrong‘ are not always so clear-cut. Yet he was firm in his desire to do what‘s right. Gotta love it! Until next time....

Growing up can be extremely difficult at times. One must learn the hard way at times, the tough decisions that come along with maturity. Alix has just hit one of times. How will he respond after such a tragic turn of events has just taken place? Stay tuned... Outstanding!!

Comments in reference to the character ‘Fluke‘ Sneap a Garden Gnome: What a simply wonderful evening! It had a special feel to it, like we were hosts, this was our home, and we had some guests to show around! LOL - I had a great time with this one. I found telling our stories to a ‘third party‘ was a great opportunity to bring out more of our own backgrounds with each other too.
10/15/03
Comments in reference to the character Alix Featherstone a Human: Alix is a ranger? Learn something new every day... ;) Seriously, he and Aydra, if he were more aggressive, would have HUGE battles over appropriate behavior for fairies...good thing you play him with a knack for defusing tempers (a survival skill from living with Laura, no doubt). Nice job as always. --Rofelli--

Comments in reference to the character Alix Featherstone a Human: I just don‘t understand what Alix got his shirt all in a knot about? JUST KIDDING J‘DAI, JUST KIDDING!!! - really though, I thought he was a great character once again. To me, he was perfectly true to the person I recognize as ‘Alix‘ - no question. His caring personality shines through every time. Keeping this group on the ‘straight and narrow‘ is nearly an impossible task, but he does very well, very well indeed! (for a kid anyway -LOL-)

Comments in reference to the character ‘Fluke‘ Sneap a Garden Gnome: A ‘bumpy‘ game? Yes. But then the prettiest of women are quite ‘bumpy‘ too, and no one minds them? All things considered, a great game! We may have been abandoned by that crazy elf Enalias, but Fend more than made up for him! That pixie packs a lethal sting! Between Fend and Fluke, it‘s impossible NOT to have a good time. A small team to be sure (not short! - small) - but great teamwork saved the day!

Ah well, we will play again shortly, and see.

Comments in reference to the character Alix Featherstone a Human: Alix has finally arrived. The man, is a boy no more. Finally, he has taken a stance on his life... on his own actions. His communications with his siblings have improved, and for the first time, he has had civil and decent conversations, which have not left him feeling belittled or lesser of a person. I look forward to whatever next week brings! Excellent!

Comments in reference to the character Alix Featherstone a Human: Alix has finally asserted himself, by wedging his way between his sister, and the stranger, Clint. Alix has finally made a decision on behalf of the party, and all members accepted his advice to leave the keep once they finished checking the last room. It‘s amazing how a few zombies can change the outlook of an individual. :) Great game!

Comments in reference to the character Alix Featherstone a Human: I thought Alix was really good before. This game he was GREAT! Not to mention determined too. Really determined. Comments in reference to the character Alix Featherstone a Human: What were you thinking? This was not like Alix at all! JUST KIDDING!!! - I thought Alix was perfect at being Alix! Undecided, a bit confused at his path. One moment rebellious, the next going out of his way to get along...... we couldn‘t ask for better. Very glad you took on this ‘lead role‘ - really! No one else would put the effort into that you do!

Comments in reference to the character Alix Featherstone a Human: Still showing at times, the little boy within, the possibility of being royalty has not sunk into this lad. His indicisiveness had lead to additional wear and tear on the soles of his boots, and on his already bruised ego, although, Alix is quickly becoming a very dangerous man with his bow in hand. Great game!
09/10/03
Alix at times appears to be maturing, then at other times, regressing. However, he has been able to take his blows from his sisters in stride. I can‘t wait to see his struggle continue..

Comments in reference to the character Alix Featherstone a Human: It‘s about time Alix cheered up ;P Seriously, it‘s a nice transition, his attempts to shake off his angst and work towards things that seem to matter to him on some level. And throwing a bit of a pouting session smelling strongly of general teenage angst, only to have your sisters tagging along. --Rofelli--

Comments in reference to the character Alix Featherstone a Human: Just couldnt‘ ask for a better brother! Was worried the little guy was going to just pack up and go home this time, poor fellow, sure has some doubts. Even the wonderful songs couldn‘t cheer him up much! Great fun searching out his -destiny-!

Comments in reference to the character R‘Cotta Jouer a Lawn Elf: R‘Cotta was quite talkative this evening. Although we didn‘t further the plot much this session, it was still a great time! A definite BiG for you! *wink*
