My appologies again to those who were scheduled for the pm game however I did not mean to schedule a game so late I do not know how it was scheduled for PM today However in all fairness I have resceduled durring hours I can DM I hope it goes up as I intend this time Once more I appologise Game Description The cool dank township of Cellance A seaside community small and relitivly un noticed by the rest of the world It resides in the southern portion of Genaltus a continant of lush vegitation and untamed lands From here only the luckiest few ever get the oprotunity to venture into the undiscovered continant and explore for what adventures may abound Only a single ship travels this far south and then only rarely Overview The continant of Genaltus was discovered only a short time past It was not claimed by any particular race though the humans are the only race to have settled there Two townships were founded shortly after it s discovery One by Venard Delshire the other by Cellance Mc Doogle Slowly but surely people began to move to these townships in an attempt to escape the changing politics and strife on the main land Racial Tensions Due to the re discovery of the other races Elf Gnome Dwarf as they once more trecked into the lands of men an uneasy tension has developed This tension is mainly due to the timing of their arrival when the human political scales between rival countries on the main land were begining to once more gain steam Humans are untrusting of all races but only on the main land Elves seem to act somewhat superior to their lesser lived brethen the humans Dwarfs could care less about any of the tension and returned to the land of man at the bequest of the Elven ruler Gomes have secretly been entering the lands of man for some time they have chosen to lay low in the return and not interfear with the commings and goings of the political atmosphere Half Orcs are uncommon and often look at as monsters or seriously deformed barbarians History Long ago a great war raged between man and the other races This war decimated all sides the cause still yet remains a mystery The war and the aftermath faded with the years and the departure of Dwarf Gnome and Elf from the main land Thousands of years passed and in this time mankind rose to lengths far exceeding anything they could have possibly dreamed Then as it is human nature they destroyed all they had built The elves taking pity on the decimated humans sent scouts into the lands of man these scouts helped rebuild the human civilization Though the greed of man is contagious and soon after they to began to fight amungst themselves Wars broke out countries were formed and destroyed in the epic battles Yet humanity survived once more and after the deaths of the elven scouts humans took their place and began to re build once again Many generations passed before a new threat was discovered on the main land It was the elves that discovered the threat and sent in a small group of rangers to stop the impending slaughter They were to late and a great army of Orcs Goblins and other lesser races decended upon the lands of man The elves feard it would be the end of mankind if not for a brave noble who drew the countries of man together and with the elves and dwarfs help beat back then decimated the invading armies After this great threat was abolished the Elves returned to the lands of mankind with emmisarys sent to each nation Friends in war are not always accepted after the threat has passed many of the emmisaries were slaughterd some imprisoned Only a few nations accepted the elves hand in friendship Upon accepting the leaf of kinship from the new races these countries were attacked though not outright but subvertly It was shortly afterwards that mankind began to explore their surroundings and discovered the southern continant of Genaltus With the world on the brink of all out war political and racial tensions at an all time high there is no telling what could happen next perhaps once more a brave soul will step up and correct the wrongs with the world
