Ho there, stalwart adventurers! My name is Cain Lethellon, a bard of no small repute, mind you, at your service. Upon hearing of this magnificent adventure to be undertaken, I was immediately drawn to the notion that all the glory and wenching to be had must be notated in the annals of drama, and who better than I!?!? What? You haven't heard of the dashing Cain of Waterdeep? The scourge of cellar rats? Purveyor of innocent wenches? Well, for your sake, I shall give you proper notification. Even upon my earliest beginnings as a young lad in the city of Waterdeep, I have aspired for the drama of well-crafted tales. Stories of gallant knights, powerful sorcerers and fell beasts have always captivated me. Alas, a bard's life finds small fortune in the day-to-day drudgery of tavern performances, performing tired, recanted songs and stories. How many times must I perform the lead in "The Secret Bedchamber of the Drow Princess"!?!? To the nine hells with it all, I say! Give me flingers of sorcerous might! Wielders of cold steel! Voluptous wenc...er, I mean valiant heroes ready to lay evil low! Ha! Have no fear, noble peaseants! Cain Lethellon stands guard, ready to drive back villainy and those fops you call actors in your local theatre! *In a more muted tone* er..uh...can an honest bard get a draft of ale to quaff my thirst!?!? *Peers nervously around at the grim crowd of theives and cutthroats...* Heh, well this reminds me of the time me and this elven hurler of fiery death stood back to back while defending the entire realms from bloodthirsty orcs...
