Knight’s House Rules: Greyhawk [01:00 AM 07/06/07 GMT]
Adults only. No profanity will be tolerated. OOC chatter restricted to "DM’s Lounge" area.

This is my first NWN campaign. I am schedualing an extra half hour for an expected "pause factor".

This will be a First edition PnP style campaign. I’m looking for players who can meet regularly. Right now the 1st and third Thursday of each month looks good.

Hardcore-like rules are in effect. All characters start at 1st level. No starting equipment, just a small amount of gold depending on your class. First edition classes only (no sorcerers). The setting is Urban, so Druids and Barbarians are not available as classes... yet.

Munchkins will HATE this game. Low treasure. Low magic. This is old school rolplaying. The setting will be Gary Gygax’s World of Greyhawk. _________________________________________

When young Hutch Gralin was last seen on his way home after a hard days work in the cities largest Merchant Square it seemed that all was well in the world.

The next morning his tunic was found floating in the river.

The Sentinals, Rel Mord’s city guard, seemed unconcerned with the boy’s disappearance. Gralin’s neighbors in the slum district were outraged, and soon a contingent of young people went to the local landlord to demand that proper attention be paid to the missing boy. Lord Samarch, who owns most of the slums, became an unlikely ally almost at once, hiring them on the spot to represent his interests and find out what had happened to his missing tennant.

Things went badly at first, but the group of young slum dwellers have slowly unconvered a tawdry tale of rampant criminal activity in the dock district spreading to the slums and found evidence of official incompetance. While interviewing witnesses they have also heard whispers of other dissapearances; smugglers... slavers...

Things are not so peaceful in Nyrond’s mighty capital city as the new King would have his people believe.
