Mebri grew up in the slums of a large city. She never knew her parents. She has little respect for the law having seen it used to oppress the poor and weak. She learned her early skills from the gangs that ran the streets. She was enlisted into a gang to provide getaway cover for fleeing rogues with her uncanny abilities with a bow. After her gang leader, the gallant Hood was murdered and the gang dissolved, Mebri left The City to seek her fortune.
