If more than one name appears under a number this means that they acted as a Dungeon Master Team. That is the only way a Dungeon Master should be listed more than once on a list.
Comments: These DMs have always been fair in their dealings with each of the characters. What's more, they aren't just some neutral gods sitting up there watching for chances to throw enemies at the party. Instead they work with the characters. When the characters want to go a particular direction, the DMs not only let them, but, adjust the story accordingly so that interesting things can happen despite the fact we didn't go in a direction they anticipated.
