Abandoned as an infant to priests of Ilmater, the youngster rebelled and fled into the streets of Calimport, where she struggled to survive. First learning the market value of her considerable beauty, she eventually picked up thieving skills and rudimentary concepts of magic, along with any other skill she could learn to gain gold and power. She fled from the local underworld when she refused to submit to indentured servitude to a high ranked thief in the local guild. She now travels, never staying longer than she can manage to steal or scam the locals without being detected.
