Forced into a life of adventuring by circumstance, Janus' outwardly brooding and dour demeanor give way to a quiet, sometimes awkward humor around those whom he knows and trusts. Trust, however, is something not lightly given - or expected. Janus' constantly searching, pale grey eyes and guarded, edgy carriage lend him what can only be described as a haunted (or perhaps 'hunted') air.
