If more than one name appears under a number this means that they acted as a Dungeon Master Team. That is the only way a Dungeon Master should be listed more than once on a list.
Comments: I missed out on the game due to some circumstances, but the DM suggested to hang around a bit more. After that, I met up with a couple others and the DM even made a little story for us. It was great, I got to play out a story anyway.
