Arbiter
At first glance, this elf appears to be nothing more than a typical member of his species. His thin, delicate features show a decent amount of muscle-tone, but it is in his eyes that you can see his true traits. He absorbs every scene around him, taking it in and making quick, calculating judgements as to how to interact with the world around him.
While not without emotion, his emotions are odd, to say the least. They swing between a calm and collected state, to a passionate and dedicated, almost crusaderlike frenzy with just a moment's notice.
He stands rather tall for an elf, at 5'10" in height. Always walking errect like a soldier, with steely blue eyes, the last thing you notice about him is a holy symbol dangling from his neck. It is the holy symbol of Ao, the All-father
