If more than one name appears under a number this means that they acted as a Dungeon Master Team. That is the only way a Dungeon Master should be listed more than once on a list.
Comments: biocyde and hansoo are, by far, the best DM combo I have found and the only ones on my top 5 DM list. Their work on Dragonspire is amazing to say the very least; the story is based around their players and not just a pre-set plot, a tactic that I think more Dungeon Masters should adopt.
