Dane Bramage's Top 5 Dm Choices
If more than one name appears under a number this means that they acted as a Dungeon Master Team. That is the only way a Dungeon Master should be listed more than once on a list.

1st Place
  Poetic Colossus
2nd Place
  Ghool

Comments:
Ghool is a master! One of the best gaming experiences in my life. The module, Tomb of Horrors, is excellently designed and well scripted. The door scripts alone are a piece of work worthy of the highest praise. I gave you lower marks on treause only because I was hoping to find something specatcular in Acererak's labratory... but oh well, maybe his spellbook is someplace else ;) This module really benefits from a DM, as well. Since it is highly trap/trick/puzzle oriented the ability to do Skill checks and *examines* really add to the immersion. We are really happy to have you a long and very much look forward to the next session.

3rd Place
  Spiritus Poetae
4th Place
  Flmngo

Comments:
Great Game and a first time playing with Flmngo as the primary DM. The game took place on a PW, so the null marks for Stability are not her issue, and since this was a purely RP module, there was no treasure awarded (so no mark for that one either). The RP was great and the NPCs we all varied and different. She knew just how to give us enough info to keep us going but not too much as to give it away. Well done.

5th Place
  Baldecaran

Comments:
Playtest... very good first run. There are many things I like about this mod, and a few things I don't like. I gave you feed back while we played, so I won't repeat myself here. All in all, a well built module with good NPCs. I thought the encounter with the stag beetles was a bit tough, although that might have just been envioronmental. Also, the swamp sure was full of critters... but I guess it's supposed to be that way. I don't really like scripted convos if it is to be a DMed game. If you are building this to be a non-DM game, then it's fine, but otherwise, I would take the convos out. I think you mentioned that there is a prelude to this module. Does that get the characters to the proper level for this mod? If not, then the shop at the Inn should be better equipped for a 4th or 5th lvl character. Really, though... well done. A lot of fun, and I am looking forward for next week. - DB
