FalseProphet's Top 5 Dm Choices
If more than one name appears under a number this means that they acted as a Dungeon Master Team. That is the only way a Dungeon Master should be listed more than once on a list.

Comments: Carlo's "Desperate Measures" and "The Hunted" modules gave me by far some of the best and most memorable experiences in my time in NWC (and I've had many). When he takes the DM hat and tells the story himself, you can be sure that you're in for some remarkable roleplaying. Attention to the players, allowing and creating new ideas any time, giving personal attention to each character's background, and doing the job of 4 DMs by himself: those are Carlo's trademarks. I feel blessed to be participating in his "Westgate Campaign". Thank you! |

Comments: I have absolutely no complaints about this campaign. I'm enjoying every session throughly since I joined you and from talking to Silv I wish I could have joined Castellar Chronicles sooner. Every level is designed with remarkable attention to detail and along with perfectly chosen music the atmosphere and mood is right on! On top of it, each NPC and situation thrown at us is roleplayed grandly by Arawen and Lastone, a range of emotions we have to deal with every time. This session in particularly, the death of the kender slave clearly affected King Tristo deeply, and also Zaka more than it would seem. I'm really looking forward to the next session because every moment of this has been memorable. Thank you, Arawen, for allowing me to join this campaign. |

Comments: I've had the pleasure of crossing my path with these two many times since I joined NWC. They are both among the best roleplayers you could wish for and to get in a game with the two of them DMing is a blessing. It's the House of Ideas: it seems every now and then they come up with a new story to tell and every time it's top notch roleplaying and a lot of attention to detail (as a bonus, they are both excellent builders and the area design is always outstanding). |

Comments: Not only an excellent storyteller, Zax also sits in my personal top 5 roleplayers list. Never pass a chance to play with this guy. |

Moss Troll

Comments: Though at the start we had a couple of technical problems, as is usual in first sessions of campaigns (popularly known as 'the curse'), once we got started, the game flew smoothly and it was clear everyone, myself included, had loads of fun. It was great as an introductory session as it gave us the perfect opportunity to grasp that first impression of each character and NPC as well as the very detailed world created by Moss Troll. At moments you could really feel the tension building and those moments left us wanting for more, at the same time with the promise that the campaign will only get better as we grow more accustomed to each other and the setting. I'm also immensely pleased with Moss Troll's willingness to hear players' feedbacks and ideas, as well as personalized content such as items, PCs' residences and backgrounds and use all that to enrich the world and make the experience even better for everyone. Immensely fun and if Moss Troll decides to open Ascension campaigns for the remaining factions of this world, I urge you to not pass the chance to play if it is a great time with talented roleplayers and a master storyteller you are looking after. Thank you MT! |
