This tragic servant of Ilmater was not strong enough to survive the place known as Gloomveil. His headstrong way did not lend itself well to that dangerous, soul-sapping place. Now he is a victim of his own delusions, and haunts the mists surrounding the trapped land.
Sometimes, travellers in the fog claim they can hear his voice calling for help. Perhaps his voice mingles now with the cries and sad laughter that haunt that hopeless, lost, land.
Die, and be rewarded, my friend.

Tel "my name appears oddly in the common speech" Leaflight is quick to judge, and can be somewhat petulant when companions do not agree with his assessment of a situation. Like many servants of Ilmater, Tel desires to help the suffering and unfortunate. He is one, however, who believes the end justifies the means, and his unpredictable actions show it.
Tel is passionate in the service of his god, but gives little allegence to the organized church of Ilmater. Promises made on any lesser authority mean little to him, and he would willingly break an oath to a local lord if it would mean the chance to ease the suffering of an old man.
