Welcome to the Universtiy of Crimonspire Most of ye are students in these hallowed halls of higher learniing Among the student body are some who are citizens of the Spire the best and brightest chosen from among the public education system to attend the University Others among you are exchange students from other races found through out the realm and yet others are emm well shall we say research subjects and objects of study Whatever the reason you are one and all attending school there You are deep in the Barrow Wood now Oddly besides the run of the mill enemy you have also been attacked by Fey Stopping at a hunter s shack in the wood you begin to get intimations that not all is indeed as it should be You ve heard rumors of burnt out villages in ruins and enitre populations of farmers that have fled What was turning out to be a run of the mill field trip has turned into a mystery Still you are firsties out doing flora and fauna studies and so you press on deeper into the wood What started as a simple expedition has turned more ominous and keeping a wary eye cast into the gloomy trees about you you continue your hike Then you come upon your first smoking ruins and a few hapless survivors begin to tell their tale
