If more than one name appears under a number this means that they acted as a Dungeon Master Team. That is the only way a Dungeon Master should be listed more than once on a list.
Comments: Huge party which the DMs managed well, the story was not terribly complicated, but I think that is an asset since not all adventures should be some complex epic deal. Real life (even pretend real life) is really more of dealing with the small stuff that comes along, like a lich on the loose in this case. Getting too fancy would have been a mistake on a short one time event like this, and would have smacked of delusions of grandure.
