Calsharn De'Marco - last name taken from a wealthy victim. Human Fighter Calsharn grew up on the streets of Zhentil Keep. In this rough environment, one has to survive by following certain rules and codes, allbeit different than in most places, and often called "illegal". He grew up tough, not ever knowing who to trust. This has made him very cautious and untrusting of others. To be an enemy merits death. To be dealt treachery is punishable by pain. Calsharn made his way as hired thug, mercenary and assassin. One such "job" went awry, and after a double-dealing by the employer, Calsharn was bound for Thay on a slave wagon. This was not the life that Calsharn had desired. On a trip to Damara, Calsharn seized an opportunity for escape, leaving his master in a pool of blood. He was captured and sentenced to death for the murder of a Thavian aristocrat on good terms with the government of Damara. Calsharn has a trusted contact in Zhentil Keep - Revnold Greer. No one else matters. Nothing matters. He believes the world is "kill or be killed"; regret and pity are weakness. Calsharn would like to return to Zhentil Keep and exact revenge upon his former employer.
