Daelis
--Dealis was born into a small farming community in the Burakt mountains. He lived a simple life, yet found his ambition to force him to become something greater then a farmer. As it so happened, Daelis lived fairly close to the Golden Arrow Monastery. His village was traveled through by any monk that happened to be going to Rulote. This is how he came to see the first monk of the order. He never knew the monks name, but out of curiousity, followed him a bit. The monk was beset by bandits not far off from his village, yet this monk dispatched them with relative ease. Ever since, Daelis's dream was to become a monk of the same strength. He pleaded with his parents to let him join, to become a monk, they said it was a desolate life, not fit for someone of his ilk. But, Daelis's ambition was greater then his obedience at the time. He took provisions for 2 weeks, then fled his parents. Daelis was in hiding until his food ran out, about the same time his parents searching had lost it's original hope of finding him. Daelis went to the monastery, claiming his father had left his mother who had died giving birth to him and that he lived with grandparents, until the year they died, when he was to come here. The monastery took him in and he became a new man, respecting law and order and became a lover of balance. As he became lawful, however, he realized he was a contradiction, as he had lied to become what he was. His mind refused to live with this, as he forced himself to know what he did was right. He lost his past, his mind pushing away the dirty memories, he became the boy he claimed to be, and lost his last name (or family name). Now, he is only known as Daelis. Now is his time to leave the monastery, with two missions in mind, balance and self perfection. But how to start? Why not Quarim Topet? He always heard cities were a great place to start any adventure...
