If more than one name appears under a number this means that they acted as a Dungeon Master Team. That is the only way a Dungeon Master should be listed more than once on a list.
Comments: The game started a little slow... Mostly due to the players not all knowing each other and their play style. However, the game ended up exciting and fun once we all broke the ice. it seemed to me, that the other players didn't get into their characters very much. While most of this can be attributed to the fact we didn't know each other, or perhaps we are all new. I didn't feel/believe the other characters. Now, I am sure they could probably say somewhat the same thing about me. We'll wait and see how it goes.
The DM's did a great job of trying to bring out the other characters. and sometimes I felt like I was bitting my tounge to not say anyhing so the other players would speak. I do not have the
