Fedriron Cadutrem is a free-spirited thief from the foremost city of the North Coast, Delthuntle. Formerly a member of the Three-Fingered Ring he was forced to flee his homeland after discovering the identities of the council of nine, a group of wealthy, faceless individuals who held the true power in Delthuntle. He informed his guild leader Ramelzhar of his findings only to find that the council's existence was secretly under the protection of his guild and that with him knowing this they would not allow him to live. Crashing out a second story window he barely managed to escape with his life. He took up the name of Sevac and now wanders from place to making a living for himself working for those with the coin to pay him.
