This young elf stares at you with dark, deep eyes saturated in fear. It seems as if he is doing his level best to shrink out of sight, willing your attention elsewhere. His black hair is dirty and matted, and there is a fresh cut above his left eye that bespeaks some misadventure or worse. A grotesque, flame-skinned flying creature hovers nearby, watching you also, but with a far more calculating stare.
