If more than one name appears under a number this means that they acted as a Dungeon Master Team. That is the only way a Dungeon Master should be listed more than once on a list.
Comments: Excellent adventure - the mod is really designed to put you in the forboding environment of Ravenloft. It was heavy on roll playing (thumbs up) with appropriate battles... and difficult, things weren't handed to you on a platter - all of which forced the group to cooperate on a character level to get things done. It was great!!
