She is an elven druid from the village of Ramador, near Seldoreen. She was born some time before the Big

Day Out and she has vague memories of that important day. Aria believes that there are three forces (the

Triumvirate) which must remain in balance: the Great Mother, the Sky Father and the Corruption.

• The Great Mother is the energy and life-force that joins all things, the source of protective/creation

  magics, a force of benevolence.

• The Sky Father is the origin of life itself and the source of evocation/divination magics, a force of

  neutrality.

• The Corruption is death and decay, a force of evil that festers, kills and spreads to those around it.

  The source of magics that create undead or overpowers anothers will.

The time in the womb of the Great Mother was a time of rebirth, forcing her people to learn skills and

re-evaluate things they had always held as true. Aria belongs to a subset of the elven people who

originated the faith of the Triumvirate during their 700 years underground. They believe that it was the

absence of the Sky Father that lead to the decline in the number of elven births.

She believes that the god of the Silaros was not the Sun (which would be an embodiment of the Sky Father)

but rather a force of Corruption. It was the growth and dominance of this force of Corruption that pushed

her people under the earth, into the womb of the Great Mother and away from the Sky Father. There must be

balance and in all things and the unchecked power of the Corruption caused an imbalance forcing the races

to hide from the Sky Father.

Now that the elves have regained the surface, her sect has sworn oaths to restore the balance in the

Triumvirate by destroying the Corruption where ever it may be found, in whatever forms it may take, by any

means necessary. They have given up the traditional druidic prohibitions against specific armors and

weapons in favor of using any tool that can further their goals in the most effective means possible.
