If more than one name appears under a number this means that they acted as a Dungeon Master Team. That is the only way a Dungeon Master should be listed more than once on a list.
Comments: (I had already made a hyper long comment but traffic erased it). I'll make it short, great game, fun NPCs (chickens galore!), no server problems whatsoever. Great overall, my only complaint is the respawning of the NPCs (the innkeeper, the dragon, etc) which made it a little weird but it was great! Great duo.
