Shadowlords - Part 6: Skull Gorge [12:00 AM 02/02/03 GMT]
Entering Skull Gorge, the group discovered that the ancient temple of Jergal there had been inhabited by orcs. Fighting their way through the entrance they discovered that a bridge across a chasm had been burned, so they sought another way through the temple. Moving past a locked door, they went upward, finding a man who had been posing as the orc's "god" in order to use them to search for the legendary Swiftling Blade.
Moving onward, they found themselves on what seemed to be the other side of the temple's main floor. Fighting their way through many orcs to the orcish altar, they came upon a room with a strange set of armor upon a pedestal. Moving forward without a second's thought, Red the Swift was shocked by a trap and slain, his rather crisped corpse beyond help. The party has decided to rest and regroup and choose where to go from here.
